Ive been driving by Naperville vacuums for years but never realized what a great place this is. Great people, great selection, and great service. Im a very particular person and they exceeded my expectations in every possible way. They have a client for life.

My previous vacuum repair shop closed during the pandemic and I was leery about coming here since I read that they didnt use masks. When I went in for service on my Eureka in March 2021, all were wearing masks and they did a great job on repairing my vacuum for a great price.

Bought a new belt for vacuum cleaner cost 8 bucks put it on and it broke as soon as I put it on . Went down the street to Ace and bought 2 belts for 5 bucks and everything works great.

I went in looking to buy a quality vacuum knowing they carry the higher end American made brands like Riccar. I tend to over analyze problems and I must have talked to the owner for 45 minutes asking questions, and getting fantastic clear answers. I was able to test models and really single out the best option for me for a fair price. Walked out very happy and my rugs are cleaner than ever.Its a small storefront but is bigger inside. They will do repairs too. The owner mentioned they have been there since the early 90s.Support your local small businesses!

DO NOT COME HERE - SHADY PEOPLE. I was sent here by Bissell to have them look at my vacuum. Bissell assured me my product was under warranty for two more years and could return the vacuum for a new one at NO COST, but if I wanted to have somebody look at it first FOR FREE, I had to bring it here; as they are contracted to do repair work for Bissell. I brought it in, showed them the plastic part that was literally broken off, and insisted they could fix it by replacing a belt and a brush for $40.... I explained how this would do nothing, but the man insisted it was not under warranty and Bissell wouldnt be able to give me a new vacuum (when clearly this was a lie because Bissell told me theyd send me a new one). Upon speaking with the Bissell rep, he informed me THIS PLACE HAS A REPUTATION FOR TRYING TO POCKET MONEY - SCREW THIS PLACE!!!

I have never been to specialized vacuum store, sometimes I even wonder how these brick and mortar shops survive any more when everyone shops on Amazon. So this was nice, to hear someone who knows the product really well (and someone you can ask questions, not YouTube video). Customer service was excellent, the trade in value for the old vacuum absolutely incredible, authorized dealer warranty service. Most importanlty, we picked up the vac which can only be bought from dealer, no online retailers. 👍

Purchased a Bissell vacuum they are very knowledgea and sold me only what I could afford. Took time to explain detail of vacuum and features. Very happy been vacuuming being was did not have one in 2 weeks. Excellent store.

If youre looking to buy a vacuum, this is a good place to start. George is super-knowledgable and will answer all your questions. If youre looking to have your vacuum serviced, consider somewhere else (not that there are a lot of choices in our area). The only reason I gave more stars is because the staff seem friendly. However, they are in the business of sales, so conversations tend to swing toward buying a new vacuum vs. servicing the old one.Do not expect them to even glance at your machine for at least two weeks. Make sure to SPECIFICALLY ASK for a loaner. Even when I mentioned it after being told an initial estimate of the service window, I was still not offered a loaner.To explain, my vacuum lost suction, which over the years is typically caused by a clog in the hose. I went in and asked if someone could check the clog in the hose (which our previous location was able to do in about 5 min). After some debate over whether I needed a new vacuum (which I knew I didnt), I was scheduled for an exorbitantly priced tune-up. Once I received the call that the vacuum was ready - dont ya know, there was a clog in the hose. A lot of time and expense wasted on something that could have been resolved in a few minutes.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. I had never been there before and came in fully prepared to pay for them to put a belt on my vacuum that I took apart and couldnt get back together. Not only did they fix it on the spot, but they didnt charge me. I have told all my friend! I will, definitely return, when I need to buy a vacuum.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I NEVER WRITE A REVIEW but I paid $89 to have my vacuum cleaned and tuned up and they did NOTHING! All they did was spread the dirt around. I dont understand how people can do that to other people. $89 is a lot of money. They dont even give you a fresh bag when they are done. They put your old dirty bag back on. (They probably never even took it off). TRUST ME! STAY AWAY!!

Took my Dyson vacuum to Naperville Vacuum, they said that standard cleaning/maintenance was not covered by the warranty so I paid them to service it. The next year I took my Dyson to the Dyson store and they said this type of service is covered by the warranty. Dyson has been servicing it ever since for free.Shame on me for trusting Naperville Vacuum and not researching it further with Dyson.

I tried to use this shop for a warranty repair of my Dyson. I wasted a couple of weeks with them and got nowhere.I left my Dyson there for a warranty repair and after about two weeks called them to ask whats going on as they did not feel like calling me I guess. When I arrived I was told to pay over $100! When I asked what is going on as warranty repair should be free and nobody let me know about any kind of cost. They said my warranty was denied and they made me a favor and fixed it for just that. When I asked why nobody even asked me the guy from repair (maybe the owner, not sure) was mad at me that he wasted time and removed some parts giving me vacuum back. At this point it was in a worse condition than before the repair.I took my Dyson to Shaumburgs Dyson Shop where it was beautifully repaired and works like a charm since.They were trying to sell me a different vacuum in a meantime. Dyson should make sure to drop them.Avoid.

I hope nothing prevents you from picking up your propety within certain time frame .They will sale YOUR PROPERTY !!!!received this invoice, and responded with option to pay via phone with my work schedule.2 days later my son was hospitalized which he needed life saving surgery. I have the documents to verify this.Over the last few months our family has been balancing in patient treatment work and business.In years of working with your facility, never have we been aware of a policy to sell our property.In our customer history, it is visible that we are not abandoning our property.It is very stressing that our property is missing, most likely sold.As a return customer this is extremely, upsettingWe paid $600 For our vacuum and owed $250, which I tried to pay the day I dropped of my Dyson to be cleaned, I was told to pay later.Now I no lIn her have my property it is owned by someone else.How is this good customer service?

If there is anything else I can do, simply call the shop and make sure Im there and Ill take care of it for you. Again, my apologies for the misunderstanding. Has great choice in vacuums! Takes a LONG time to get vacuum back from repair. Was told 5-10 days, now 11 days, which is LONG when you have two toddlers at home with allergies and no back-up vacuum!!!!!!
