Scotty and his team took my Jeep’s stock sound system and transformed it into a sound machine. Plus added cameras and other items for us. They guided and recommended the right equipment professionally and priced fairly. Very knowledgeable with an attention to detail. Excellent service! I would recommend Pure Audio to anyone. As a matter of fact, I drive over from Miami to have work done on my car. They will make recommendations bases on your budget and have a wide selection of equipment, much of which you cannot find at a standard stereo shop.

I go to Naples from Miami once per year on vacation. Last year September I stopped in and happened to chat a little with the owner. He was very helpful in answering a few of my questions, even though I told him I just wanted to look around. Im back in Naples and is planning to stop in again tomorrow. Ill update my review once I complete my visit tomorrow. After speaking with the owner, cant remember his name, this is definitely a place where I would get some work done, had I lived closer.

Excellent service, top notch installer with Highest quality in mind. Took my Brand new Sierra Truck from a poor sounding factory radio and made it shine with some high quality audio. I had a full system installed in my 12 Ram Sport 1500. Focal front and rear with Memphis subs, custom enclosure and Arc and Memphis amps. All the work performed was terrific and the sound over the stock Alpine system is incredible. Fit and finish and the cleanliness of the install is terrific. I mostly listen to EDM or country and the sound on either is exactly what I wanted. I can cruise with some good sound at normal levels and when I want to jam the system stays clean and clear. Scotty and crew at Pure Audio are top notch.

Amazing work got my entire system redone by Pure audio! This company gets things done! Not only that they get it perfect i walked in not really knowing how i wanted my mids and highs done took a gamble let them do what they do best, come back on the exact date they told me to and it was incredible on time and perfect, thats not all! my bass is way louder then before. Id have to agree with everyone else best in SW Florida.

Couldnt be more disappointed with overall experience with this company. The owner, Scotty, is hot headed and his customer service is poor, at best.If youre looking for a quality install with a good staff to help with any issues or concerns you may have with your audio - look elsewhere.

Scotty knows his stuff! My Compustar alarm is CRAZY complicated but everything was explained to me in great detail and was installed with meticulous detail. Every time I am there, the shop is always VERY busy! Got a boat... lifted truck... or fine exotic? Rest easy knowing true professionals will take care of your vehicle like it was their own! Extremely rude, pushy staff. Called to inquire on a price estimate for service, was quoted a high figure and the staff member on the phone asked rudely Do you want me to do it or not? When I told him I would look around to find other quotes first he responded with Yeah, thought so. Whatever. I would not consider using this business and would warn others away from doing so as well.

I found this place while driving around after the poor professionalism of the competitor failed to return my call. When time came for me to switch up my head unit, I talked to Scotty the owner and he gave me a fair price that included the head unit, harness and labor at a much cheaper quote than the one I was offered elsewhere. His work was done quickly, efficiently and detail oriented, then took time to give me a run down of the unit and how it works. The shop had a comfortable atmosphere with other customers walking in and calling with questions and ideas for future projects. Scotty held it down alone and still managed to get everything done on a timely manner. Very impressed with his work ethics and Im looking forward to hooking up the rest of my truck with the PURE AUDIO crew. Good looking out Scotty, youre highly recommended on my list

Excellent service walked was greeted soon as i walked in told him my budget he worked out a list with in my budget this place actully hears you out doesnt try to sell you the whole shop .there works is flawless wanted to get loud and loud is what i got this guy knows his audio wouldnt go anywhere else this is a one stop audio shop i would highly recommand this shop to anyone who loves there music

Pure audio is the only place in Naples you need to go if you want it done right. I have had one vehicle done there and working on getting ready for my second big build.
