I am not a person to ever give a negative review yesterday 527 2021 we sent one of our trucks with a driver to Naples lumber to load up supplies for a job the individual driving a forklift hit the back of our two year old truck as well as tearing the tailgate off our driver got out and asked for his name and he would not give his name it was another individual on the premises work there and he gave us the name and the name of the owner or management when he returns of the job I called the management and explained what happened and he told us we are not responsible for loading I asked him is there someone else we could speak to you created a substantial amount of damage to our vehicle he called someone on the phone and they said we were going to stick to our policy not responsible for loading I have never heard of something so absurd they will be complaints filed with the BBB consumer protection agency and wherever else we can let the people know what they did

I stopped in today to pick up a 4x4 post and to check the place out. I’m a Naples native and am always excited to help local businesses. I own my own handyman company and am also an avid woodworker so I was excited to find this place and give my money to a local company rather than Home Depot!I got there and waited in front of the large desk for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged me even though there were 6 people behind the desk and only 2 on the phone. Eventually one gentleman asked me “what I needed”. I even called for information and availability before I showed up. I asked for a 4x4x12 pressure treated post as my first purchase and he charged me $30. I was kinda shocked and then asked what about 4x4x8 and it was $20. Both were almost $10 more per post than Home Depot. Can you imagine if you were doing a fencing job and needed to buy 200 of them? Every dollar counts. Even still, I’ll pay more for a quality place with good service. NOT THE PLACE here. After I pay he hands me my receipt. No thank you for my service at all and like I said I’ve never been there before! I look around and ask where I’m supposed to take this. He says ‘building 7’.....ok I already see where the customer service is here so I wander outside and start looking for building numbers myself.I will not return. I spend easily $10,000 yearly at Home Depot in wood and tools and would’ve gladly switched over to Naples Lumber since they are a mile from my house and place of business. Not anymore.

They were the ONLY place that had the zip system liquid flashing for retail sale in stock within 50 miles... the box stores and amazon have a 5-7 day wait... it was worth the 1hr drive... my new #1 building place... THANK YOU!!!

Great prices, good customer service

So super happy with the service and knowledgeable help we receive from Naples Lumber, we have been remodeling our home and have purchased interior doors, bi fold doors, exterior impact door, exterior sliding glass doors and various trim, lumber and hardware.

I recently did a whole house remodel, spending almost $30,000 at Naples Lumber. The service was by far the worst service I have ever had within the construction industry (I have been in construction over 37 years). My orders never arrived on time and when they did, they often were either damaged (i.e. New $10,000 front door) or incorrect (Interior hardware-no hinges, just a couple examples). Martin M. NEVER returns a phone call. If you use them, be prepared for serious frustration...and whatever you do dont use my sales rep.

The lady you order doors with is really nasty ... Im a contractor and she is very disrespectful and rude. She assumed i am an ignorant person, and it was a struggle to even place my order.... I will be shopping at smith n deshields from now on

Naples Lumber has been making numerous deliveries to the construction sites on my street in the City of Naples. Their drivers often park on the wrong side of the street, in front of private residences (instead of the construction site they are delivering to as required by code)) and block residents driveways. A company that has been doing business in the City of Naples for decades should have a better working knowledge of the codes and ordinances that pertain to the use of the public roadways. Their drivers are not respectful of residents whose rights they are violating.

As always, Naples Lumber provides great products and fantastic service.

I’ll Never call them again! They just BS me they have no knowledge about nothing.

I guess we werent a big enough job. Never received promised quote from Bob Ahlstrom regarding two doors, and never received promised quote from Gary Restaino regarding 10 PGT windows. I followed up with an emailed request to ask them to please follow through with a quote, but no response to that from either one of them either. Wasted our time in showroom with lots of talk (about 1 1/2 hours), but not quite sure why as they werent interested in selling us anything.

Be sure to count lumber from them they will short you and say they have no proof. Guys in the yard dont speak good English .The lumber is warped almost to bad to use.

Quick service had hard to find products give them a shot.

Due to a broken part I had to replace a main entry door hand set. My goal was to find an exact replacement so I wouldnt have to drill new holes or make other modifications. I called Naples Lumber, explain what I had and they understood and transferred me to their expert JR. We talked and he suggested that I bring in what I have, I did and he immediately went to work, and within 15 mins I was all set. Turns out the set I bought was 10 years old, and they only charged me the 10 year old price. When does that ever happen?I had looked on the internet, thought I knew what I needed and was ready to buy before I called Naples Lumber. Had I bought on line I would have not only bought the wrong brand, but it would not have worked and would have cost me more money.If you need an expert to talk to call Naples Lumber!

Sell the homeowner and have no follow through. never honest about lead time.
