This place is by far the best place to go in Naples area. It’s a privately owned business that gives you the best appraisals and highest offers compared to the national chain pawnshops that could care less about being fair. They have a awesome selection of jewelry and accessories. They will work with you and make your experience one to remember as opposed to the others where you feel like you were just robbed blind. Customer service is top notch and they are great about sending notifications about upcoming due dates. Can’t say enough good things about this place.Michael

I have used Naples Pawn primarily for jewelry repairs. I have been extremely satisfied with all work performed. Much better than a high end jewelry store that I had used in the past.The quality of work was much better and the entire experience was very good.

Would give zero stars. These people have no idea what theyre doing. Brought something that last sold on eBay for $575 so they tried telling me what I brought them was different and was only worth $100. I told them thats not the one I have but the were persistent on it. Pretty sure they were just trying to scam me. Definitely dont recommend this pawn shop at all.

Walked in the place, was never greeted. Had a piece of gold jewelry priced over 8 thousand dollars, I had done my homework prior to going there. Reviewed the daily gold scrap value and the jewelry was still worth about $4600. Let’s say they have to cover overhead and everything else. I would have been fine with a fair offer. Instead, this older gentleman looks at me and tells me he offers me $2200 for it. Is this the honest business this place promotes so highly? Come on, most people go there because they are in need, not to get robbed. Luckily I found a buyer that paid me the right amount. Yet on my way out I saw the same piece of jewelry but a lot smaller and I am assuming lighter for 4 times what they offered to pay me. Good luck screwing people over.

I appreciate the great quality and pride they provide in this establishment. Always clean everything is accessible to see not cluttered. Wheel chair friendly and accessible as well. I bought the most unique piece of jewelry (to give my sister). I’m so curious about it! I called the store and was able to speak to Lauren; what a delight she is! I look forward to working with her, to find out about the history of it. How unusual is a pendant that’s a14k gold typewriter, with mini-pearls for the keys, plus rubies and sapphires. The owner, I believe that’s who he was, happened to be very knowledgeable. He was so kind and helpful. He has so much information on gold and the process of determining if gold is real or fake. Most importantly he loves what he does and it shows. He made us comfortable and answered all our questions. John and his staff are great people! They truly care about their clients. I grew up in the pawn business. My parents owned a pawn & gun shop for almost 30 years. I remember my father explaining the importance of what we did for the people in our community and how we should treat each person with dignity and respect because you never know a persons situation. He explained to me that 99% of the people we serviced were good people who were just going through some hard times. And that we helped them fairly, not took advantage of them. My father always helped his clients get their items back, working out deals with them to where they could. Over the years, every place we lived, I would frequent the local pawn shops looking for good deals on jewelry, electronics and any other items and even using their pawn service sometimes. I could always tell the good folks from the ones who took advantage of folks. Over the years I have never met someone more like my father than John. He is like my father in so many ways. Terrible service. I went in to pawn some jewelry I dont need and was immediately accused of stealing not to mention she accused me repeatedly. I also gave my ID which indicates that I am of legal age and was then told I dont feel comfortable making a transaction with you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went in today for the first time looking for something specific, the lady who helped me was very professional and friendly, she found exactly what I was looking for. Her name is Lauren. I think it was her boss at the other counter, if youre reading this and youre the owner or her boss you should give Lauren a raise she was very helpful and great to deal with. Also I think I will be back to shop some more you guys have good jewelry.

You may think that a Pawn Broker is not really a friend, but you would be wrong in that opinion. There have been several times that he has relaxed his policies to help me. Theyre typical pawn shop, scum. They tried to offer me $40 for a 32 hdtv which I was ready to accept then they proceeded to lower it to $35 then 20 when I told them they were helping someone in a bind (not true just saying to help the sale). I declined. Theyre looking to take advantage of people down in their luck like most pawn shops are. Guy sounded like a sleeze that was getting a thrill out of it too. Stay away.

I purchased a guitar from this Pawn Shop two days ago and when I got it home notice that there were a few defects with the product. the next day I went to return the guitar as per the return policy present on the receipt and was told that they would not take it back. The best they would do for me was buy it back for $55 dollars cheaper then they sold it to me for. This place ripped me off and they do not follow their policies. The kicker is, had I sold the guitar back to them they would have placed it on the rack for the original price they sold it to me for.The service was awful and the owner copped an attitude with me simply for trying to return the instrument back to his pawn shop.I would not recommend doing any business here.

So im very skeptical of going to pawn shops but i found myself in a bit of a bind the other day. After going to 2 pawn shops earlier in the day i was ready to give up being so discusted at what they had to offer. A friend of mine told me to go check out this pawn shop in naples to give them a shot, so i reluctantly drove all the way from the cape to naples and i have to say my attitude was instantly turned around. I was instantly greeted with the customer service i expected and was given such a fair deal (that i NEVER expected from any pawn shop) from a young lady with blonde hair. ( i believe her name was laurie or lauren). She was outstanding and being in the service industry myself as a restraunt manager/bartender it floored me to get that from a pawn shop! Hats off to thos establishment for employing her!! My thoughts have changed on my pawn experience because of this!! Know youll be seeing me again soon!!!

Called and the guy simply said thanks for calling and hung up on me when I was still asking questions.I called to ask a about a garrett at-pro metal detector. They where ALOT higher than new from all the chains, brick and mortar stores that I have called. I have tried 3 times to give this pawn shop a chance and every time they are way higher than everyone else, and I was told by a employee there a month ago its naples people will pay extra what a sad way to run a business.I knew before I called I would be talked to like a moron and get a ridiculous price but decided one more shot.As trying to sell them gold they are NOT the highest payers around by far as ive tried taking them gold a year ago and two other places were more friendly and beat them by a long shot.So if you want the cold shoulder, want zero friendly help, Want crazy high prices than Id definitely deal with these guys.P.S. take note of the cheesy pawn star photos of Rick from the show on their counter
