I am so impressed with the annual service provided by Pete at Hole in One. In addition, I happened to get a flat on a new tire that I bought and had installed by Pete and Ron came to save me from being stranded on the sidewalk. I am so grateful!! Thank you for your professionalism and assistance.

Having owned many carts over the years, I want to let everyone know if you need a new cart or service done on your old one go to “Hole In One Golf Cart”. Their pricing, promptness and friendly service is next to none! I normally do not do reviews but after my great experience there, I felt I needed to. You will not be disappointed if you go to “Hole In One”!

We stopped in to see what they had available in stock. We looked at a couple of used carts and a new ICON cart. We decided to buy the new cart since upgrading the used carts would put us in the same price range. There was no pressure to buy and while we were there another customer told us how well they treated her. We definitely recommend Hole In One Golf Carts.

Hole in One is the best place in SWFL for your golf cart needs. They surpass expectations every time. Phenomenal customer service. Take the time to explain things. My family has been going there for years and everytime same great experience.

Purchased my cart there several years ago and generally had good service. The service over the last few years has been terrible. Work is never done when they say it will be, they dont show up for at home service and calls are never returned. Ill never do business with them again.

I went into Hole in one golf carts looking to learn more about the different types of golf carts for a future purchase. I was able to speak with the service manager Charlie and was able to get the knowledge and answers I needed. Very knowledgeable and told me what to look for when buying and how to maintain them. Highly recommend very straight forward and honest . I will be back in a few months to purchase!!! Thank you for the help.

Bought two golf carts from these jokers. One broke down on the 7th hole the first time I took it on the golf course. My 7 & 8 year old boys and I had to push the cart for a good 800 yards until I could get to a parking lot so it could be trailered for service. They serviced the cart only for it to break down the very next time I used it. Again stranded with my 7 & 8 year old boys. They serviced the cart again and did not charge me for parts but charged me $155 for labor. I was furious but they said it was a part of the purchase agreement. I pleaded with them but no compassion from the owner.The other cart we purchased from them was supposed to have an upgraded speed download, we paid extra for it. When cart was delivered upon purchase it topped out at 16 mph. We called and had the cart serviced but were told 16 mph was the top speed. We had to buy another engine from an outside dealer to get the cart to go faster. It now does 21 mph.

They really went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Charlie runs a smooth ship! Highly recommend anyone looking for a golf cart this the place.

My husband purchased a ezgo golf cart in April. 2017 for $ 2450.00 as is from Hole in One in Cape Coral. This golf cart was over 20 years old. He knew nothing about golf carts being a transplant from New Jersey. Come August, the golf cart died. We had a tech come to the house and we were told that it was either the motor or the controller that was bad and it would cost us between four and five hundred dollars to fix it. Living on a fixed income we had to say no. We then asked how much they would give us to buy the cart back. We were told $ 600. REALLY??? So 4 mos later we are out over $ 2400 and no golf cart. I would NEVER REVOMMEND this business to anybody. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

Not a good place to do business, will NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
