Conditioned Air is absolutely my go-to for all of our AC needs. When we bought our first home in this area, the existing air conditioning system was old, but working, and they took care to maintain it and keep it working well without any pressure to replace anything unnecessarily. This integrity made them my first call when we needed to replace the entire system for our upcoming sale, and they will be maintaining our new homes system. Everyone I worked with was professional, on time, courteous and consistent. I love that they took care of all the permitting, paperwork, warranties etc - I havent had to deal with any of that. The spider crane they used to replace our outdoor system was very impressive and everyone worked seamlessly to get the job done. Each tech took care of my property, and they put down very high quality floor coverings during the install job. Chris, Kevin and crew were extremely professional and a joy to interact with. Jason (sales) came out to give me the estimate and made sure I had a full understanding of the scope of work and all the options. I have been using Conditioned Air for 3 years now ( commercial contact maintenance). Before pandemic this company was great, employees were professional, price was reasonable. It deserved a five star review. It all went wrong after pandemic happens, they charging way higher then average price. Last time I had AC broke down on Sunday, the temperature in the restaurant reach 95 degrees, called in service and understood would be extra charge on weekends.Technician showed up 2 hours after the call,went to the roof opened up all compartments then played on phone saying he had to bet for the shoes on phone, a hour later he come to me saying storm was coming he had to eat too. Total time of 2:30 later he came to me explained what went wrong with AC( there was a leak with refrigerant), and he couldn’t find the leak. He then offered me to recharge up refrigerant for $1400 without fixing the leak, which lead me to replace the whole unit. I end up paying $339 for diagnose. Later the day I called my friend to come to check out the AC, he found the in first 10 minutes and mentioned there is no way a professional technician could miss that big hole. Less then 30 minutes he fixed the leak recharged the refrigerant for $300. Next day I called Conditioned Air to complain the situation I was at with a supervisor (forgot the name), he said he will dig into that and call me back with solution. So far two weeks has past with no phone call, message or email to follow from them yet!

This was my first experience with Conditioned Air. The technician, Peter R. called me 10 minutes before his arrival, which I had requested, and showed up looking neat and professional. He explained what he was going to do and said he would be happy to answer ANY questions I might have. He worked constantly while he was here. After working in the attic on the air handler he came down completely soaked in perspiration. He still took all the time required to clean up any dirt that resulted from his efforts. He explained what he had done and said he would follow up with an email so I would have a record of everything. His manner was super friendly and polite. He sold me on the company. I told him I would like him to remain as my technician as long as he worked there. I would say that this was the best experience Ive EVER had with an air conditioning company.

Honest Air lives up to its name 100%. My AC needed its annual tune up. This time I was lucky to be here in person to meet with the staff, ask questions and see how they inspected my AC unit. Honest Air had previously installed it. The work was impeccable. The senior staff person made recommendations of the ideal temperature, where to pour down bleach (not vinegar), and how to maintain my unit when I am away. He provided guidance to the new staff person in a very fair and professional manner. The staff took pride in their work and in maintaining a strong relationship with me as the customer. I like that in a service provider!I also asked about getting a blue light installed. He provided me with info on the spot and then emailed me more info to help me make a decision.Keep up the good work. You are my AC company of choice!

UPDATE:Conditioned Air did call us back within the hour to explain that they had made a mistake and would like to schedule an appointment for us. Though we have already made an appointment with another company, their management deserves credit for acting quickly to remedy their staff members misunderstanding of their policies and reach out to the customer. For this reason, I feel it is important to update my review to reflect their responsiveness.Original Review:We purchased two new air conditioning units for our home 2 years ago from this company and we have been using them for our business as well. Today we called them to set up some preventative maintenance on our home A/C and were told that since they had not come out to our home within the last year, we were considered new customers and they were not able to take on new customers. I understand that there is high demand this time of year and businesses are short-staffed but this is not the way you treat your returning customers.

In May of this year they came out for a maintenance check. They found nothing wrong and charged $173.00. On 8/16/2021 they came out because unit was no longer cooling home. They came out to check within 4 hours. It was determined that there was a leak in the reversing valve. We were charged $358.00 to be told that was what was wrong. They came out the next day to change the reversing valve. We were charged $803.00 for changing the reversing valve. The valve itself was still under warranty. I dont know if those prices are good or not? But from the time we called them until our unit was fixed it was less than 30 hours.

I was extremely pleased with the technician that was sent out. His name is Wes. He was prompt he was efficient he is very knowledgeable very pleasant, and got the job done. If you ever wanted a training session for your other techs I would have Wes teach the class! He’s a winner!

One complaint was that I had called the office Weds. afternoon to leave him a message re coming here as they are putting in pavers and it could be tricky getting in, but he told me he never received it, and he was not sure if he was going to get in. Fortunately all worked out fine. Also, I never answer phone calls that I do not know name or number, so when he called I hesitated, but because of the time of the call and knowing someone was coming I did answer. if id for honest air could have been on id it would have been helpful.

Kristen was very professional and did a very thorough job cleaning my Unit.He came in the door clean and left with dirt all over his shirt and arms.The unit was previously maintained by another company, they wore white shirts and never got any dirt on them!!!Highly recommend using them and buying the service contract! It was only a few dollars more to buy the 2 visits a year.

Paid $8,000 including an extra $1,000 to cover 10 years labor since parts were covered for 10 years. Just 2 years new the coils leaked out and had to be replaced. Conditioned Air & Rheam refused to stand by and honor their product nor workmanship. I was forced to pay an additional $1298.00. Dont let his happen to you.

I have been a customer with Conditioned Air since 2019. I find them to be very professional and service oriented. They go the extra mile to schedule appointments in a timely manner. My tech was Alex Ruano who was on time, took the time to explain the service details, he was very polite and very considerate while in my home.

Conditioned Air installed a new AC unit and Nest thermostat in January. I was not here during install, the service team did an excellent job with the install and communication. Today, Kyle came to check AC unit and do first maintenance on the new system. He is awesome! Knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and gave great suggestions about the unit and usage in general. He had a smile on his face the whole time, that tells me the that Kyle is committed and Conditioned Air is committed. I have used them for almost 12 years. Great company. Martin Charles did a very thorough job cleaning out my air conditioning line. He was very professional and an honest hard worker. Great employee!

The service technician, Robert, was polite, professional, no nonsense. He immediately proceeded to the problem unit; provided a detailed explanation on what he needed to do and when done provided a clear explanation of the problem and what was required to fix it. He wore a mask when he came to the door and at all times when he interacted with us without our having to request he do so. Note: this service visit was in the midst of the second Covid wave in Florida.

I normally dont take the time to write reviews but the service we received from Conditioned Air was over-the-top so taking the time to review. This is our first year with an annual service contract with Conditioned Air. Generally contracts state promises that are not kept, with Conditioned Air this is not the case. Our A/C was not coming on late Saturday evening and of course this happened with a house full of guests. I completed a service request online figuring I wouldnt hear from anyone until Sunday but probably more likely on Monday. Within minutes we had a call and the service tech John arrived shortly after. John was polite, friendly, and not at all upset that he was at our home at 10pm on a Saturday evening. John performed maintanence on our unit and got it was up and running. Thank you John and Conditioned Air! I highly recommend this company and with continued service like this will be a customer for life. :)

We have had Conditioned Air as our go to company for several years. We had an issue with our AC at about 930pm. When I called I anticipated waiting until the next day for a service tech to be able to come address the issue. Within 30 minutes from making the night time service call request, a professional tech was at my home taking care of the AC issue. The tech was very professional, and took care of the issue in a fast and efficient manner. Conditioned Air is the way to go for our household.

Our AC unit stopped working about a month after installation. At first, it was difficult to get in touch with a technician (holiday weekend and tropical storm issues). Once they contacted me, they were punctual and isolated the problem fairly quickly. A board needed to be ordered and the technician was able to patch around the problem to get the AC working in a limited manner until the board arrived. When the board arrived they were scheduled for the following day. System is now functional again with the new components.

Weve used their annual maintenance for a number of years. Each technician has been professional, thorough and explained what theyve checked/changed/fixed each time, whether outside, inside, or up in our 113° attic (poor fellows!). Thank you.

Conditioned Air has polite and knowledgeable technicians that show up on time and do great work. They are one of the best companies I’ve done business with since I moved to Florida 8 years ago.My latest experience was not so good. First, I had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment for routine maintenance at a condo I own and rent out. Second, they gave me an arrival window of 12noon to 6pm. SIX HOURS. I had to wait at the condo from 1145am to 440pm when they showed up. No issue with the technician (he was great) or the work he performed. Apparently, CA thinks that because most of us in Naples are retired, we can sit around all day and wait for a service tech. Hey, my time is just as valuable as theirs is. So for this call the work performed gets an A but the customer service gets a D. If other companies give you a 2 or 3 hour window on a service call, these guys can do it.Conditioned Air serviced my home AC today. As always, the technician was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and professional. I think the key to working with this company is to set up maintenance appointments well in advance so you can request the first appointment of the day. Then you know they will arrive between 8am and 9am. Today I give these guys an A in all categories.

Had used conditioned air for many years but stopped in 2019 because of price increase. Two years with another company who upon every visit told me my relatively new 2018 air conditioner needed UV light replacement and easy start kit etc. I came back to Conditioned Air. No hard sales for extra add-ons unless truly necessary.

I have an annual service contract with Honest Air to service three units at a store my wife and I own in Venice, Florida. I went through two other HVAC companies before Honest Air, and, since discovering them Ive been very happy with all aspects of their service and work quality. Besides the routine maintenance, they have performed three separate repairs in a very professional, fair priced, and timely manner. I have recommended them to neighboring store owners without hesitation.

Dave cut no corners in performing a long overdue maintenance procedure on the system. Totally satisfied with his work ethic as well as his demeanor - good man!

Installed replacement motor on a Friday, after I was notified that it couldnt be done until Monday. Two technicians showed up on Friday about 4:30pm and said the part was en route to my house. They were finished by 6pm and the house was cool after two days of no a/c.

Our AC was not working in the middle of the night. Stephn Baughman showed up within an hour and fixed the system. Very knowledgeable and professional

On 7/3 our A/C died. Had a Maintenance contract with ConditionedAir. Tech arrived at 11PM. Departed at 3AM without discovering problem. House very hot by now. On 7/4 another tech arrived. Found problem but did not have parts to fix. He recommended a new system due to old age of our system and said their sales system reopened in 2 more days on 7/6. He left and we found another company who came quickly on 7/4 and replaced the blower motor and fried control panel. Now ConditionedAir wants $169 for their failed efforts regardless of the maintenance contract which I am naturally cancelling.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and thoroughly evaluated our current issues with our thermostat. He explained that the Nest mounting plate had shorted power to our thermostat and is defective. Since it is relatively new, I will call Nest customer service for replacement. Jacob was honest and very customer service oriented. He is a wonderful technician for Conditioned Air.

Conditioned air is the original installer of the AC and heating system (2014) at my clients house. We have a maintenance contract for 6 AC units, 2 Split units and Garage unit. They perform maintenance twice a year and all repairs related to the system. They are always on time and respond to all calls and questions. Client is very happy with their service.
