Called first to inquire as to whether or not they had what I was looking for. Jonathan answered the phone and assured me hed have answers to the multitude of questions but that it would be best to see both of the similar models in person.When I showed up a little while later I was greeted by Jonathan himself and within a short period of time both models were in front of me to check out myself. He was able to answer any question I had and a few I didnt know I had in the first place.Jonathan wasnt alone however, as Grae and Kelly were both there as well to answer any questions and were incredibly accommodating while Jonathan sized the bracelet to my wrist. (Got it right on the first guess, too).All in all this was a really fun, positive experience. I dont know how Im going to justify a Planet Ocean to my wife after this, so any suggestions would be helpful. :)

Just had the pleasure of investing in my third Omega while spending a few days recharging my batteries in Florida along with my beautiful wife. Grae and the team are so focused on providing excellent customer experience. I chose a co-axial chronometer from the Constellation range. A beautiful timepiece light grey face. The whole experience in shopping at the boutique was great we were made to feel special and if you are interested in investing in Omega I recommend going to Naples to purchase
We really can’t say enough positive things about Jonathan and Grae and our experience at this Omega Boutique. They were supremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and never pushy. They were also gracious and welcoming to our small children, which made the buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. We ended up leaving with two beautiful timepieces and we couldn’t be happier with our purchases. Even though we’re from out of town, this will be our preferred Omega Boutique for future purchases and service. One of my favorite stores to drop by when at Waterside Shops. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and so friendly - They even celebrated my graduation with me briefly at the store. I will always choose Omega above other brands.
Grae and the Omega staff are incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My watch buying experience was above and beyond my expectations. The Naples store is by far the best customer service I have experienced.

Very nice staff who are willing to chat about Omegas. I was looking at a Railmaster but just wasnt in love with the face of the current version. They were very nice and even offered to service the Seamaster I was wearing for free if I made the purchase. I walked out without buying anything but will remember them the next time I want to purchase an Omega (I currently own six). Theres no Omega store where we live so we travel to Vegas to browse and purchase. Now Naples is certainly at the top of my list for my next watch purchase!

I had a great experience at the store today. Just stopped by to look at the watch that caught my attention at the window. Gentleman at the store was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I looked at and tried on several models and made up my mind which watch I would be buying in the future. I did not feel pressured at all and on top of that we got a present from the staff. I recommend this boutique to anyone and will be back.

The staff here are very helpful, kind, and knowladgable. This was my first time at an Omega Botique and I am certain it will not be my last. I currently own an Omega Seamster and the man assisting me showed me the new Seamasters and other models such as the Speedmasters. I enjoyed the experience very much.
I used to love the brand, but this boutique associates were so pushy, that it turned me off. They try to get customers as tipsy as possible to make sure they buy something. One guy stumbled out of there. I swear he could barely walk. How is this legal?

Incompetent and outrageous prices- if you have to have an omega, shop online and save. Took my 25 year old daily use watch in for $450 a factory cleaning after some slight moisture entered thru a failed helium valve A few years back. I agreed to a new bezel for an additional $150. Weeks later, they called and said the cleaning would be $1350???!!! WTF? That’s more than I paid for the watch when it was new. I canceled the cleaning. They never called to say the watch was back. After more weeks I called and they said it was in. I drove 30 miles to pick it up only to wait 15 min for them to say the watch was accidentally sent back to the repair facility.
Nice store, the sales staff was very knowledgeable.
