The 3rd store I went to and they were very helpful, unlike the others! They actually spent time finding us a fan that met our needs and then offered a great price! We got a much nicer fan for less than the one we thought we wanted. It was so amazing and pleasurable to shop where they care about selling something that suits the customer. I purchased 3 pendant lights here for my kitchen and not only were the prices reasonable, but the lights are SO much nicer than anything you could get at Home Depot or Lowes. Plus, the manager there was super helpful and knowledgeable. I needed the lights pretty quickly and they had them in stock.

We have owned a number of properties in Naples over the past years and have always turned to Naples Lighting & Fan for our lighting needs. Most recently we bought a ceiling fan/light fixture for a home we recently purchased. When it comes to product, quality and customer service Justin and his staff are second to none. We are now in the market for a chandelier fixture and will be visiting the store again in the very near future. They are the Best!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I discovered today that service is not dead - at least at this store. I popped in as I needed a 6inch fan downrod, and could not find one. The staff went above and beyond by finding some old rods they had in the store and made me what I needed. Is that awesome or what? While I waited, I looked at the lighting thy have - WOW. Some of the most interesting and eclectic designs, and the prices did not make me feel faint. I would strongly suggest you take a look here if you are looking for new lighting.

A Huge selection of quality lights & fans in all price ranges. You never get the feeling that the salesperson is on commission or trying to make a quota. If you dont see what you want in the showroom the salespeople are happy to help you shop at their online store.

Bought a fan from them a year ago and it started making a slight sound, but just enough to be annoying, so I called to see about getting it fixed. They were quick to send out a tech guy to take a look and he fixed it within minutes, the fan as quiet as can be. Very impressed with their service, which is why I wrote this review. YES they are the best Lighting and Fan store in Naples and SWFL. I have a fan a year old. It was not working at the wall switch. They ordered me a replacement, that didnt solve the problem but they gave me another figuring that my electrician messed up. This was correct. That solved the problem. Thank you guys. !!!

Purchased all our lights & fans from Naples Lighting & Fan Depot during a recent build. They were top notch in their selections, pricing and service! You may have to wait your turn for help during busy times, but they are well worth it. We Highly recommend them.

Came in with a old lite kit that was bad. They dont make that type fixture anymore. But instead of getting all new fan and lite they showed me how to adapt a new lite kit, to the old fan saving me lots of time and money! Thats exciting and very good business because Ill be back!!! Thanks! 👍😎🌴🐾🐾

This is the best lighting store in southwest Florida . It may not have the frills of some of the other lighting stores. But they have everything all the other stores do. They sales guys in the store are super knowledgeable.

Searching for lighting and fans we went to 5 or 6 stores​. Naples Lighting &.... had as good a selection as any. Better, more educated staff and most importantly, the best prices​ we could find.

Absolutely A+ family owned business. We had another local fan retailer install our fans a few years ago, and they did a sub-par job (started to oscillate). Justin and Otto were both terrific in the showroom, and the installer was prompt and even corrected another fan that wasnt their work!

We had an appointment scheduled to have a ceiling fan installed on our lanai today. I called 30 minutes after our appointment window had passed got no answer left VM, sent email as well no response. Afternoon wasted to make sure we were home. Sad this was our 3rd fan purchase, no call, no show. Update - after what had happened they reached out to me to apologize and wave the install fee, they are coming today to install.
