I live here year round and life is great. Great team of personnel. New clubhouse and pool are wonderful. Quiet and carefree living.

The pool and club house is modern and well kept.

Not a pleasant experience. Ended up here looking at something on Facebook Marketplace. Should have turned around and not gone in!

Its a 55 community, lot rent alwaysgoing up! Cheaper than a one bedroom! Like all places has its downfalls! So is life these days! God Bless us all!🙏

Quiet and safe

Everything is so close, the beaches mail,rmv, my bank, all stores, restaurants etc.

Very clean park, organized and friendly

Park is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Lot rent is high but less expensive than the park across the street. Homes appear to be poorly maintained and park seems to be run down.

My dad moved here a little over 2 years and I have always been very impressed. It is well maintained with new improvements happening since the new owners have taken over. I am looking forward to moving to this same park soon.

Had a mfg home there 5 yrs ago, good location there in North Naples...Many upgrades since that time, much damaged from two or three storms then, priced okay. Could score better now, havent been back to North Naples in awhile...management is key...old owners were really nice...Zemen bought it, things changed, unfortunately not all for for the better....but that is change. It was okay, safe, no trouble.

Friendly staff. Nice neighbors. Fun activities. Wonderful new recreation area being built this year.

Very nice my mother live there 6 months a year.

The park is continually shutting off the water, it happens at least 2 times a month and on weekends. It is extremely ridiculous and poor management to not minimize the times of occurrence. I have lived several places in my life and have never seen anything like this. If you are looking for a quality place with respect for the residence - look elsewhere!

Charming 55+ MHC in a fantastic location close to everything a retiree needs. New owners adding many brand new homes, making improvements to update the look and building a new deluxe clubhouse for the residents!

After a hurracane a some years back there were sofas on the road, no trees, so storms really do damage here. I had a dumpster for recycle and the employees commonly stole the materials for their own profit. Good location in north naples, becomes a ghost town in summer. Streets do flood. Great place to grow old and die from old age or pure boredom in a 70s model trailer.

Well kept nice quiet place

Perfect place for 55 years old people, clean, friendly neuberhood, close to the beach.New swimming pool, lots of program for anyone.

Nice Park just under new management, some repair, some clean up,, close to good shopping either north or south, Pool and fun nights.
