Horrible experience for our church!! Problems from the very start. Never able to fix the problems and ended up with $30,000 of scrap metal and circuit boards. Bought a sign from Plastic Arts Sign Co. in Pensacola, FL and have NEVER had a problem with it in 5 years...not one!!

In the last 7 years we have purchased 2 signs from American Led Technology. We have been so please with the quality of the signs we had purchased.Eric has always been so helpful, and has always got us the answers to the questions we have asked.I would highly recommend American Led Technology if you are looking for a LED Sign to advertise your company.

They went above and beyond to help us get a second life out of a 10 year sign that was acquired as part of a purchased property. We couldnt communicate with the sign and it was stuck on all the previous programming. American LED pulled strings and spent many hours to give us a solution to this problem. After replacing some critical parts in the sign and working with American LED, I am happy to say that we can now communicate with sign. We look forward to getting more years of use out of it thanks to American LED Technology.

Very very disappointed, low LED quality, very limited display software and schedule options, poor tech support that have to email their IT in China and never get back to you with any help.We will have to replace the sign two months after purchase.

Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their product and are not helpful or timely with resolving problems. They do the bare minimum to help customers. Sign will look good initially but is not worth the money. Please find another company to do business with.

Bought my sign and havent had issues since it was installed. The support line was helpful when we needed training. They have been helpful when I had to re-train a new employee. Had my sign since Mid 2015 and it works great.

Great alternative to high priced EMC companies. Quality product that they stand behind. Tech support is very willing to help with training and any issues that arise. We had a small issue with a double sided 4 x 9 EMC and Eric and crew had it fixed in no time!

Sold us a sign with power supplies not compatible for our climate. Sign has been down more than its been working. If we wanted a working sign, we needed to purchase better power supplies that were more conducive to our climate. Poor customer service. Poor product, with the inability to make past wrongs, right.

This company is one of the worst Ive seen. It took 5 months to get warranty repairs done on our led sign. Once the repairs were done the sign continues to malfunction and so far after 3 weeks we only get promises and no one has come out. The typical senario is send me a picture so we can see what the sign is doing. That gets pretty old after doing that 5 or 6 times. Apparently, according to the contracptor that made the first repair, the sign is wired improperly internally. Although I have requested to speak with the owner he has never called me back or shown any interest in customer service or satisfaction. I would not ever recommend anyone do business with this company.

Paid $30,000 for this sign, it has not worked properly since day one. We have asked for a replacement several times. This is going on year 3 with issues with this sign and they can never get replacement parts. Buyer beware!!! They will not even return my phone calls.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I have had NOTHING but trouble from the $30,000 display we purchased from these people. EVERY time it rains the sign goes down and takes another $1000 to fix...NO EXAGERATION...EVERY TIME!! I would NOT reccommend this business nor will I ever buy another thing from them!!!
