Don’t Shop Here.!!!!! Terrible Return Policy - Store credit only. Who does that in today’s competitive marketplace.As caretaker of my 89 yr old mom, came here to find orthopedic shoes. Saleswomen convinced her she also needed a pair of sandals. Mom told her of concerns w balance, she said no problem try them at home, you can return them. No one mention that it would be Store Credit Only. Yikes- $200 credit ?? Too many other good shoe stores to shop- won’t be returning and will spread the word. Buyers Beware!!!!!

I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Came in with uncomfortable dress shoes and all of the store employees jumped in to provide some input on what would work for me. I love the Mephistos they recommended, and I ended up buying. The only reason for 4 stars, instead of 5, is the pricing. I did find the same shoes $85 cheaper (per pair) on the manufacturer website, as well as elsewhere, when I got home. That said, however, I think there is a premium to be had for good customer service, which was excellent, and buying from locally owned businesses. Thanks!

My 85 year old mother was prayed on as are many others in these reviews! They over whelmed her when she was buying a pair of shoes. None of the shoes have prices on them. She didnt realize how much they were until she got to the register and was embarrassed that she couldnt really afford them but went ahead and purchased them. The very next day she went back to get her money back. They would not give her her money back. S he had to take a store credit. She cannot afford $350 shoes. She was flimflammed ! These people knew what they were doing, acting all patriotic while hurting an older person. I wish I knew a way to stop them from doing this to another person.Stay far away!!

Caveat Emptor Buyer BewareIt is my fault that I never asked the price of 3 pairs of shoes I purchased yesterday, however, the saleswoman never mentioned price and brought out a pair of shoes I didn’t ask for. I was looking for boat shoes. At home in MA these shoes cost approximately $100. I admit the shoes I didn’t ask for were incredibly comfortable and I complimented the sales person, whose name I think is Tracey, for her salesmanship but shame on me for allowing this and buying. At checkout I was shocked at the over $1000 charge but too embarrassed to say anything. The boat shoes were $200 the other pairs $400 each! My advice is ask the price of everything. There are no prices listed anywhere. Be firm with the salespeople if they bring out shoes you didn’t ask for.

Why buy painful shoes for cheap if you can get comfortable stylish shoes that make your feet happy. Shoe Warehouse has kind long-time employees and a kind owner. Support a small business - feed a family AND make your feet happy.

Took a close friend to the store. The owner told her she was wearing terrible shoes and he would show her a much better Sandal. She said she liked her Crocs and had a lot of the brands he was suggesting at home in her closet. He told her she looked like she came from a homeless shelter. This from a man that has a scraggly pony tail and beard. I have never encountered such a rude and obnoxious person. Customer service is the last thing that store has to offer. It was obvious that my friend was insulted and he offered no apology. I would not recommend shopping at this store.

This is the place to go if you need comfort shoes for special occasions, work, exercise, or casual sandals. But, as with many good things, it is also a bit pricey. If you are on your feet a good part of the day or have troubles with feet legs back Etc, its probably worth the price.

Very expensive

The staff were very helpful and patient helping me find some shoes for my mother but for a shoe warehouse, I didnt expect to pay at least $90 for a pair of shoes!

Purchased a pair of walking shoes at this store, which ended up hurting my feet and my back. When I brought them back the owner wouldn’t allow me to return or exchange them. NO RETURNS allowed. I also found these shoes $50.00 CHEAPER at another store. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.

I really wanted to like the Shoe Warehouse and get my sandals there. The owner refused to answer my shoe questions. He said, Im tired of people using me. Come back when youre ready to buy! I will not set foot in that store again, ever. That was my second visit. The first visit I left quickly because the salesman refused to measure my feet. It is a shame, because, although the prices are high, the Shoe Warehouse has a terrific inventory of quality shoes. Do not go there

On Saturday, November 29, 2014, my wife, went to The Shoe Warehouse, 933 Airport Rd. South, Naples to purchase a pair of shoes.At the checkout counter she was rushed through and signed the register receipt without special notice. Once home, on Sunday morning, she noticed the credit card charge of $583.00 for a single pair of shoes. Being sure there was a mistaken credit card entry (neither of us had ever seen a single pair of shoes costing $583.00) she returned to the store on Monday, December 1, 2014.Once at the store she spoke with the manager and was informed there was no mistake, the shoes she purchased do in fact cost $583.00. At that point she returned the unworn shoes and all packaging and was given a hand written note saying she has a store credit equal to the price of the shoes.The shoes were never worn, all packing material was returned the next business day. We cannot imagine a pair of shoes costing that much and would never have purchased them.My wife is seventy years old and is very upset over this, we cannot afford this expense. The store owner was rude and condescending. We believe the store management is simply taking advantage of an elderly woman, using a technicality, to pad their bottom line, at her expense.

I walked in with real pain on the balls of my feet. Yesterday I was at another store that specializes in orthotics that wanted $300-500 for one pair. I also went to a sporting goods store and looked at their insoles/orthotics. They didnt have anything with real arch support or metatarsal (ball of the foot) cushion or support. Today, at Shoe Warehouse, the owner helped me, and got me a perfect fitting pair of off the shelf insoles that supported my arch and took away the pain immediately. Since I played Pickle ball today, which is a real running game, I didnt expect to be pain free so quickly. The insoles I bought cost $49. So, I saved $250-350, and am out of pain. Ive never been so relieved to have foot, arch, shoe construction information (that I asked for) explained so well. Honestly, I think the education makes this place the most important shoe place Ive been. I found the prices realistic and just like anywhere else. But, the personal service was amazing. I bought 2 pairs of New Balance for sports because I felt like I had finally found a store that had the knowledge and was willing to take the time to fit me properly. I havent seen this kind of service and knowledge in a shoe store since I was a child. I really appreciated it. They have a ton of shoes there. if you cant find something that fits well, it doesnt exist. Ill be buying more shoes from them instead of wasting time and money elsewhere. Ive had foot issues or pain since I was a kid. If anyone can keep me pain free and enjoying life, from sports to dress up its these guys. Tell them The Captain sent you. They wont know who I am, but itll be fun to see them look puzzled when I go back for more shoes.

This dump does not deserve one star !!!! Beware of the owner who is a RUDE and hateful person. He ripped a card that our sales person gave me out of my hand and tore it up in front of me ! I am sure because I did not buy his overpriced $200 sandals. He SCREAMED at me to get out and that I wasted an hour of his staffs time. Oh did I mention it was with my 94 year old parents that were looking for shoes after a failed foot SX ? The NO REFUND policy just was not an option for us since she has had so many issues. When HE found out we were not going to buy, he pretty much yelled us out of the store. My dad is a WWII vet using a walker and pretty much the kindest guy in the world. SHAME on you for harassing your customers. You are truly a disgrace to mankind. On a positive note our sales person TIm Snow? ( not sure since the OWNER ripped up his card) was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was kind and really tried his best to fit my mom with a shoe that would work for her. Good luck to you my friend. Buyer beware. The sales person showed me a pair of shoes that I wasn’t sure would work for my plantar fasciitis, but said I would take home and put on in AM. Would return if didn’t work. They didn’t, and I returned only to find I could only get a store credit. I am from out of area and store credit doesn’t do any good.Called Visa and got the charge cancelled.Will never recommend or go back there again. There are better show stores for much lower prices.Good luck if you go in there.

He told them he had to show them to his doctor for approval and he might have to return them in a couple of days after his appt. oh no problem they said. Surprisingly rude staff who complained about having to work on a holiday in front of the customers and then proceeded to lie to me, two different staff members. Over years of visiting family in Naples, I have bought several pairs of designer shoes here. This February, however, I was shown a pair of Thierry Rabotin sandals and was told the price was $550. Though it was more than I expected to pay because this manufacturers sandals usually cost in the $400 range, I bought them as a treat because the fit was perfect, and I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well. . Since then, I have seen them in exclusive stores as well as on the internet, for $400-$450. I am outraged,will never buy another pair of shoes there. I will also pass this info on to the many people I know who live in Naples and visit there. I cant believe a store could be so greedy and dishonest.

Where to start. Shoes are not priced? Im told the prices are on the boxes which are in the storage room. Pardon me, did I hear that correctly the prices are on the boxes in the inventory room and not on the shoes on display? I pick up a shoe and have to ask the price for everyone? I told the ageing hippie anti service clerk right from Haight Ashbury that the no price policy was beyond strange and he responded that Im rather sensitive. Other than occasionally on Valentines Day Ive seldom been referred to as sensitive. I must say Ive been in literally hundreds of shoe stores from Rodeo Drive to Fifth Avenue and this is the first one that keeps the consumer in the dark by concealing the price of the goods sold or in my case not sold. Could Shoe Warehouse know something Nordstroms, Macys and all the multinationals dont? Turns out Nordstroms has a winning formula by pricing their goods because I immediately went there and bought 3 pairs....two more that what I was looking for and guess what....all the items were priced and they thanked me for stopping by. Youll make your own decision but in my case Ill never let my sensitive, comparison shopping shoes grace Attitude Warehouse again.
