Purchased a hospital bed for my 93 year old Mother who was going from physical therapy rehab into an assisted living facility. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Entire process was effortless. They made the delivery process very flexible as we were not sure of the exact day when my Mom would be moving into the facility. Driver called ahead to let me know when he would be there. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for medical supplies.

I was going to this place and had a hard time finding it. I had to call to get better the directions. The girl on the phone was so helpful and patient.When we got i find the girl who was helping me on the phone.Her name was Kendra. She was so helpful with our needs and explained the whole process of what we were renting.Kendra had great knowledge of the product was also patient and friendly.Oh and this Was &100 cheaper than another medical supply placeI would definitely shop there again

Went in on July 1st looking for some crutches and supplies for an upcoming surgery. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone in Naples looking for medical supplies!

I wanted to thank Kim Worthington for her generous and kind help as we explored medical supply options for my father. One major consideration was how equipment might fit in his rather small condo. Kim helped us measure, advised us, and ultimately let us try out a few items at home (1 worked, 2 didnt). She was clear about the return policy (we had to bring the items back within a day and not use them for sanitary reasons). Thanks!

Terrible customer service, exchanged the same originally purchased item for a different size. I was handed the new size no mention it was less money and left. When I realized it was less money and I was not credited the difference it was too far to go back. Now I try to exchange it and they wont since my receipt shows the original size. No credit and no exchange. Bad business practice. Cant recommend this store and will never shop here again. Extremely disappointed. Awful service!!!

Girl who helped me on phone was very good. Patient with my questions and supplied all the answers I needed to make my purchases. Horrible experience! Lady working there was extremely rude. A person with this attitude should not be working in a store of this kind! This type of store needs someone willing to help the customer especially if this is your first time purchasing medical supplies.

Stephanie at the Venice store was wonderful to work with. My COPD exacerbated and I needed an oxygen concentrator. She helped me very promptly and when I had issues addressed them quickly and efficiently. I liked the service so much I decided to purchase rather than rent. Unfortunately I got a machine that, new, out of the box, had problems. With her guidance I was able to diagnose and discern that the machine was indeed the problem and not the batteries and she got me another new machine quickly. She always returned my calls and was very patient and informative about the product. When the new machine came in she even called the manufacturing rep to verify that what we thought was the issue was indeed the correct prognosis. I cannot praise her and her dedication to customer service enough. Thank you Stephanie!

I purchased medical equipment from the Fort Myers location in preparation for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. Im writing the review here because it was a Naples employee who waited on me in the Fort Myers location. I purchased $250 worth of equipment and voiced my uncertainty as to the need of all the equipment to Jacob Jake my salesperson. I was assured by Jake that I would be able to return any unused equipment if I should decide I didnt need it.Fast-forward two weeks later, I walk into the Fort Myers store to return one of the items and Jake isnt there and I am told that they cannot accept the merchandise. The manager in Fort Myers, Bill stated that that was not his policy and Jake was a Naples employee . I was directed to call the Naples store. I called the Naples manager Melissa and I was told that because it wasnt purchased in her store she cant do anything about it even though Jake is her employee. Ive then called Bill back again to voice my displeasure with this decision. Bill stated that if it had been a day or two he couldve accepted the return but given that it was two weeks he could not because its a sanitary issue.Somehow in Bills mind it is completely safe to accept something back within two days and no one would have urinated or defecated in it but after two weeks then it surely has been used. With that said, who knows if I purchased a commode that had been returned within the magic two-day time period. Hmmm...I would not do business with this company. The customer service is beyond poor. You do not allow an employee to make a guarantee and then not stand behind it.

Really, you’re open 9-5 weekdays only?! Must be nice to work when you want to, not when your customers need you. It’s OK, I’ll go elsewhere.
