John, Tyler, and Dan in the services team at lovering nashua are amazing -- they couldnt turn lemons to lemonade, but they figured out how to get tequila and salt into the equation. my regularly serviced 60,000 mile Volvo is consuming oil, but the car is out of warranty. Volvo corporate should be bending over backward to address the issue and thanks to John, Tyler, and Dan advocating for us with corporate, we are getting timely communication and a clear action plan to resolve the issue. Will I buy another Volvo? TBD, but if I do John, Tyler, and Dan have made Lovering Nashua my only choice for where to go for Service. Thanks gentlemen.

Recently had new tires done on my Volvo S90. Tyler noticed a problem with a tie rod and was very proactive about getting the problem fixed to ensure that my new tires would wear properly. Once the new tires were installed, the service department was not happy with a vibration they felt during the test drive, so they replaced two front tires with another new set, until the problem was resolved. All of the service providers are extremely professional and courteous. I also appreciated having a beautiful service loaner to use while my car was getting repaired. This is the 3rd Volvo I purchased at Lovering and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Professionalism and transparency is the name of the game at Lovering. We all know that shopping for a car isnt easy, especially your first one. I visited many other dealerships before closing the deal at Lovering. None of the other dealers I went to came close to Loverings level of quality service and care. Dan C, the sales manager at Volvo, led me through the process from start to finish. He always kept an open flow of communication and did everything to accommodate my needs. On the day that I went to actually close the deal, I found that my bank could not finance me the amount they originally said they would.. I arrived at Lovering disappointed, but Dan came through and provided a solution by setting me up with another bank, and the financial guy (Henry) helped me expedite this process. They were completely transparent and helped me make an informed decision to be able to leave there with the car I wanted. Not to mention the dealership is clean, modern, they have free coffee and a gym! I mean, come on people! They even washed my car for me before I picked it up. Id been looking at the Volvo V60 Polestar Engineered for a few weeks, but not a single Volvo dealer within hundreds of miles had one in stock.So I decided to take a chance and see if Lovering would order one for me. (A couple of years ago, I tried to order a custom Mustang, and the Ford dealer flat out said no, so I wasnt expecting much.) But these guys really came through!I met up with Rich Metellus, got the order placed with the factory, and he stayed in touch all through the process, until the car was ready to be picked up. He also promptly answered all of my questions about hooking up internet in the car and ordering custom parts. My 2018 Volvo XC90 was in dire need of new brakes. We brought it into Lovering and the technicians in the service bay welcome us in with a smile. Tyler, our service advisor, got us checked in and let us know what to expect. We got our car back in just a little over 3 hours with new pads and rotors. Car was vacuumed and washed. Great service at a fair price!

Rich was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. In fact, we were “just looking” and thought we made up our mind with a BMW, however, after seeing and driving the Volvo as well as understanding all the standard options while considering the price, the Volvo won by a landslide.What We found most appealing about dealing with Rich and Volvo of Nashua was that Rich practiced a positive selling approach, he never bad mouthed another make or model, his focus was only on pointing out what makes the Volvo a top choice.If you’re thinking about another make, I’d advise at least test driving a Volvo first, we are so glad we did!

We just purchased our 2018 Certified Pre Owned S90 sedan. Our sales person Richard Johnson was so warm and personable, we felt relaxed and ready for a great experience. We loved the car, came to an agreement and scheduled our delivery. We also dealt with Sales Manager Corey and Finance guru Eric. They were both kind and professional. Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with! We drove over 80 miles to see and purchase this car. We plan to return for service as well and look forward to saying hello to everyone. Due to some challenging financial times, I needed to trade in two of my german cars, and move to a lease. I found that I really like the looks of the new Volvo wagons. When I arrived at Lovering, Francesca Hamilton greeted me and helped my test different cars, as I was not sure what could fill the gap from my two german cars. After driving, V90CC, V60CC, and XC60, I decided on the V60CC. Francesca started looking around, and found the perfect car for me at another dealership, and was able to secure it for me at a very good lease rate. Meanwhile, Mike was able to offer me what I needed for my two german cars. Im super happy with Francesca and Mike, and they made my car buying experience easy, and stress free. Through out the years I’ve always worked hand and hand with Roger Lovering but due to the location of the car Roger told me to speak to Dan at Nashua Lovering. I had such a great experience at Lovering Volvo that I feel compelled to post a review even though I didnt ultimately purchase a car! First off: the dealership itself was beautiful, one of the nicest Ive visited, and of course the cars are amazing.The sales manager who assisted me was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and zero pressure.Ultimately I decided to go with a different make just because I needed a bit larger of a third row than the XC90 currently has to offer, but I highly recommend Lovering to anybody in the market for a Volvo, or even anyone just considering looking, as they really offer an unparalleled shopping experience.

Overall I had a pleasant buying experience. Pricing was very competitive and relatively fair (sales guy was Dan Carlin) They minimize the BS and provided a solid pricing up front. I do all my shopping and negotiations over the phone prior to going into the dealer. They did not waste my time with any games or bait and switch bull. I leased an 2020 S60 and S90 and would recommend. Note, I had some minor issues with both cars and the service department I would rate at 5 stars. Chris H is awesome, he is professional and very much believes in a positive customer experience. BTW leasing or purchasing a vehicle is maybe a 1/3 of the overall experience, I believe that services department is 2/3 since you will spend more time with them over the course of a lease or purchased vehicle. I plan to revisit them at the end of my lease and see if they are still competitive.
