I love focused eye care!! All their optometrist & employees are amazing! I never mind who I get because they are all so kind & caring. I had the best experience last week getting glasses.. Im booking an appt for contacts there aswell!They also just so happen to have the best prices around!

I left a large eye care facility in Nashua due to the impersonal nature I found at that office. At Focused Eye, the staff is very pleasant and caring. You are a person, not a number. I see Kelly MacDonald and would recommend her in a heartbeat. She is personable, thorough and professional. She explains everything and always asks if you have any questions. I highly recommend this practice!

Due to an unfortunate loss of my glasses this summer, I had to call Focused Eye Care for new glasses. They immediately got me an eye exam the first day I returned from vacation. The technicians were wonderful, very good natured and professional .Dr Bryant is very skilled and answered all my questions clearly. She especially addressed my concerns based on family history.The optical area was well stocked but allowed me to choose frames based on my needs.

I have shopped around at various places in Southern New Hampshire over the years for good Optometry care, Focused Eye Care is the best in the area. I have had multiple doctors in this practice and they are all excellent. They take a very thorough approach to your eye exam and look to understand your whole health situation in case anything else might affect your vision. I have never found that to be the case at any of the big chains.They have a good selection of frames to choose from should you need glasses and they will work with you as well on your needs for contacts. Like most private places, the price for the frames and lenses is somewhat a premium, but the quality is superb and the service is superb as well. I have had issues before with my glasses and they have always worked without hesitation to make sure I was satisfied. You cant find that personal touch buying a pair of cheap online glasses.They are located in a small professional plaza where access is easy and parking is plentiful. They are on the first floor with no significant steps for those who have mobility challenges.

We had another wonderful experience at Focus Eye Care with Dr. Kendra Phillips and her staff! My 2.5 year old daughter went from tears when we first walked in due to her white coat phobia but left with a big smile on her face! Not only did all the staff greet us with big smile’s when we went in, they all made my daughter feel more comfortable by asking her questions, playing games and even giving her a stuffed animal (she picked the pink monkey) to go home with! Dr. Kendra Phillips doesn’t push our daughter further then she is willing to go during each appointment. Instead of flustering her with a-lot of poking and prodding, she does what she is comfortable and split up what we need to do in a couple appointments so we don’t make her experience into a negative, high pressure one so she is more willing to go back each time. I highly recommended this place, especially for young children.

My son has been receiving care from this practice for 6 years. Today was my first visit as a patient. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. The doctor answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. I was very happy with the care I received today.

My family and I have been going to Focused Eye care for more than 15 years. We live in Mass, but drive there because of the knowledge, attitude and friendliness of the staff. Dotty at the front desk has a super attitude and is always willing to help. I need to wear special presciption hard contact lenses. Dr. Phillis is fairly new to FEC, but has a ton of experience in fitting these special lenses. She takes the time to explain what is best for my eyes and has the communication skills to give me confidence in the process. Dr. Phillis is the expert that I trust with my eyes!

I was very happy with my experience on the clinical side of Focus Eye Care. I had an eye issue, called late-afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for 8 am the following day with Doctor Donnelly. My visit was thorough and detailed by both the Assistant and Dr. Donnelly. Very impressed with the friendly service at Focus Eye Care.

I took my 2 kids (7 and 5 years old) there. The nurses and the doctor were super friendly. Even the receptionists were very friendly. My kids enjoyed the visit. Dr. Phillis was super cool.

Everyone at focused eye care is very focused on my eyecare! Everyone is so personable and answers all of your questions. Dr. Bryant is wonderful. She is very thorough and listens to everything I have to say about my eye health.

I came here originally for an appointment through VA Community Care. One of if not the best experience I have ever had at an Eye Care facility. I saw Anjelica M. Donnelly. O.D. for an eyeglass and contact exam. I was blown away with the professionalism, care, and kindness. The staff at Focused Eye Care went above and beyond.After this excellent experience I decided to make this location my family and Is primary destination for all eye care needs. I came in about three weeks ago to purchases contacts and a new pair of glasses. I picked up that pair today and for whatever reason the frame felt extra small on my face and my wife even made a comment that they appeared to be a little small.I drove back to Focused Eye Care and received immediate assistance and was not questioned at all. They simply assigned me to an amazing staff member (I wish I remembered her name) and she helped me find a pair of glasses that fit great and looked even better without any additional cost. A lot people go online for cheaper classes but this is why I come to businesses like Focused Eye Care. 11 out of 10 experience.

Destiny did a great job gathering the information and pictures needed for Dr. Huffer.I trust Dr Huffer with my eye care. He is thorough and explains all, ensuring I understand how to take care of my eyes.

Great place. Have seen several doctors, all fantastic. Usually I pick a doc and stay with the same, but everyone there is great. The optical department folks are terrific too, have gotten several pairs of glasses there and always happy. Finally, I really appreciate their continuing COVID-safety precautions - I feel totally safe in there. If I didnt, I would not go. Thanks to all!

I’ve been going to Focused Eye Care since it began! The doctors here are very high tech and very concerned about eye health. The only drawback is sometimes you have longer wait times because of how many patients are seen in a day.

The staff is always wonderful and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and clean environment. Have been coming here since I was a kid and my whole family has continued to come as well! Would highly recommend!

It was lovely! Super quick, attentive staff that was doing fantastic work without their computers being fully operational! I was in and out within an hour for a basic exam, even with getting my eyes dilated. Dr. Bryant and her team did an amazing job. Ill definitely be going back for any eye needs that arise!

Every member of the medical and support staff is top notch and Ive been satisfied with every appointment that Ive had.My highest compliments to Dr. Scott Huffer who always does outstanding work on my behalf.I live 10+ miles further from Focused Eye Care than I did when I first visited some 9 years ago and Id gladly drive 10 times that to keep on seeing them.

Update: picked my glasses today. Unfortunately I cant say they work for driving. Much weaker then my current driving glasses and even my computer ones.They are pretty and going to keep them for sitting outside. Because I have a hard time standing and sitting for any length of time, just cant go thru another exam right now.I still say: Very nice experience at Focused Eye Care with Dr. Kristin Bryant. I was in for the whole deal, from medical eye exam to buying glasses. Was very pleased with the cost for eye glasses too! Staff very helpful and friendly. Everyone was professional and caring. The entire staff at Focused Eye Care is incredibly professional. They have taken all the necessary precautions for Covid, however, my experience during my eye appointment and while shopping for frames was seamless. Joyce was a super pleasant tech who made sure my history was correct and did preliminary vision checks. Dr. MacDonald is an excellent care provider who explains things clearly. She made sure I understood my new prescription and how my new lenses would work. Lastly, Victoria did a fantastic job helping me select frames. Due to Covid precautions, I was to stay seated. She selected a good 15-20 frames she recommended for me and let me try them all on. This felt less like restrictions and more like VIP treatment! It was like having my own personal stylist. I especially appreciated that she gave me honest feedback on the frames and explained what shapes fit my face best. I couldn’t recommend Focused Eye Care more!

I was just making an appointment for a routine exam when Nick asked if anything was concerning, or was I just looking for a routine exam. I mentioned floaters, and suddenly it was considered emergent. I was immediately brought in to rule out any threat to my eyesight. I was greeted safely at the door, screened before allowed to enter, then rushed up to see Dottie for intake. She barely got me in the system, and a tech took me away for routine testing and an initial assessment. Within minutes Doctor Phyllis was in to greet me and do a thorough exam.Thankfully, the floaters were determined to be normal with age and my mind was put at ease. My experience there has always been enjoyable, but in this case it was reassuring to know that they genuinely care about me and my eyesight, as well as my general health.Many thanks for a job well done!

The folks at Focused Eye were wonderful in getting me in quickly to see them after the frame of my reading eye glasses broke.We followed the Covid Restrictions while there andthey temporarily fixed my broken glasses so that l had something to wear until my new glasses came in.They were thoughtful, kind and attentive.

The Visual Field Test did not go well, but it was not the fault of the technician- he was excellent. The appointment with Dr. Huffer was very informative.

I go here because of a personal relationship with one of the doctors. Everyone is friendly and professional. Thorough exam and all my questions answered.

This appointment was for my mom . She had a great dr and was very happy with the way she was treated, the dr was very thorough, explained everything . My mom can’t remember her dr’s name, she’s 90, but she gets 5 stars !! My mom will see her in 6 months for follow up . Very pleased and highly recommend!

Everyone was very professional. I was talked through everything that was happening. After learning of a, previously unknown, medical condition, Dr. Phyllis calmly explained what it meant, and how we would proceed. She answered all of my questions. The facility itself is very clean, and ran in a very productive manner.

The staff are very professional and put your needs first. I felt very relaxed and confident that COVID protocols were followed to the letter. Dr. Bryant is very knowledgeable and her exams are extremely thorough. On a personal note, I hope Dr. Bryant’s husband is recovering well after his knee surgery.

Dr. MacDonald is fantastic. She always takes the time to address any questions or concerns my family has. I highly recommend her. The office is also great as a whole and has been very accommodating when having contact lens issues, etc.

Office front need to be more clear on the phone. Regarding being late etc. Was not happy when it came to my wife and oldest child. Due to miscommunication by front office associate, we ended up driving to appointment when it was going to be cancelled.But overall experience with my appointment and my youngest daughter has been wonderful and smooth.

Today I had my eye exam w/Dr Donnelly. The exam went smoothly. A review of my last checkup last visit to todays.My eye vision changed so adjustments were made. Ri have not had an eye change in five yrs. I am 73 now so a little adjustment was in order.Getting new glasses was a breeze even w/vivid 19. They showed me frames n ensured the price was not out of my spend range. I ordered a regular set n a sunglass set for a great price.The staff just wonderful. Checked in with temp reading a clean environment friendly people to take care of you.My doctor n staff were just great. Easy to talk to n helpful. A very good visit. Thx.

Dr. Scott Huffer is great! He caught an issue I had very early so it could be treated. If I had still been seeing my old eye doctor I’d have glaucoma by the time I was 50! Focused Eye Care is a wonderful group of docs that take very good care of their patients. Erin R.

The Doctor is great. I asked for my prescription to be printed so I can get glasses from a more economical source (it is very expensive to buy glasses every year or two). I was given the prescription, but when I asked for the PD number (pupillary distance), the office said they cant give me that number (because I wasnt buying the glasses from them). They explained that they dont feel that I should order glasses from an online retailer and that they cant be held responsible if the glasses ordered from another source arent the same quality. They offered me a brochure explaining why I shouldnt order my glasses elsewhere instead.

Visited today with both my children Kendra was awesome as was everybody else that we dealt with very happy highly recommended

Dr Phillips was very kind and caring. After getting into the appt room. There was just over a 25 minute wait itd be nice if they checked in with you and kept you updated as to the timing. Otherwise, very efficient.

Ive been coming here for at least 7 years, and have seen 3 of the providers. All have been the definition of knowledgeable and professional. Ive recently had a difficult schedule with some special circumstances and they were super accommodating, getting me in within to see them within a week of calling. The entire staff is always very pleasant, even at 630 in the morning! 10/10 would recommend to all.

My experience was fantastic at focused eye care. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The tech and doctor were very thorough and they truly show that they care about my eyes from the examination to the explanation of everything. It would be hard for another eye care facility to compete with this facility.

I brought my mother here to pick up a brand new prescription lenses we didnt have a cell phone she dont even know how to use a cell phone she stood outside when the person came to the door because we didnt have a cell phone to call and say we were there they ignored my mother completely and took the two people that were after her older people not everybody knows how to use a phone a cell phone I think its very poor service for elderly with no cell phone I understand covid-19 is bad. When we picked up our glasses they came outside didnt even fit her glasses to her face or see if she could even read with them we get home and she said these are worse then my other pair. What is it going to take for my mother to be able to see this is so frustrating. Please help
