Constantly bothered by the hair kiosk people downstairs near the elevator. Feel like I cant even walk downstairs anymore because of how Ill have to walk by that kiosk. If someone isnt looking at your kiosk or looking at you please leave them alone especially if they are on their phone or with someone else. Your products on the kiosk are clearly on display. If someone is interested they will stop. Also, this mall plays their music in the mall ridiculously loud. Also get some better stores. There is hardly any selection at this mall with modern clothing stores. And why do smokers get to smoke at the benches outside the food court? There used to be a no smoking sign there and they had to smoke on the other side of the food court. Theres plenty of open space on the other side if you choose to smoke.

I like this mall. Just over the border in Nashua, it provides that tax free shopping experience Massachusetts residents love. The selection of retailers is decent, with a majority of store fronts populated. Some retailers are obviously shuttered as a result of the pandemic, but with the anchors and the retailers on showcase here, there isn’t much need to worry about not finding what you came looking for. Food court is sufficient, and has some decent options. All in all, a decent shopping mall, and a great example of the shopping malls of yesterday.
I’ve been shopping here since the 90’s. 3 stars for loyalty but in all honesty the place has gone way down hill. Kiosk attendees are menaces that will try to rope you in every time you walk by. Honestly, I’d like to press harassment charges on the guys that work at the show cleaning kiosk. One of them replied “Jesus loves you! (Hahahaha)” after I brashly replied “no you can’t” to his third request: “can I please bother you for just a minute”Most of the store fronts have been replaced by local business owners.I will say, there’s a tattoo shop/parlor on the first floor near target that has a beautiful display. I haven’t gotten any work done there (yet) but their tattoo artist has work on display that’s breath taking. I think his social tag is stabbydaddy.Overall though, definitely look at the store listings online before you come here.. there’s not much going on. Food court sucks now too.
Mall is still going strong. There are still many shops to shop in. The hours have changed so they dont open until 11 am now. It was clean and sanitary
It is not crowded as I thought it would. The food court has a variety of food to choose from. The mall is just at the state border between MA and NH which is convenient.

Definitely going downhill fast. I hadnt been there in a long time, but had to get something at the Apple Store. What was once upscale stores, salons and boutiques is now tattoo parlors, body jewelry, and stores with a handmade sign. Much more lowbrow clientele than it used to be as well.
We went to the kids play area to be in the air conditioning while waiting to go to the airport for my daughter and granddaughters flight out of Manchester. She had fun. There are rules such as must take off shoes to be in play area. No food or drink. Beware that some parents do not watch their kids properly. There was one boy who kept hitting and pushing only the girls. My daughter spoke with the parents but they did not care.
I went to the mall just to get a piercing done and I absolutely love my piercing done at Body Art Piercing. It was quick and easy. I got my septum done. The piercer was very professional and clean and staff there were helpful and professional. The main star of the day for me was when I walked by one of the mini booths and a hair stylus pulled me in and she was very friendly. I wasnt looking to buy anything else that day but honestly my money was well spent. The hair products she showed me and the results were amazing. She wasnt joking about them. My hair looks the same and feels the same the next day and it was raining and snowing that day. If you want a good hair straightener and hair products to help your hair seriously go check her out. Her name is Lia. Shes very sweet and the products do work very well! She really made my day!

This place is great. It is big enough where you can get a good walk. It is fulfilling to stroll from end to end. Lots of stores with a variety of thing. The food court is inexpensive yet delicious. Spanish food(they actually speak Spanish too) Chinese food, pizza, crepes(which are amazing) pretzels(which you can donate a few dollars and get a coupon for a free pretzel next time.) all in all it is a very good mall. I used to work at the Jcpennys there, so I spent quite a lot of time in the mall. Best place in Nashua to spend some spare time.
Great day out with the oldest back to school shopping, the mall was fairly busy but unlike most there was actually room to over around. Very clean and organized and no real covid restrictions that we seen at least

Always full! We hadnt been here in a long time and even after the entire world changed this place seems to not have lost a beat. We remember some old stores are now gone, by appreciate the variety at the moment. We walked back and forth and had a great time as a family. Ended up at target before leaving
This mall is trash. Besides having 25 stores that nobody shops at and take up space, there are about 10 vacant empty stores and the ones we do shop at have barely any inventory and if they do you have to search high and low nothing is where it should be.

Good mall prices higher then should be but its a mall.
Hard to manuver from upper level to lower level. There is a SINGLE elevator in the middle that people were in line for. Mind you, they could walk and do an escalator, while my handicapped daughter is in a wheelchair. That and seeing a SHARPS container in the bathroom made my stomach churn.
With the exception of a few vacant storefronts, still a great place to shop in a well maintained diverse marketplace.
The staff here are nice and they are one of the few places that allow you to try on clothes and since I was shopping for a new job that was very important since I had to try on different types of pants (regular fit and petite).

5 stars if there were signs around the whole property directing which way to go for your vaccine. Being vaccinated at the old Sears and seeing something repurposed for the greater good was refreshing!
I would rather stay away from this zoo and go to merrimack premium outlets and find what im looking for much easier and many times cheaper

Been there a few times (mostly for the restaurants like Chick-fil-A, Buffalo wild wings) but the experience has been great. People arent following the arrows saying which direction to go(for keeping social distancing and to keep people from crossing paths with each other) and I didnt see anyone enforcing that.. other than that, pretty good!
This is always a great experience I love going to the mall but be aware if youre there late that only Macys is open and Target be careful where you park

Got a little bit of everything for everyone hereMalls are often called one stop shops but this mall really got it allCan shop for some comics, manga, albums and more at Newbury, some games at GameStop, a new cell phone either at apple or other numerous cell carriers in the mall, lunch at food court or restaurants in the mall and then get groceries or other stuff at the target on your way out!One of my favorites malls that only limit to me coming more is the 20-30 minute drive

Went to the Metro PCS location inside stood patiently over an hour and a half the gentleman was a jerk by the time he got to me. I chose the phone I wanted he grabbed a different on stating he did not have what I was looking for. Attempted to sell me a phone $100 more when I pointed out my price point. He replied they are closed and I should go elsewhere. Mind you I waited patiently for an hour and a half. Not sure how to feel about the level of rudeness that came from this man as up until the price we were fine. I have used this location many times fir our families cell phones and never before have I encountered an issue like this.
Always been a good mall. Theyve made the changes needed for a COVID world. The restrooms could use some maintenance though.

I recently visited this store to help a family member pick up her display of items. They had no idea where her hand made items were. After about 40 minutes they found them on the floor & not even in a box. These were all hand decorated plates. They list all her stands the plates were on. I got such an attitude from the person working because she had been working 3 days. The people who run the store had no idea where anything was. I went back to look for the plates & stands. When I couldn’t find them I left & closed the door to the storage area. A item on the wall next to the door fell & broke. Obviously it wasn’t hung secured properly. Now the owner is saying I’m responsible for paying for it

Its a mall with a lot of stores and despite covid, its still very busy. Idk how anyone can comfortably eat at the food court considering. Its the same mall, but not too much thats interesting, and most stores feel over priced.
This mall is lovely. It has almost everything youre looking for.The food court, the stores, the phone repair kiosks, the jewelry place.However,I wont recommend going on a holiday or a weekend IF youre in a hurry or looking to get a quick bite/shopping trip.

I remember going in when it first opened back in the 80s. I like walking around and seeing how much has changed. I dont like when the kiosk retailers pull me in with their sales pitches. The variety in the food court is great. Wondering who will fill the anchor store vacancy left by Sears.
The review here is for Chick-Fila. When coming to the Nashua Mall you just got to have Chick Fila. Nothing to complain about here...Food was ordered and came out great. Till next time
