THE TEAM WAS GREAT AND ERIC OUR SALES PERSON WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS NOT PUSHY OR OVERBEARING AND HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT CAME TO THE VEHICLE. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE CONSIDERING OTHER PLACES WE WENT WE WERE BOMBARDED BY MANAGERS TRYING TO PUSH US INTO A SALE THAT WE WERE NOT READY TO MAKE. WE TEST DROVE OUR VEHICLE AND SAID WE WANTED TO SLEEP ON IT AND THEY LET US LEAVE WITH NO HASSLE. ILL DEFINITELY BE PURCHASING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!

On 07-18 went to look at the Pathfinder saw as my next car. Natchez Nissan had better selection that my other dealer didnt have not too many cars on the lot at other location. But if was in the market for another Nissan, would try get the Pathfinder saw read good reviews so know will get a great deal! The dealership had some nice cars just needs bigger showroom still enjoyed the inventory when there on a Sunday afternoon interesting in the Pathfinder might stop by there again to take a test drive in one.

We had a good deal lined up, and we were on the road headed to Natchez to purchase the vehicle. We had a funny feeling that we needed to verify the sales price one more time and called to check again. That’s when they backed out of the previously promised and documented price discussed. It’s a true bait and switch organization and I don’t recommend you waste your time. I’m glad we didn’t drive the full 2 hours away to be met with their lies.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience at Natchez Nissan. I usually dread going to the car dealership because of the long process. But upon working with Mrs. Latashia Clark at Natchez Nissan that is not the case. She works with you before you make it to the lot, so your wait time will be less. I bought a car in April and suffered buyers remorse. I called Ms. Clark and she told me to come in and she would help me get into a car I would love. I would highly recommend anyone going to Natchez Nissan and working with Mrs. Clark. She can help you with all your car buying needs. Even if you dont want a Nissan, she can still help you find the perfect car for you.

The overall experience was awful..the sale manager gave me one price but after I reviewed the paperwork at home the price was thousand of dollars over what was said. I should’ve reviewed it before signing it. The car radio don’t work and it’s making noise.

I received a winning sweepstakes letter in the mail so we decided to call and see what it was all about. The letter said that there were three possible prizes (2500$, a 65in TV, or a walmart girfcard). When we called my husband asked what the catch was and the receptionist laughed and said there was no catch and that this was real and that they were just trying to give back to the community since covid has been so difficult. She said there was no purchase necessary but that we had to have an appointment. I told her that we were in Louisiana and she looked up the driving distance for me so she knew that we would be driving an hour and a half to this appointment. I did ask how the prizes were determined and she said the system determined the prizes when they put in my letter code so I would not know until we got there. So upon arrival we were told to ask for Desiree. We asked for her and when she came out she was not very friendly and honestly acted like she had no idea who we were at first but when I told her I had a letter she immediately handed us off to the guy that first greeted us starting with a D. He did shake our hands but I asked to use the restroom because our almost 2 year old needed to be changed. By the time I got out of the restroom the whe thing was over. I saw that my husband had a card in his hand so I assumed we mustve won the gift card. It was extremely awkward and I could tell my husband was uncomfortable so we just went back to our vehicle. I asked my husband what happened. He was embarrassed to even tell me! He said all the guy said to him was so what car are yall wanting to look at? And when my husband explained that we were not ready today to look at a car but were actually saving up to get a car by the end of the year the salesman then said okay then lete get my card. He had his card on top of what looked like a gift card and almost sneakily handed it to my husband (probably out of pure shame) because my husband was able to see a $5 sticker on the front of the Walmart card. We seriously could NOT believe that we drove an hour and a half for $5!!!!! Gas costs almost $3 right now and we used about $20 worth just to get there!!! So there WAS a catch! This would have been nice to know because Im sure there is a huge stack of $5 gift cards and no REAL prizes. How in the world can they expect us to want to come back to purchase a vehicle from them? I have actually gone out of my way b4 to buy a vehicle (drove 1.5 hrs to picayune,Ms) to buy a car and it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had, so had they actually gone out of their way to not make us feel like we got slapped in the face and maybe even tried to treat us like we mattered and not wasted our freaking time we might have actually been back! I mean it would have been nice to win the money or the nice TV but in my mind I thought even a Walmart gift card to buy some groceries or gas would have been nice too. My family has not been seriously affected negatively by covid like many others but since March, I am now a stay at home mom so we are on a very fixed income so I would have appreciated a little more honesty upfront especially them knowing that we were going to drive an hour and a half! Lesson learned! I will never be so stupid to fall for something from a car dealership that seems too good to be true bc there is always a catch!!!

Inquired about a car for sale via the internet. The sales manager called back, but to my shock he was extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of making it a great experience he leads off with how many cars he sells and tried to offer me something other than what I wanted and had no trouble obtaining.

Oh, I wish I could give a better review, my experience there was unpleasant. One of the managers (I guess), with a beard, long hair, would unnecessarily scream random nonsense, yell at his employees across the dealership, in front of customers (me and my family). Unfortunately while a very professional salesman was showing my son-in-law how to operate his new car, the same man sticks his head out of the door, and hollers at the salesman to “come here”, interrupting the demo! Next time I go, if I do, I would bring ear plugs! Besides this, this dealership was able to get my family a new car after we have tried elsewhere. I wish I knew this mans name, while he was kind to us personally, I would suggest they give their employees training of how to act and talk with an inside voice, professionally!

She is always polite and keep you abreast of the progress with your vehicle. Her customer service is top notched. On a scale of 1 to 10, she would definitely get a 10 for excellent customer service. My wifes vehicle was having issues with shifting into park. She called me but, due to a recent transfer in my job, I could not be there to help her or try to explain to her what to try. My wife called the service department in a panic because she depends on her vehicle for her job and to pick our children up from school . The service department did a great job with handling the situation with the vehicle and with my wife. The service department was very courteous and was able to provide my wife with an alternate vehicle till hers was repaired. They kept her informed of when to expect the repair to be completed. The service department also performed an oil change and inspected the vehicle. My wife and I are both satisfied with the service and attention received. Thank you !

They could have repaired and thoroughly checked (test driven) my vehicle to be sure that it was repaired correctly before calling me to say that all repairs were complete. I had to drive 120+ miles back to the dealership from my home only to discover that my vehicle was still in need of more repairs.I must say that the one thing, or person, that IMPRESSED me about the dealership was the service manager, Ms. Tommie Leah.

My Altima’s Transmission went out on me and I panicked! Luckily for me, I was able to talk wit Tommie Leah and she immediately got in touch wit my extended warranty policy holder. She stayed in touch wit me updating of all the progress as it happened. My car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and thanks to her I’m rolling again!
