The default geek place to go on town. Great collection of manga, card games, merchandise and geeky stuff

For some reason Newbury Comics do not have much new stuffs in store lately. Also they do not price match. If there 2 to 3 dollars more I am ok to pay because they do need to pay rent but if the thing I want is 8 to 10 dollars more I will rather buy online or go to an other store. Some of the stuff is good and fun to shop. Especially the Funko Pop on sale. One thing employees always welcoming and smiling thats good attitude.

Staff was friendly, a little pricey. Had good sales on shirts though. Store was clean and laid out well. Inside the mall. Nothing really in particular to comment about it.

I absolutely love this store! It’s so big and roomy and everything is very nicely spread out. There is definitely no shortage of clothes, CDs, DVDs, and more. It’s hard to believe this store is in a mall since it’s so huge and organized

General Newbury comics asthetic. Much appreciated the door counter who was doing very well with dealing with the screaming Karen as we left.Also really loved the self bagging set up, personally.

While this franchise has gone through many changes over the years they still manage to stay relevant. Gone are most of the CDs but vinyl and comics are back with board and card games and lots of clothes and books!

Ugh! This place is more of a toy store that sells hipster threads. Very of the moment. I remember when it was the best record chain around. It seems once NC stores move into a mall they become a generic mall retail shop. It makes me sad.When better music comes back around, better music shops will too. Hang in there, folks.

It was a refreshing experience finally checking out comic books in person again! The staff were all wearing masks and taking the appropriate precautions at checkout.

A lot of different collectibles. Mike was eager to be of assistance. Store is on the lines of Spencer gifts without all of the dark humor and adult content.

Very frequent stop

This place is super fun. If you love cultural reference products, this place is for you. I also love fun socks, and they have a TON of super cute socks. They are not cheap, so I try to wait until they are on sale. Great place to waste an hour or two and spend money on stuff you def dont need but absolutely must have.

I love this place, not sure what to say. The staff people are always kind, not sure if its the same owners but been going to the Natick Newbury comics since they were at the plaza across the street.Can find some good comics and anime related items here. If you been to Round 1 arcade, you probably recognize some of the prizes can be bought here

Its a Newbury Comics. This one looks very nice and clean. It looks around the same as many other Newbury Comics to. Nothing super that stands out in it. Its good for local pickup and knowing what youre going to have available but its a chain comic book store. Dont be afraid to step in and the staff is extremely friendly.

Everything a collector is looking for. Funko pop heaven. And of course baby Yoda, aka The Child.

Comics, dvds, posters, t-shirts.... Newbury Comics is one in a chain of stores that specialize in comics, movies, TV and other pop culture items geared towards the young and young at heart alike. Brightly lit and clean this is a good place to shop for gifts for grade schoolers through high school students. In many respects Newbury Comics is reminiscent of Spencers Gifts only without that combat zone edge.A family friendly environment for all to browse.

A little over priced but good selection

Excellent store with excellent selection of products. Its nice to see a local brand stay in business and adapt to current trends. Ironically when I used to go in the 90s is almost what they carry now due to retro coming back.

Newbury Comics warms my heart. So much variety, so much selection. Unique tshirts, games, backpacks, socks, books, magnets, used DVDs, graphic novels, the list is endless. Its a fun store.

This place is just wonderful

Friendly staff that are all eager to help. We walked around for a while looking at magic cards, enjoying the rest of the product being sold but, when we found ourselves nowhere near the cards, an employee came and directed us to the area. We then spent a solid 15 minutes looking at all their different starter, booster, and gift packs until we found two my gf and I wanted. Were beginners at magic and wanted to find a best combo to begin our new collection.

Love coming here when I’m in the US! Only problem is I keep having to buy an extra bag to fly home with all the awesome finds! :)

Staff were fairly rude and condescending for no apparent reason. I wore a gaming hoodie from a game the staff member didnt care for and he had no issues letting me know his opinions as if it were super important to my shopping experience.

Newbury Comics is such a limited name, they have everything there!! Manga, pops, TV show/movie/book fandom trinkets records, clothing, figurines and yes comics. They occasionally have sales, that are amazing!! They staff is very welcoming and helpful. They arent pushy and annoying, like some places. 10/10 I come here almost every day before work.

This place has a wide variety of items that you can buy. Ranging from comics and manga, to CDs, vinyls, and record players, as well as many other things. Its a great place to find a number of things pertaining to your favorite bands and fandoms.

A lot of cool merch especially T shirts. Had to replace one of my Queen CDs and they had it! Super helpful and friendly staff. The young guy didnt even make fun of me when I was looking for the CDs and he showed me where they were (I had walked by them)!! They even have vinyl!

Low stock

I was looking to get a graphic novel and knew this was the place to go. The selection wasnt as much as Id hoped, but the guy who helped me showed me things I hadnt seen before. I was hoping to get a Calvin and Hobbes type thing, but ended up leaving with two Hellboy graphic novels.

Great store, lots of interesting merchandise. A little on the expensive side, but my daughter loves to browse through their anime, Manga and Japanese merchandise.
