I am grateful for the quick service and generosity of David, Corey, and the crew here! On a busy Monday, they fit us in to fix a flat tire and missing wheel stud. This really helped in a pinch, so I could drive my son to daycare the following day. My wife and I have been coming to this Firestone for a few years, and we appreciate their transparency, honesty, and fair prices. They are always helpful and willing to explain the parts, process and options. It’s awesome to have a staff we trust and know will be there when we need it.
Grate people very friendly kind and they really worked with me I was not able to pay the full thing right a way and I set up a payment plain with them till I was payed off then I got my truck back after getting a rear end put in to it and I was also all ways in the loop with everything from finding me the rear end I wanted and for a good price I really recommend coming here I will be for sure I got to know a bunch of the guys and they are super friendly and professional 100/10 for sure I will never go any were els

David, manager took care of my car well and he was very responsible guy. My car is running good now although there was minor issue in the brake installation a day before. He apologized and took care of it right away.
The tires sell themselves, the techs are good. The problem is the drain isnt connected to the bathroom sink. Pretty ghetto.
I was very impressed with the service here. Managed to shred a tire a couple blocks from them and thankful they took me right in. Gave me a choice on tire instead of pushing the most expensive kind. I was so impressed I came back the next day to do the opposite side so they match. They even let me keep the old one so I can use it as a spare.
Unreliable, awful service. I called days in advance to schedule my tire replacement. I was assured that the tires will be replaced the same day. I was asked to bring my car at 9 am which I did. When I brought my car in, the clerk (Cory) asked me what I time I wanted to get it by, so I gave them the whole day (by 5 pm). I have not heard anything until I called at about 4:30 just to learn that the service has not even started yet, and they dont know when it will be done. I had to come and get the car back since I needed it for the weekend. Not sure how this place is still in business given the number of similar places in the vicinity.

I never had great service like I did at the Natick MA Firestone before. I called and put my order in and everything was put into place and my tires were price at a great price. Corey handled everything professionally and helped me out tremendously!!Thanks for everything
The oil change was not quickly done for me, it was sitting there for any repair work to be made taking three hours. It was absolutely a joke getting oil changed here. When I complained and told them that I had to go to pick up my kids, they made the car available to be taken.
We were told firestone would beat our quote at town fair tire. They did the opposite.If your in the waiting room leave now.Beware of preditorial practices below..Called one week ahead. Waited almost 5 hours for 2 tires the day of service. The more I inquired about the wait, the longer the wait was. I informed that I wouldnt do any of the work they were suggesting. The mechanic then tried to give financial advise on their credit card while my car was on lift with tires off. After the attempts by the mechanic of all people to convince me to sign up for their credit card were blatantly desperate.I quickly got a bad feeling. At this point I was physically cornered by the manager and the mechanic, in the bay, next to my car. Now desperately showing me things that were wrong. Ok. Told them to back off and said Wow guys! It was then very clear.I said no. Just the tires. They told me. everyone says their going to sell their car(when I gave a reason) Only to leave car on lift for another 3.5 hours, until they actually started working on it. We were told we wouldnt be pressured over the phone for extra work prior. They did just that, broke their promise and charged over the quote that they said they could beat.Firestone employees in (Natick, Ma) are Con Artists hiding behind a big red corporate shield that says Firestone. DO NOT TRY!If your questioning tires just go to town fair.Firestone service claim is merely false and a smug attempt. Their numbers, low reviews, long wait times, disconnection from reality, and emtpy bays prove this.This business is Preditorial at its best because they have to be. Heres Why.Their competition is right next door. That shouldnt be the customers fault. Those shortcomings should not reflect on the final receipt = SCAM.The Whole front staff (managers) (Emile) to the mechanic (Jason) are all involved in this grand scheme of exploiting the first timecustomer. Classic SCAM which was to...Undermine, Violate and exploit the customer finance and understanding of work to uphold its revenue and profit at the customers expense. Illegal.

I have been coming here for years. They were right near were I worked which was super convenient and they seemed to do a decent job but after some recent interactions with them I dont think Im going to be giving them my money again. They have been more pushy and after getting new tires I had to bring the car back twice due to leaks (no charge for that thankfully).However the biggest issue was when I brought it in the second time for the leak I also asked them to look at a rattling sound coming from the engine. I dropped the car off at 8am after making an appointment days earlier. By 1:30 no one had called about what was wrong and to ask me about the work that needed to be done. I called them and after 15 minutes they found someone to explain what was wrong (a clamp had broken loose) and confirm that I wanted them to fix it. They also suggested I get my spark plugs changed since I was due. I was about to be late for a meeting so I said sure without asking them to confirm the price.When I get off work a bit after 4 and walk over they say my car is still not done, that they are still working on the spark plugs (which were not what I brought it in for) and that it would be another hour. An hour later I came back to see if it was done and they said they were still working on the spark plugs and it would be another 30min. However, I could see my car was still on the lift and Im pretty sure you replace the plugs from above the engine (although not a mechanic so could be wrong). By almost 5:45 I was finally paying for the work and getting my keys back. In the end it cost almost $600 and took them 9.5 hours to diagnose a broken clamp, patch a tire (again), and install some spark plugs, with the labor for the plugs being over $350. Id be willing to pay it if it was convenient but i feel the real cost of those plugs was 1.5 hours of my time (which I was going to use for other errands). If they were too busy to install them in a reasonable amount of time they shouldnt have suggested to do it. Or if they needed more than 3 hours to make the repairs they should have called me and done so before 2PM.Im not dropping it to only 1 star because I have had good experiences with them in the past so maybe my recent trouble is a fluke but Im not a fan right now.

I had two tires replaced here on Saturday and I had a issue with one of the tires on my ride back home. Emile and the manager Dave went above and beyond making me feel comfortable about the issue. I brought my vehicle back in today and Dave took care of the situation and made my tires and my time top priority. Im completely satisfied and feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to the staff at Firestone in Natick. They earned themselves a life-long customer.
Stopped in today as I had just recently moved here from the west coast and wasn’t sure how to deal with low tire pressure due to the recent cold. Emile was fantastic and helped me without hesitation!! Thank you for helping us get back on the road.
They ask you to replace all 4 new tires when instead of fixing the damaged tire. They ask you to replace rotor and stuff if you ask for a break pad replacement. There hasn’t been a single time when “certain” employees have not tried to take you for a ride. And worse, they added more problems to my tire when I asked them to inspect. They don’t like you getting it inspected and fixing things else where . They might give back your car without fixing things properly . Please go there only if you want to get your car worked on by irresponsible and untruthful people
I would give a zero Stars if I could. Every time I try to get work done with them they always seem to be overbooked and cant take me even though I made the appointment two days ago
The worst customer service I every received. I bought tires from Tire Rack and got them installed on 5-16-2021. I picked up my car the same day and when I drove it on the highway it was shaking so bad I could not go above 55mph. Took my car back on 5-18-2021 to rebalance my tires. Firestone never rebalanced them. I had to take my car to Audi and they discovered my stem valves were not replaced and all 4 tires were not balanced. Also discovered firestone bent my rim. They wont pay for any extra cost for the awful service they provided or pay for a new rim. Do not go to Firestone unless you want more damages done to your vechicle.

Spent much more time than expected to change a set of tires. It took two visits (on the 1st they didnt have my online order ready). On the 2nd visit it took almost 2 and a half hours to complete. Rather poor performance IMO.

Why would I ever go to the dealer again? Took my 2017 Golf GTI for oil change and tire rotations for $80 (20k miles). Took our 2016 Toyota Sienna for 65k miles and it was only $500. Staffs were polite and clear. Book the first appointment at 8am and you will be out by 9am! Get life time wheel alignment package!
Stay away from this store. My car was hit by nails and slow leak. But they blew up my tires by accident and I cant drive to home.They don’t have the new tire to fit for my car. They tell me to call AAA to take my car home but I should pay it. It not my fault. My tire just a little bit leak by nail. Terrible service.
Emile the new service manager is amazing. He explained everything to meand even sent me photos to show me what was going on with my vehicle. I feel that they are honest and respectful. If you had a bad experience in the past, I say give it another try.

Called for Inspection got appt same day. They were upfront about issues that could cause rejection, came immediately and told me about license plate bulbs, they had the bulbs in stock and had the time to do them. Took just over an hour. And now inspection is good.

This place is great. Fast service, friendly associate. Makes sure you know any concerns they may find. Prices are great to. I worked with Jason. He told me about a concern he had, that I recently had fixed at a dealer and explained it was done wrong. Didnt just start saying things that I didnt know what he was talking about he took the time to show me on my car. I would send everyone to him. The company is lucky to have him.

Why I cannot send me one star review?They told me my left front wheel lugnuts are stuck and I need pay $500 to replace the wheel hub. But when I drive my car to Toyota dealer, they said the left front wheel does well and nothing wrong with it!Firestone is totally a lier and they just want to earn the $500! So disgusting!

Going on almost 3 hours for a state inspection sticker. Ive been the only one waiting in the store for nearly 2 hours. I wouldnt be so bothered by this if it wasnt for the fact that I called ahead and inquired about the wait. I was told come down now and well get you right in.

Located in Natick, MA. Firestone was safe, followed covid protocols and had sanitizer in two different spots. Service was fast, efficient and fairly priced. I highly recommend this business.
I dont visit here often as I have a family member who owns a shop in NH, but when I cant make it there this is my go to shop. Had to go in today for an issue with my car vibrating when braking at high speeds, they did a total inspection of my car and found a very small inexpensive fix. Any shop probably could have sold me on new rear brakes, but they were honest and 50 bucks later I was on my way and my car drives like new again.
Was wrong. I left this place and went to town fajr tires. They were terrific. Never to return to Firestone. Grave error on my part
One hour from home and the tire warning light comes on. Knew there was a Firestone on Rt 9. What a great experience, Mike came out, checked all tires. My warning light went out and I was on my way. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE!!
First off, this was my second choice to get my state inspection at - now its on my never going there again list.I went in for a state inspection at 2:00PM and was told the wait time would be 45 minutes to an hour and a half (the car would be FINISHED by 4 PM the latest) with the man ending his sentence with Ill call you if its done earlier. Thats reasonable for a walk-in appointment and I used to work in automotive so I understand the wait. The problem however, was that after 1 hour and 30 minutes had passed I was still waiting for the car to just be seen. I went back in at 3:50 and asked the man at the counter what was going on and he sharply said I said 4-430. There is no possible way that, even if he wasnt lying about the time frame, the car would have been finished by then, given his previous quote. If youre going to give a time frame, err on the side of caution.Bottom line: if youre going here for service work, bring a sleeping bag, good book, and a days rations because youre going to need it. Completely unprofessional.
Andre the tire manager is outstanding! After being given the run around at several locations, Andre took the time to find the one, discontinued tire, I so desperately needed! (Seriously, or I would’ve been looking at needing 4 new tires when the other three are still in perfect condition)! Not only did he take the time to find this tire In The haystack but he literally had me in and out of the shop within 20 minutes! He was knowledgeable, reliable and beyond that personable! Quick, prompt, knowledgeable, good prices, and can squeeze in for appointments. Plus the TV has proper volume control. Could use a proper espresso machine - but that’s nitpicking.

Wanted to like this place but after so many mistakes its tough to justify going here. The customer service is fine. The front store workers are nice and they go over the work in detail with you. The problem is that there have been mistakes in both my car and my wifes where we had to come back for them to fix. On my wifes car they messed up something electrically a few years back where we had to have it towed there for them to fix a mistake that they owed up to. I appreciated them both owning and fixing their mistake but to be far, it shouldnt have happened in the first place and put my wife in danger. Then what should have been a routine oil change in my car has left my car smelling like burning oil for months while idling. Ive taken it back and theyve claimed nothing is wrong and it will go away on its own but so far its still going on. On the return trip to look into the smell they found two punctured tires which the claimed needed repair but after they did it the tire pressure light came on on my way home. I checked the pressures and they were all over the place from way too high to way too low. These guys are local and convenient to get to but unfortunately the work just isnt what I expected.
Ive been going to this Firestone for 10 years. Say what you want, but Ive always had a good experience at this shop. Ive seen alot of good techs and managers come and go from this location, but they are always replaced with another good employee. Shout out to Jonathan for helping me the last few years. Thanks guys!
Fantastic customer service. My wife suffered twin front flat tires while passing through the area late on a Friday. She called here, near closing time and they ordered what she needed for the following morning. My wife got them on the phone with me to talk details and these guys knew their stuff, were very easy to compromise with (to meet our tight budget), and they got her back on the road quickly the next day. Thanks Guys for being so gentlemanly and accommodating!
Andre greeted and welcomed me within my first 60 seconds of entering the store. He listened to what I believe my vehicle needed and because he did this, I also asked and trusted of his opinion. He asked questions so that he knew exactly how I used my vehicle to be able to give me the best advice. I came in there for an oil change and a tire check and he found the problem, explained it to me, had it fixed and sent me on my way all within one hour! Understaffed. Long waits. High prices. I made an appointment ahead of time where I was told they would take an hour or so for an oil change. I showed up and waited 10 minutes in line with an appointment to hear them say they are going to take till the end of the day. Had to cancel. I’m sure technicians are good but that’s about it. This place is painful.
This place is horribly managed. Terrible customer service; lack of acknowledgement of customers waiting to be serviced; super-long wait times for something as basic as an inspection (3 hours for a service that takes 15-20 minutes, tops); lots of “service advisers” running back and forth between the maintenance bays/garage, service desk, and back office that indicates mire chaos than efficiency. Will never come here again.

More importantly, Natick is managed by the 2018 #1 Most Improved Manager in the country, Andre. Andre took over this operation in 2016, and has had massive success as a business owner and overall customer service leader. If you’re looking for an automotive shop with exceptional customer service, experienced technicians, and a great leader please take my advice and take your vehicles to Firestone in Natick!

I called them looking for a battery on the coldest day of the year (it was 5 degrees) at 5:45 pm when they close at 7 and JD told me that he would be able to help me for less than three other places that I called. Not only did he replace mybattery for less but he discounted it more and it was finished before 7pm. JD was so nice and really made my day better after a horrible AAA experience I had dealing with Henrys Towing company.
Go on a Sunday, theyre not overwhelmed and no lines and distraction. Oil change is $14.99 and they charge $9.99 to evaluate what maintenance I might need since my car is almost 7 yrs old 94,000 miles. Good deal! Helpful front desk worker.
Came in for a tire, guys in the front helped me out with the price and they got the work done for me on time for me to do my errands. I definitely recommend this shop for automotive repairs and tires, the workers were very good. Thank you for everything.

Only giving one star because there isnt the option to give 0 stars. This Firestone location is the most inefficient, most unproductive, and most unsatisfactory Firestone i have been to. I called to make an appointment and took time off of work to be there at the correct time. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before getting up and asking them to work on my car an hour late. I proceeded to waste a total of 3 hours (with no communication of what was going on) to be told that my car couldnt be fixed properly because they could not take the oil filter out without damaging my vehicle (I thought this was a car repair place? guess they will need to brush up on their skills). They then proceeded to tell me I will have to go to a dealership to fix this problem and didnt apologize at all for this waste of 3 hours. I would not recommend. The customer service was absolutely appalling.

Like any firestone, this location is as good as the technician or mechanic that takes care of your car. Ask for Andre, the store manager. So far hes the best firestone employee Ive met in the state (Ive been to four locations).
I had two tires replaced (2.5 hours with appointment). The “low air pressure” light came on the next day, so I stopped at a local gas station to check it out. One of the old tires was at 27psi, so I topped it off. The other old tire was at 32psi, but the two new tires were at 44 psi and 50psi!I went back and they set all tires to the correct pressure, but it took 90 minutes.Not likely to give them any more business.
This firestone branch has no respect for appointments and customers time. I have been going to this firestone for 2 years and 3 months now. Progressively becoming worse. Called 2 days before to book appointment for oil change and tire rotation for a monday afternoon. Waited 3 hrs 30 mins for a standard oil change and tire rotation. The service manager kept taking in customers and getting their work done while I waited. Even after 3 hrs, when my car was done, I waited another 30mins to get him to check me out and hand over keys.

Popped a tire yesterday on a curb. Firestone had it in stock and replaced it quickly on a Saturday morning. They also noticed I needed the car inspected this month - I would have completely missed it - came out and let me know, quoted the inspection price and took care of it in the same time they told me the whole repair would take. I also appreciate that when they checked the alignment, they told me that while they thought it was out of alignment, they didnt have the specs yet for my model year (2013.) They didnt want to take the chance of messing it up and advised me to take it to a dealer.
They ordered the wrong tires, bad customer service,they work exremely slow the front desk seems like they have trouble useing a computer, never had this problem at any other firestone . I will advice anyone never to go here.
Went here to get a screw removed from a tire and the hole repaired (tire was still inflated). The screw was removed & leak fixed ok (after a 3hr wait for a 20 min job) but they changed the tire valve, which included my tire pressure sensor & now my pressure monitor light wont turn off. Went back there, & theyre saying the battery was bad..... really?? Only bad sensor was on the tire you fixed & Im supposed to believe that? Their customer service is a joke !!
My first experience was after my bf hit a pothole and blew out 2 tires at 5pm. Shawn was great, taking care of the problem before they closed at 7pm. My son then had issues with his tires and really couldnt afford new tires so they fixed the problem and he was good to go. Same son ended up totalling his car with no collision coverage, bought a new car but needed tires. Andre, the manager, took great care of him considering his circumstances. Kudos to all the guys there. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! With 5 cars in the house, Im sure we will continue to go to firestone. Thanks again.

Guy was name German, told me that it will take 2 hours. i said okey,mut i am hurrying. after two hours back to firestone. they said me that our air machine doesnt work so wer waiting to get fix. during this hours they didnt even called me about this stuation ! worst customer care ever !!! dont go there !
