Awesome experience but it always is at this place - I never go to a Verizon store anymore as my experiences with them have always been horrible. These guys, specifically Ryan, who I dealt with today are super helpful and pleasant. A+ Experience every time!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They explained about my options for phones and the different plans. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed to buy something or pay more than I needed to. Sameer and Ryan took the time to help both myself and my fiancé to find our new phones. We will definitely return and recommend the store to others!

Waited in line for 45 min until I had to walk out. They literally served 1 new customer in that time. I wasn’t the only one that walked out in either. These employees need to pick up the pace, stop chatting up customers and focus on getting the line outside the store in and out. These guys are still taking COVID way too seriously and making people stand outside the store.I will admit I can be a bit impatient at times but how can any business justify that wait time? I wasn’t even acknowledged at all. I have seen better customer service at McDonalds.

SO, YOU CONTACTED ME VIA THIS REVEIW AND I SEND YOU MY EMAIL AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. END OF STORY. NO FURTHER ACTION IS TAKING SO FAR!!!!!!!I could give 0 if it would be possible. In March I walk in the store and after 40+ of joke fine talk I end up with fantastic offer on a new phone. This offer never went through with verizon. Months later I am still paying full price for my phone. No one can find that offer. Numerous communication with verizon and hours on hold. No one calling me back, neither from Verizon nor from this store. Never had problem with verizon for more than 20 years being there customer until I waked into this store.

They said they had an Iphone SE for $420. I agreed to buy it. I waited as they tried to upsell my plan, etc.After 10 minutes, they said they only had 1 SE and its reserved for a customer. They could only sell me an Iphone 12 for $720. I said you wasted my time, thats bad customer service. You really didnt know?The rep who didnt help me (Sameer I think) LAUGHED AT ME as I left the store. Really?? Why is he in customer service? An Im sorry would have done the trick. I asked Why is this funny? I started to film him and he accused me of all kinds of things, he got very concerned. Funny how that happens.I currently have a Verizon internet, cable and 3 phones on my family plan. I pay Verizon over $260 a month. NOT ANY MORE. Good work Sameer! TMoble, her I come. I’m grateful that I could buy a new phone in store the same day without having to order it online (other Verizon stores only do order online pick up in store but the website makes that difficult to do). This authorized retailer was very convenient and had great customer service!

Our house burned down on Xmas day taking three phones with it. My wife and I came in and Ryan and Matt took care of everything: they set us up with new devices helped us log in and made everything as easy as possible. It was a relief to leave with new phones so we could talk to neighbors, family, adjusters. I can’t say enough about their kindness, professionalism and care.

Both associates at this location were incredibly helpful at this location despite my frustration with Verizon. Ryan and his counterpart were able to have my phone set up quickly and made sure my account was correct. He saved me from calling into the customer service line and being put on hold for hours.I highly recommend working with this team in the natick mall as they truly provide great value to the consumer. This store is an asset to the mall ! And so so much better than the previous Verizon corporate store that used to reside in the space.Great job 👏

A gentleman named Matthew D. waited on me yesterday. He was super personable and very professional. I was looking to buy earbuds for myself. Matthew answered all my questions, and showed me all the different options available.I’m looking forward to going back to buy more earbuds soon for Christmas gifts. I sure do hope that Matt will be working that day, so I can say hello to such a fine young man.As most companies know, (I am a business owner, so I know personally) It’s very hard to find a dedicated (one from this generation) worker these days. It’s great to see a young gen z kid trying so hard at his job. Most of these young kids today are very irresponsible and rude, and all they want to do is be on their phones and not work.I’m sorry that I am going on and on about this associate. I’m sure this kid will go places in the company.Again, it was a particularly wonderful experience, and I will be back again soon. Ty Matthew.

Had no interest in helping me with a tech support issue, one guy walked away as I was speaking to him. The other passed me off to phone support. Can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can return to AT&T - side note, I received a response from the owner which I found impressive so I added a couple of stars. Still not happy with Verizon as a company.

Last year (mid-2019) I moved two lines from another carrier to Verizon at this store. I was told there was no activation fee for transferring the lines and the printout I received showing charges for my next bill did not include any activation fees. However, I was charged activation fees and, as a courtesy was only able to get 1/2/ of the fee removed. Then, later in the year, I needed to remove a third line I had added earlier in the year at the store. I spoke with an associate and he handed me a piece of paper and told me the only way to cancel was to call Verizon directly. In short, theyll sign you up with hidden charges and ignore you after that.

The wait time way long in part because someone was just checking people in and not directly working with customers during the significant amount of time between check ins. The SIM card entry was done incorrectly so I went home with a phone that did not work and I had to go to another location. I would not recommend going to this location since you may expect long wait times and errors with the phone set up.

Poor service. Avoid having transaction with an old guy named Dave. He will try to add additional fees without telling you and they will tell you that it was a mistake and not even apologize properly. Very rude and even called us fruit cake. He said that he made a mistake also of helping me set up my phone instead of just apologizing for what he did wrong. I understand they have to make commissions but there is a proper way of doing things. I tried to talk to the manager named Felix but he just said that Dave made a mistake and that’s all and even told me “You prolly make mistakes too” Overall it is very unprofessional and rude and just trying to make the commission in a very wrong way.

Extremely poor customer service after they have sold you the products. We got the expensive accessories (screen guard) that they very aggressively recommended (to the point that when we initially were not sure, the salesperson said that he was amazed how we didnt care about our new phones). They put it on our phones for us, and within 1 month it started coming off and there were air pockets inside the screen guard. When we went back to let them know and ask if they could do anything, they were extremely rude and said that the products did not come with any kind of warranty.While I understand that they cannot choose to replace all screen protectors gone bad, but their difference in attitude before and after sales is what makes me angry. If you push someone aggressively to purchase your product and service, you should have the credibility to back it up if something goes wrong and own up to it. At the very least I expect some kind of an apology and owning up to the situation.At this point I would recommend not buying the 20+$ screenguard, which can go wrong anytime. Getting a set of the cheap ones that you can keep replacing them in a couple of months seems to be a much better way to go (specially since everyone replaces their phones in 2-3 years anyway).
