Professional, knowledgeable, polite. They are NOT LensCraters, thank god. Making an appt for an eye exam is easy, fitting for eye glasses is thorough, and staff is super polite and helpful. Its a bit quirky in that its not clear where to go when you walk in - or who to speak to - but once I asked someone they helped me. I always have a good experience there.

This was the most strange shopping experience I have ever had. My mother and I entered the store and started browsing. A store clerk came right over and asked if we needed any help. We said we didnt need any help yet. My mother found a pair of sunglasses she wanted to purchase. We didnt know where to check out. There was a clerk helping two ladies at an island station, so we went to what looked like the formal cashier station. A guy was on the phone, who did not work there getting upset about contact lenses. A clerk was helping him, so I asked the woman who was not helping him if we could just check out. She did not answer me. I then waited for the guy helping with the contact lens man if we could just make a quick purchase. He wasnt any help either. I asked the man at the island desk if we could please have help checking out. His response was that we would be helped soon and to take a seat. At this point we were ready to ditch the sunglasses and leave, but they looked great on her, so we waited a few more minutes. The clerk then finally acknowledged us and started to check us out. This process took forever! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service. I was in retail for over 10 years and that is not how you treat a paying customer.

Great experience here. The lighting is a bit odd, but that is really the only negative. I had a contact lens and glasses examination with the very pleasant and efficient optometrist, ordered a year supply of contacts and was out in under an hour. Tom was super pleasant and very easy to deal with. I would go back without hesitation.

Absolute worst customer service! We entered the store an hour prior to its closing time. Selected the frame, we have our prescription ready and told the store associate that we were ready. He told us he is closing in 45 minutes and we need to come back the next day! He did not bother taking notes, offering us to save the frame we picked, no suggestion, no help. Clearly all he wanted us to leave. And we just did that. We are not planning to go back.

Slow service, poor quality product, some salespersons there have colorful eyes and may have very different attitudes by looking at you or what you go there for.I had got several pairs of eye glasses from this store in the past 6 years. The salespeople have always tried to sell the most expansive lens with all the add on features. But the extra money I paid did not make much a difference from the basic lens, or made worse. I had a couple of pairs which put various coatings. The coatings started fall off in about a year. The Salesperson told me that I should have used their special liquid to clean glasses, not regular water. The latest pair I purchased a few month ago, the frame leg fell off.

I would like to say thanks again to the doctors and staff at For Eyes, in Natick, MA, who recently were able to help my 15 year old son to finally wear contact lenses. I really thought that it would be an impossible mission, but they were very nice and did a great job to achieve it. Before going over to their store, unfortunately I took my son to another (horrible!) doctor, who traumatized him. So, I knew that he wouldnt be an easy patient, but doctor Fattahy nailed it in just two visits! They are also very pleasant people, so, while my son was inside training, I had nice talks with Tom and Joe. I highly recommend them! :-)
