Debsan came highly recommended by several colleagues for home makeover projects. They have a large variety of flooring, paint, window treatments, etc in my budget and for those that have a much larger budget than mine! They only use great quality products but at various pricing levels. What truly sets them apart is the Customer Experience. We had the fortune to work with Sandy K - gifted and an expert in interior design. For those like me who are lacking in the creative color field - Sandy magically pulls everything together and helps you create the home you have in mind. Definitely returning and definitely recommend!!

Between Ben, Matthew and Nick (and other staff), I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Debsan for any kind of need of renewing, redoing, etc. needs in my house and showroom in Natick. Their professionalism, knowledge and customer service is outstanding each time; they will go out of their way to help one achieve their goal.

Sandy Krenz at Debsan has such great taste! She can read your mind what you are trying to achieve and will also be painfully honest which is great when you are about to spend a lot of money and have to live with your choices. I HIGHLY recommend working with her! Also the guys who mix up your paint and pick out other paint are pros and so friendly. They whip things up and put those paint cans into a box like a pastry chef, and are so grateful to help out! I have been buying my wallpaper and paint from them for years, and would never venture out.

I first went into Debsans when I moved to Natick in 1996. Valerie, one of the in store Decorators helped my wife and I with custom curtains. We began going back whenever we needed paint, carpeting and shads. Ben and his crew have always treated us with exceptional service and fair pricing. I refer all my clients to Ben and Debsan.

I have been purchasing my paints at Debsan for 13 years. With their one and only rent- a-quart system, I would never go anywhere else. ALL of their staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I particularly enjoy working with Valerie. She has a great eye for color and design and is a pleasure to work with.

To summarize my experience thus far: awful, awful, awful. They deserve 0 stars.I first met with the folks at Debsan on 11/23/13. They were very nice and helpful. I had them out to the house a week later to measure for faux wood blinds. NOTHING fancy. I was charged of over $700 for my blinds on 12/7/13. Its now 1/24/14 and I have nothing. No blinds. Moreover, their communication is poor at best. I always have to call them for an update and when I do the way they handle the call is as if no one has ever called them for an order update before.My recommendation is to bring your business elsewhere. You feel very confident in them during the sales process, but their execution after that is awful.

I love coming back to my home at the end of each day. And that is, in large part, because of the way it is beautifully and thoughtful decorated and that credit goes almost entirely to the Sandy Krenz. Sandy has helped me re-decorate, re-purpose, and redesign the layout of my house in ways I would never have thought of before. She has helped with paint color choices, the selection of furniture and lighting fixtures, flooring and window treatments, and the placement of my furniture, my paintings and photographs, and even my little knick-knacks. And never once did I feel it was her tastes being inflicted upon mine. She has the unique ability to see and understand what her clients tastes are and thus, the end result ends up being a room, and a home...that is truly a reflection of ones self.

Sandy Krenz at Debsan is an excellent interior designer. She has been to my house multiple times helping with colors and other helpful suggestions. Sandy is extremely knowledgable and will tell you like it is. Good or bad. I highly recommend her services.
