BUYERS BEWARE! Do not buy the pellets in the white bags. The Premium hardwood pellets. We picked up a ton and when we unloaded them in the last couple of layers were piles of wet pellets now resembling wet sawdust. Not one bag was destroyed, only one had a slit. So there should not have been that mess! Long story short the pellets are wet!. They are aware of the problem but still sell them! We have purchased pellets there before and never had a problem. Save yourself a headache dont buy!!

I would definitely stop here first before going to home depot. Selections may be limited but theres no crowds & no long lines.

Last resort. Wont return.

I remember when I heard tractor supply was coming to Naugatuck I thought to myself I can’t imagine I will need to visit there often, I was incredibly wrong. I go to tractor supply every other week for my suet, sunflower hearts and Nyjer bird seed. Their bird feeding section rivals some pretty decent Agways. I also take regular advantage of their dog wash station that is a great deal at about $10. I also buy some work clothes, tools, yard ornaments and home decorations. Prices are pretty good to great when there is sales. The staff is always extremely helpful. I really like the Naugatuck Tractor Supply. I even like to introduce folks that wouldn’t otherwise ever visit the store as evidenced in the picture of my friend trying on hats.

Went to find a pickup truck toolbox. Found a variety in stock and found the exact model I wanted. The youthful staff quickly fetched the cumbersome toolbox from the very top shelf and carried it through the cashier booth and onto my truck. Could not ask for better service.

Great store ! Employees if you don’t like to answer questions or help customers please don’t be in retail. I guess everyone has a bad day :) .

Was greeted with enthusiasm! My first time here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love the extended pet section. They have something for everyone here. Dog wash stations! Are you kidding me? I LOVE it!

When I got home I realized I bought the wrong chain for my chainsaw and never opened the package. Since it was just as a spare I didnt want to make a special trip to return it. Over 30 days had past when I finally stopped it to return it and the store manager Molly told me as company policy they dont except returns after 30 days. I had the original receipt and said I would gladly take a store credit. She said it was not up to her it was company policy she could not take it back. So I went home and checked online and found that the policy only required the managers approval to take back after 30 days with the original receipt. So I went back to give her another chance to do the right thing. This time Molly says she wont take it back because they no longer stock that item. So I told that I was definitely going leave a bad review because it obviously was with in store policy to accept the return. So I then drove to the Wallingford store where they took it back and credited my credit card no problem! So I will not ever go to the Naugatuck store again!

Honestly employees are really rude. Dying to get out of there so bad couldn’t stay open one minute extra. 10/10 will go to a different tractor supply specifically because of these employees. Higher people that make you glad to spend money with them not annoyed to be around them.

Terrible - I checked availability of Lime on-line (for the lawn) for pickup at this specific store. I drove there to get that and I wanted to check-out the jeans on sale. They had NO Lime and no apologies and the inside of the store is a disaster .. jean cubbies are totally disorganized, no sign of sale-price items. Total disconnect from on-line. Nice looking new store on outside, its a dump on the inside. Not for me, just a waste of my time.Your store needs the assistance .. Im done.

Just left the Tractor Supply in Naugatuck. I stopped by in need of something in a pinch. Christina went out of her way to find the product I was looking for in between ringing out customers. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have found it and wouldn’t have finished my project.She saved the day! Thank you again Christina!

Would recommend for fellow tractor enthusiasts. Very delicious dog food. Curtis guided my tractor supply stop, and made me feel like I belong there.

I appreciate the clinics and the supplies available. I get high quality pet supplies, equipment, and other various needs home depot, Walmart, or dollar stores dont have. Girl scouts were there today. Definitely grabbed some boxes! Enjoyed looking at the chicks and baby ducklings.

Its big with adequate parking. Its clean & organized. The staff have been nice to me & Menace. The dog food is priced well & they have a good variety.

Has lots of supplies well-stockednot impressed with the plants if they had outside though they werent being taken care of they look three-quarters dead but other than that was impressed good quality of clothing p and supplies

Its nice to have a Tractor Supply around. Sometimes they have what I need, sometimes they dont. My biggest hangup with this place is with the people they hire. Maybe they are not being properly trained, I dont know what the story is with them. 9 times out of 10 there is no one at the register. Use your phone if you need help in the store because no one working here knows the answer to your question if youre lucky enough to find someone. They give some of the Walmart employees next door a run for their money in the lack of helpfulness department.

The cashiers there are beyond rude. The young female with the blonde hair was rolling her eyes when you ask them a question and was just so annoyed she was even working there and making fun of the customers right in front of them. We will never shop at this one again.

Only went because my son needed dog food because Walmart was way too long of a line to wait in, soooooo we went to Tractor Supply because they carry Blue Brand Dog Food. I have never been in this type store before so dont really know what to expect. But I will probably go back & look around there was some things I like to look at house & yard decorations.

The personnel at the Naugatuck location went above and beyond with assistance with non contact refill of my propane tank. I am not allowed contact with people due to the virus due to breathing problems.

Has everything you need but really overpriced. Customer service isnt the best either. Employees are rude and get annoyed when you ask them a question, then you hear them complain about customers as they walk away from you.

Workers had attitudes. Not throwing names out. They talk negative about customers with in ear shot of other customers. Prices are not the best found items cheaper other hardware stores.

Dont let the name fool you, if you own a piece of land of any size this is a store you need to at least visit once to see what they have to offer. Also if you are into being outdoors, want to decorate with a country flare, have a pellet stove, need a chainsaw, want a fence, have pets, you get the idea. Friendly staff and good people I was surprised by just how much Tractor Supply offered that I was actually interested in. It is more than just a feed store.

Nice store if you need tools for your yard work or pet supplies. Everything needed for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, horses and more. They also sell some clothing and boots. They even have house decor.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of items available. We like to go there for the dog toys and supplies. They have the durable toys perfect for heavy chewers like our pup, including Kongs. Your dog also loves the all natural treats from here!

This place has more than I expected and the prices are more than reasonable. They have a good selection of pet products/food. Very friendly customer service.

I went to get chicken feed and many of the bags were covered with mites. I let the manager know and she said she was aware and she told me they had removed all the bags which were infected. Clearly not as they were right there for sale. She said it happens all the time and there was nothing more she could do about it the fans were on to help cool it off.

So clean and a wide variety of goods. We just got a new puppy and they had everything you could need for a new pet

This is a nice new Tractor Supply that has very helpful staff and is well stocked. Strangely Tractor Supply doesnt seem to fit the area but when you need the odd thing this is definitely the place to go especially when it relates to pets.

For Months the rental trailer has been unavailable because they choose not to repair wiring, this is not exeptible!! You need to remember customer comes first

TSC has a great selection of anything you would need for your yard, garden or truck.That being aaid, its quite frustrating to drive 30 minutes out of your way to find a certain product not there.30 minutes after being told the product was available. I made it through a rain and thunderstorm to find they actually werent carrying the product.

Fun to browse through. Its like Home depot with pet supplies. Nice.

Called looking for a certain product, the person that answered the phone check for me and had it . I went to the store and purchased the paint that I was looking for. Staff was helpful and courteous. Will be going g there often.

Always thought they sold only farm equipment. Now my go-to place for pet food, yard items, and a lot more! Believe me, Im no Mr Green-jeans, but they even have some pretty good boots and clothes.

High hopes for pet washing station.I heard great things about the pet washing station in Naugatuck TSC and wanted to try it out with my two dogs. Price was as expected, $10/dog and the space was nice enough with two tubs and two drying/grooming tables. However it fell short for supplies the shampoo options were either empty and bottles in piece or almost empty and diluted with water. The nail trimmers were broken. There were dirty towels on the floor and no clean towels to be found. One of the dryers didnt turn on. I would say this has a lot of potential if the staff would attend to making sure everything is stocked, tidied up, and functioning. Disappointed in my visit this time
