I have been a customer of J&A Oil for over 9 years after experiencing an absolute lack of customer service from the other popular oil company in town! J & A has been the best oil company I have ever dealt with as a Pay as You go customer. Even though they do not hold a contract with me, the level of service I receive is stellar! The office staff is always pleasant, and thorough. The technicians are clean, organized, and knowledgeable. And you can even get you grill gas if needed!! High recommendations from this consumer! Keep up the great work!

I called to see if they were able to offer me same day delivery because I’ve been a customer in the past, but the woman I spoke to was rude and not very helpful. I was told no due to not being a recent customer. Completely understand. I asked if they knew of any 24-hour services. She said “let my fingers do the walking”. Even if I were to call them Monday for service-I wouldn’t after how I’ve been treated this morning. I own a business of my own and if I cannot immediately help someone, I still offer assistance because that’s called great customer service and compassion. You never know what may come from good service when someone is in a time of need. Maybe loyalty.

Too pricey but employees are really nice to work with. They charge way too much compare to other oil company.

We were charged $400 for a basic cleaning. We were told because we were not oil customers we had to pay $50 more per hour for the tech. We checked their oil prices and discovered in order to save $50 per hour for the tech, we would have to pay $100 more per each tank full. Price gouging today will bury you. Shop around first or after you get the price from them. The internet is more powerful than Kim and her “stories” about how the “ insurance company “ won’t let her company deliver oil if you call and ask for a delivery???????

They forgot to charge me for oil from back in 2015 then had the balls to threaten to take me to court for $230. Not my problem your company is filled with idiots not capable its billing clients on time. They say my card didnt work but were able to charge me for 2 years straight after that. Scam artists. If i owed money i would have paid. Not 2 years later without proof.
