The employee are very helpful and are so knowledgeable.

Literally do not but a battery from here and if you do do NOT let them install it. At any autozone!! This autozone sold my cousin a battery that worked fine at first but died multiple times in a two month period before it had to be rereplaced. The one in port Arthur put my Battery in for me backwards and fried all my plugs and my computer. Literally the staff is not trained at all. Do not let them put in your battery and make sure it gets tested before you leave the store.

I went early in the morning to get a radiater cap. They had it in stock and I received fast service. Thankfully it was cool out that day and my car didnt get hot from my drive to work from there. I had ro let the car cool down to change it. I had thought maybe the guy at the Autozone would have given me a hand since I had ask how long my car needed to cool before I could safely take the cap off. But he just told me I would be fine driving it to work and doing it later. Luckily I was.

Rude and obnoxious.I would leave half a star but i am being generous.The customer service in the store by one employee in particular was unacceptable...If you have been to this store then Im sure you know who I am writing about. The short, fat, gray-haired guy smoking cigarettes out in front of the store creeping up the place.1. Employees should not be smoking around any storefront...much less by the door.2. Employees should not be condescending and loud when speaking to customers. This guy is unfit to work in a position where he will interact with patrons.3. If a customer asks a simple question, any employee should be willing to help. It is part of the job to help people. If you do not want to help and/or hate your job so much... quit... leave. Do everyone a favor.As a manager in the service industry I know what I am talking about and have fired people for less.However if this employee was hired as part of the EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer) program to hire those who are mentally disadvantaged, then maybe Id cut him some slack. Unfortunately for him, this isnt the case.

They handed me a computer thingy & told me to bring them back the codes.I asked THEM, Where do I stick it? My husband does all this stuff when hes not driving his truck. Some nice men in the parking lot tried to help, but couldnt find the plug into spot either!Finally, a young man who worked there saw we were struggling to find where the thing goes & he came out & got the codes. They didnt have one of the parts that I needed.But, it was the MOST IMPORTANT PART.Later that evening, on my way home, my car overheated & I got stuck on the side of a dark lonely highway.IM OK!Thanks for asking.

I always get the wrong part. That means the looked up the wrong part. It looked the same as what I had. I didnt like the service because two older men that work there was arguing who was I guess giving me better advice

Just called to see if they had my batteries. Was told they did. Get there and literally see my batteries and the guy then tells me they wont work for my truck. Its getting ng to the point that I dont think Ill ever deal with auto zone again. They dont care. Have no drive or initiative. OReilly will get my business from here on out. Ive used auto zone for almost 30 years and its sad to see the state they are in. Also I went and bought the exact same batteries the cashier said wouldnt work and they work fine fine. Ill gladly pay more than come here ever again. I also plan on urging my share tree mechanic friends to do the same. Sincerely an ex loyal customer

I tried to return a battery charger (64USD) that I used once only but refused to receive it coz they say I used it already. How come other autoparts like OReilly even suggests to us to buy a needed tool like crow bar for the meantime just to fix a problem replacing a serpentine belt then return it later? I thought anything that is bought in any store can be returned as long as it is not consumable and is in good working condition and within a few days. Help me out. It just so happened that this is the nearest autoparts store from where we moved. Ill never go back to this store again.
