Staff is not that great. Definitely was disappointed and if you complain (even if it is justified) they treat you even worse. I brought my Ford escape twice for the same issue and they did a horrible job. Latisha is not a good employee treats customers badly would not recommend dealing with her at all! After my issues with her looked at the reviews and saw several complaints about her. She has such a bad attitude

Well. I went there today. Even walked in to the pre owned sales department. No one even said hi! I was surprised to see the non white people getting help by the non white sales people very quickly. But. Me being a white guy. I guess i didnt need help finding the truck i was going to buy. Thanks phil gone to pott ford in Nederland texas. Ill come again tomorrow. Maybe if Im lucky Ill be the only person there and get some help

Edgar was great....just his bosses wouldnt go down on price just a little bit more ....part of buying a car is negotiating.....which seems to go now to the price on the sticker is it..no less....this needs to change ...we did not buy from here because of this....we have bought 2 vehicles here before..and got a better price then.....maybe well not shop here for another next time if they cant work more on a better deal than the take it or leave it attitude management here has.....the no haggle price stuff is for people who dont know what or how to shop and feel warm and fuzzy inside because they think they got a good deal.....dont buy the hype...learn some skills before you buy the most expensive item you may purchase besides a house....do research and remember....this place or others arent the only game in town...

My service experience at Philpott Hyundai was great. I arrived at my appointment on time, i was greeted cordially & immediately with service personnel in a safety mask and fresh gloves, service personnel listened to my problem, suggested related service recommendations, took my vehicle into the shop, advised if the fix to the problem, fixed it, presented a very fair repair cost, sanitized the vehicle all in about one hour. Waiting room was very spacious and social distancing was followed. Problem is now fixed and the service visit was excellent!

I had a fantastic Sales Associate named Mike Allen, very personable and friendly, who took the time I needed to make my decision. I did my due diligence and researched other vehicle makes and models at other dealerships, but always came back to Philpott. I even test drove my target vehicle three times! Ive been driving a Ford f150 for the last seven years and have been very satisfied with the caliber of service received. These folks are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, AND friendly. Yesterday, one of the tire sensors on my new SUV was showing a drop in pressure so I called Mike. He told me to come on in and get it checked. Turns out Id picked up a nail! In a very short time, thanks to Tina Baker and the service crew, I had a brand new (FREE) tire! Thankfully Id purchased the tire protection plan!In all likelihood our next vehicle will also come from Philpott Motors.

They didnt have the vehicle I was looking for in their inventory but they worked very hard to find what I wanted and still managed to give me the best deal I could find! Had an appointment at 9 AM. The works done and a recall. Should have taken 3 - 4 hrs. Didnt get call to pick up truck until 4:30. Wonder what appointment was for sure didnt help to get truck any earlier. Hope work was done properly. Had it long enough.

April 2016I took possession of my new 2016 Scion FR-S almost 3 weeks ago at their newly built facility. Erin, Jason, Sean, and Russell are super, very nice, friendly, accommodating individuals. Best car buying experience Ive had in 27 years. In the almost 3 weeks Ive owned the car there has been 2 cosmetic issues and this staff was more than willing to correct the issues without a hitch! I just purchased my 2014 Santa Fe and it was an incredible experience. My sales consultant, Justin Frederick, made buying this vehicle a relaxed and enjoyable time. Liked the people who attended to my issues but took my 2016 F150 in twice for the entertainment screen to be repaired and it still isnt working properly. It appears to be working when i left the service department but later down the road it stops functioning properly. Also had repair work down on a recalled door latch and never had a problem until after the recall repair. Didnt bring the truck back for the third time, have traded the truck in for a new F 250 last week so no issue for me now.

3 major items completed on my car.Intermediate shaft and front axle something or another, And tune-up.Original noise and reason for taking car in for repair is still there.$1500 later.We will see how this survey is handled and if I have to pay more money to get my original needs met.UPDATE 5/10/2018Changed to 5 STARS!!!Took my vehicle back in for service on 5/09/2018 after speaking with Stacy Moffitt and he immediately went to bat for me letting his service manager know that this has to be made right. Two service technicians (cant remember their names) went for a test drive with me so I could point out what exactly the noise was and it wad determined to be the passenger side motor mount.Overall I feel good about the attention and service I received. Stacy and his crew were very professional, courteous and determined to make my 2010 Fusion ride like new and remain dependable. I would highly recommend this crew. I do not feel slighted, or taken advantage of in any way and I also believe their first concern was my satisfaction with the repairs.Thank you again Stacy Moffitt and tell your staff JOB WELL DONE!!

I came without an appointment for an oil change. The attendant was nice, friendly, informative. He told me I might have to wait as long as three hours but, they were working hard to shorten the wait. I only waited like an hour and a half, which I didnt notice because of their nice lounge area with snacks, coffee, bottled water, TV. It was a great experience; more along the lines of what you might see at a Houston dealership.

This is without a doubt the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Shelly Beckett was my sales professional and she was amazing from the moment we met to getting me in the car and making sure all my questions were answered. It isnt everyday you get to meet someone so genuine and helpful in sales, but I would recommend her to anybody looking to purchase from Philpott. Once the fun part was over we headed to the finance department where Jonathan Oldbury made the numbers and the different plans offered make sense to me. They never called me to tell me that my part was in to fix my vehicle. When I brought it in to get the oil changed I asked them about the part and I was told they would check on it. I had dropped it off at 7 am and was told it woukd be ready by 12 pm. I had to call them at 12pm to find out that my vehicle had not had the oil changed or the part fixed. I was told that my vehicle had fell through the crack. So it wasnt ready until after 430 and they close at 530 and I dont get off work until 6pm. They had to call me and I had to pay over the phone which I was given the wrong amount and had to remind them that my vehicle is brand new and the part is under warranty. They had not even turned it into them.

I had been looking for a new truck for a while, found one I liked and didnt have all the options I wanted. So my salesman said they could be added during the sale. I said ok, only thing I wish is that they let you know before whats covered under the Owner Advantage program. So items I could of got cheaper if its not in the plan. Thats the only reason I got it from them then to find out it not covered. Should be anything sold by Parts Dept. is covered.

How about sending a service person out, one who actually knows something, and tell me what was done, the state of the car, suggestions and/or anything else of interest. They have a very poor way of handling it. I might give a higher rating if this situation is improved. I dont know how optimistic I am however. :-(

I saw a Ford Edge I liked on the Philpott website then looked all around and could not find anything similar. I sent in a price quote request and promptly received a number back from Adam Carter. We emailed back and forth a couple of times and I basically new what the price would be when I went in to look at it. Adam had the car pulled up and ready for me to look at when I arrived. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never once felt like anyone was pressuring me into buying the car. Corey Lunceford, Finance Manager, was great as well. Philpott and Ford offer great products to maintain the appearance and operation of the new Ford Edge I purchased. I was able to be in and out in just a couple of hours, including a 40 minute round trip back to the house to get the title for my trade in. I was also offered a very fair price for my trade in with no hassle or bickering back and fourth. They also have so many financing options you are bound to like one of them. I called Philpott Ford to have a license plate light fixed or replaced. Call took over 30 minutes. I would call, told to hold and then 10 minutes later I hung up and called back. I would be told they were getting the person for me. Once again 10 minutes later nothing. Last call finally someone answered before I hung up again.First trip to dealership: Took truck to dealership and they said they had to replace the light after waiting for an hour. Had to order it.Second trip to dealership: Went back the next week to get light replaced. Started calling dealership before I left my house. Called to speak with Tabitha McCray. I arrived at the dealership and 31 minutes had passed on the call info and no one had answered the call. After almost another hour I had the light replaced and drove home. Later I checked the light and it was just like the first light.Third trip to dealership: I went to dealership again and after waiting 20 minutes I went looking for Tabitha and found her in her office. Another 20 minutes later the light was replaced and was not loose. I still have not checked it to see if lights up.The dealership service person should have checked the light when installed and checked to make sure it was fitting right and that it worked properly. They apparently leave that up to the customer.Service after a sale needs lots of improvement. You buy a $50,000 plus 2016 truck and you get lousy service.On top of that I had to join Google to leave my comment. Philpott e-mailed me, but did not leave me an e-mail to respond to. Calling is a waste of time as you can see in the above comments. That is okay since I can also post this on twitter. One twitter post gets me hundreds of thousands of retweets.I will also contact Sonic corporate. I trade every 2 to three years. This was more than ridiculous. Also if you disagree with their work you can contact Ford directly or go to another dealership for their opinion.

I purchased a new vehicle for my wife. The process was smooth and painless. Didnt have to wait for a salesman to talk to a manager, who had to talk to someone else. Everyone from the salesman to the finance guy to the IT Tech seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

Your body shop priced the repairs so high that the insurance company wanted to total my vehicle for a bent bumper and fender and one bent wheel. I had all the repairs done at another reputable shop for half of your estimate. You must be trying to pay for your new dealership at the expense of innocent victims of your overpriced services
