Love that you are handed a cup of tea when you enter the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere when you come in. They quickly made the product I needed and took a genuine interest in my day and helped me to find what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Great service and wonderful for certain income levels. Not exactly practical for every day family of more than two to four if on a strict budget. Beautiful place..... wonderful luxurious feel. That is it’s strength. At the same time it is a flaw preventing me from returning.

The Natural Boutique is a shop that works with local, national and international vendors to provide various healing items such as loose leaf teas, natural beauty & cleaning products, essential oil diffusers, sound healing items, jewelry and much more. They do not have a restroom but are happy to point out the public restrooms in The Marketplace right the street with a handy pedestrian walkway mere feet from their front door. Sandy White and all of the women who work for are fantastic. They always have a welcoming smile and always offer a cup of tea to enjoy while browsing the shop. They are never pushy and only direct you to what is asked for. Ive been a patron for over 10 years and will continue to be a lifelong patron. I love this place! Ive been going here for years, and Sandy goes to great lengths to stock her beautiful shop with quality products and charm. Youll be offered a cup of tea when you arrive and, if you like, these lovely ladies will be happy to broaden your knowledge of tea (Ive learned so much and enjoy it so much more!). Youll also find wonderful skincare products, aromatherapy, unique jewelry and gift items, natural cleaners, etc., theres always something new and interesting. Just go and enjoy!

This store is absolutely AMAZING!!! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and down right pleasant to be around. Theyre always able to listen to whatever it is you may be searching for, and offer a PERFECT solution. Ive been here MANY times and I have NEVER been disappointed. Got some amazing herbal blends for myself and my rescue dog! Also, was served a hot cup of blueberry hibiscus tea, so many to choose from! Mix your own essential oils here too! The team is so knowledgeable and friendly.

I went there the other day to look around. The staff was very friendly and very knowlegdable, never pushy or rude. They recmmended certain products that they loved and gave me good advice on some of their pet products they had.

I feel right at home when I walk in. the staff are so nice and i enjoy all of the products. The only set back is often i cannot get there since the business hours are not open too late.

Super service a little pricey great atmosphere

I had been a customer of this store since they were on Commercial Street in Neenah. I had always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. UNTIL recentently when they were having a sale for a jewelry line they were dicontinuing. I had received a notice about the sale so I got there early planning to buy pieces for both my mother and I. Yes it was crowded but one staff member was horribly rude. I picked up a pair of sunglasses and the staff member said Are you buying those? I said I may be and she took them and put them behing the counter. A short time later a gal came in and said oh I wanted those sunglasses and sure enough the staff member said oh here I saved them for you.Twice the staff member asked me to move, a customer standing next to me finally spoke up and said, she is not in the way let her look!It seems the owner had always gone out of here way to welcome, but this time I left feeling like I did not belong there. I have not been back.
