Great service and product. I had a glass swinging door installed on my fiberglass shower module and they were the only glass installer to feature this. I had a small leak and they were back soon after to remedy the problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called them to set up an appointment to look at my picture window that had a leak. The guy I talked to said he would get in contact with the person that comes to look at it and call me to setup an appointment. A week later I received a call when I was out of town, so I told him my wife would be home. He did show up and said they are really busy so thats why 2 weeks had gone by. I had since called Valley Glass in Appleton, who came to look at it within 4 days and gave me a price the next day. They replaced the window 2 weeks later. Have NEVER gotten a call back with a price from Packerland. Would never recommend them. Try Valley Glass 1st, they are the best and reasonable. This all took place 12/2020

I brought them a screen from my kitchen window and asked them to make a storm window for me. They were fast, courteous and attentive. They said it would take about a week to make, but then called me two hours later and had it done! Awesome service.

I dropped of my broken window 30 min before close. They said it would be 2 weeks. But when they found out that i had covered the broken window in my house with a garbage bag, they prioritized it and had it done within an hour of opening the next day. I will never go any where else. How sweet!
