My new favorite bike shop. My tire fell off my bike this morning. I brought it in this afternoon and they fixed it on the spot. They have great staff with great senses of humor. They were honest with their pricing and with what I needed repaired. I will be back!

Last summer my husband and I wanted better bikes since we were doing more riding because of covid. We went to wheel and sprocket in Appleton and they only had a handful of bikes and were very expensive. My dad and coworker told me to go to Cranks that’s where they buy their bikes from and had nothing but good things to say. We walked in and they had so many bikes and great selection to choose from. The prices were even better and we both walked out with a bike. I love my Raleigh and my husband loves his Cannondale. We will be taking our 8 yr old here tomorrow to get her a new bike. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The employees were amazing in helping me choose and answered all our questions.

Very disappointed with this bike shop. I’m clearly just getting into cycling and ordered a part for my bike. When the part showed up and I picked it up I was warned at that time I might need a longer chain and that they were scheduling three weeks out. So I took it home and installed it myself and went on ONE ride. I decided the part wasn’t what I wanted so I sent my wife to bring it back. At her first attempt they couldn’t process it because she didn’t have my cc. Ok that’s fair. On the second attempt with my cc she was refused because the part was used. I’m well within their stated 30 day window, and she wasn’t told it would be an issue at the first return attempt. Cranked’s return policy on my receipt states that custom ordered and used parts qualify for in store credit. The chainring was used once. So they won’t honor their own return policy. Photos show what they consider “very” worn.

Pratter and his entire team are great. Just bought my wifes cannondale there. Evey single person working there knows there stuff and will get you set up with the perfect bike. Really cant say enough about this staff. Every single one of them.

After spending months checking every bike shop in Appleton looking for a new endurance bike (this was during COVID when bikes were in high demand), I saw an ad for Cranked and gave them a try. They had exactly what I needed in stock. Ezra was very helpful. This was my first carbon fiber bike and I was very nervous about somehow damaging my new toy. He showed me what to do, and explained what not to do. He also spent a lot of time showing me things that will help me on my path to being an endurance cyclist. Pedals, shoes, smart trainers, there is so much to this hobby! I am looking forward to getting set up on Zwift, and I know that I will be able to rely on the staff at Cranked to help me.

Bought a new Fat Tire Bike from Cranked this week. Excellent business to work with!!They were extremely knowledgeable about the different bikes I was interested in, and about the bike industry as a whole. Gladly answered all of my questions. Searched for accessories I was looking for and special ordered them for me while still offering a great price.Not high pressure. Just seem to genuinely want to get the right bike for the person and to service the customer as best they can. I shopped several bike shops leading up to this purchase. Cranked was the best and had great bikes to choose from. Definitely check them out before making a bike purchase anywhere else!

Great place. I was shopping for a new bike for my 11 year old daughter. We stopped in on a recommendation from a friend and I was impressed with their selection and knowledgeable staff. I bought a recumbent trike from them .many of the accessories had to be custom fitted .they worked together as a team to fit my bike to me and my accessories. Three of them found a way to fit it in my car.my only wish is that i would have went there first .could have saved myself a week and a half.

Bought a GT mountain bike used from Cranked. The service was amazing and they were even nice enough to install a basket for me the same day. A year later I came to see them at their new shop to get tires and tubes replaced due to a blowout. Nice and friendly service both times and they took care of me no appointment needed. Would highly recommend and trust the knowledgeable helpful friendly people who work at Cranked with all my biking needs!

Brought my husbands wheel chair wheels in after an initial phone call said they could true them up. Once arrived, they saw the worn tires and offered to find replacements and put them on. Weeks later get one set and told Oh no, we cant put them on. Its too much work. The other set if wheels needed a new rim. Took weeks to fine, which is fine as sourcing can be a pain, but once we got them, the hub was crushed. Went to take it back after calling them to fix it, which it worked BEFORE taking it to them that its just old and things fail. They probably tightened the spokes to much or while pushing in the new bearings so now my husband is out of a set of wheelchair wheels. I get its a bike shop, but dont lie and change your story about you capabilities then blame age.

Had an appointment for a Wednesday service to my bike, was told it was a simple job. They said I could drop it off Monday or Tuesday so they could get at it right away Wednesday. Dropped it off Monday morning, and Monday night I had a call that it was ready. When my reminder went off on my phone about the appointment Wednesday, I was just finishing a ride! Nice people, huge selection. This is my new bike shop!

Very friendly, knowledgeable shop, carrying a great live of bikes (Cervello, Scott, Raleigh). Quick turn around for repairs and they are reasonably priced. They offer bike fitting (free with certain new bike purchases) for road and triathlon. Group rides leaving from the shop are fun and always well supported.

I am most impressed by the three levels of bike fittings that the store offers. When I called other stores in the Valley for bids, Cranked was the only store that offered such a range in fitting levels. The infomation, including a video is stored and you can have an additional bike fitted at a discounted rate. This helped my ride tremendously and at a good cost.Service is good if you have time to schedule-in an appointment. During the summer it can be as much as a 2-3 week wait. The guys are very friendly and helpful. Very nice botique bike shop!
