My experience was a very positive one. Arriving from Crystal Falls in not enough time to complete all that is necessary to purchase a new vehicle, Garrett did the best that he could to get done what we could. I returned a few days later and the purchase process was pleasant and easy. Garrett was easy going and fun to deal with. All staff were courteous and helpful. Garrett has followed up several times asking how things were going with my vehicle and has stated many times that hes available for questions or help of any kind. Bought a newer vehicle from them a few months ago. James Dix is hands down the best person Ive ever had the experience of buying a car with. He was not pushy at all but very invested making sure I had all the options I could ask for and a large selection of vehicles to choose from. A little later down the road, I ran into some troubles, James and the Bergstrom team went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and showed that they valued my concerns as well as my business. Pete was great! Got my car through for an oil change and tire rotation in under the estimated time. My washer fluid was very empty and he made sure it was filled. Also informed me that I could stop in anytime to have that topped off and my tire pressure checked! All with a smile!

Mark Bogan was very cordial and attentive as were the other staff members with whom I interacted. I was able to obtain an appointment at short notice for a faulty alternator, but the cost estimate of $164.61 was much lower than the final bill of $779.86. I had 177,885 miles on my 2006 Buick Lucerne. The parts cost for the alternator was $543.85. Later I checked with Auto Zone and found that I could have had a refurbished alternator for $164.00. I assume that a new alternator was installed in my car, but I wish that I had been given the option, given the age and high mileage of my car, to have a refurbished alternator installed.
Great service, quick turnaround and the front desk employee was extremely helpful and informative (told me about an upcoming tire sale and gave me an update during the oil change so I knew how much time was left).
Two weeks ago on a Saturday morning I took my car to Bergstrom Neenah because of a grinding sound that had started the night before. Emily got a tech (Chet?) to come up front and take a short ride with me. Before we even got to the road the tech told me to stop driving and go no further. He took the care in back and found a blown transfer case, leaking oil and smoking. They were not going to let me take the car out do to the danger of a lot more damage. Emily somehow managed to get the parts in and the vehicle fixed in two days when I was expecting a week. The service from Emily and Bergstrom Neenah was fantastic. I have to say I felt like John B for how well I was taken care. All was well done and hassle free.

I was looking for a loaded Trailblazer or Blazer and was unable to find one with all the features that I wanted. Chris searched everywhere and tried to transfer several in, but was unable to because they were being sold so fast. He showed me a 2021 Equinox and it had everything I wanted plus more and I am more than satisfied with what I ended up purchasing.
Stopped in at the Express Lube with the company vehicle expecting a long wait. Amber N met me outside and from that point forward it was a great experience. Over priced services. Charged $163 more than quoted. Quote at another place was $58 lower, but brought it here for convenience of location. Would have stuck with lower quote had we known of all the excess charges.

My oil change was taking a little longer than usual (due to being super busy, which is very understandable) so I went to chat with Scott S. to visit with him for a bit and he came with me to make sure everything was going ok with the service department. On our way, we were met by Mark and they were all finished up. He was very apologetic and gave me a discount because of having to wait a little longer. I definitely wasn’t expecting that, but very much appreciated! Always great people and service.

My only complaint is that the service technicians did not properly identify my car as far as what engine us in it and they followed oil fill recommendations for the wrong car and under filled my oil by 1 1/2 quarts!!! Luckily I identified a problem as soon as I started my vehicle. I pointed this out to the manager and he quickly pulled my vehicle back in and added more oil. He also had to clear a code that popped up as my car knew something was wrong too! These technicians need to be double and triple checking their work! They need to not make “assumptions” when there is a vehicle with more than one engine type/size associated with its production. This could have been a catastrophe for my vehicle! I’m just glad I have the knowledge that I do when it comes to vehicles! Someone else probably wouldn’t have known a thing and just drove off only to have major engine damage due to the lack of oil in the engine!!! Check your work technicians!
Tom Brown is the best man Bergstroms has. He is so helpful and he will make things work. I am not the driver of this truck that was purchased, it was for my grandson who is a Senior in college at NMU. Christopher needed to have a reliable transportation and something that fit his size and this truck fit the deal. Will alway go back to Tom for more car deals.

For what you get, WAY over priced! Oil change and air filter was $235!!! However, my car is working perfectly and they were upfront about the cost before anything was done. They have a shuttle service that helped me pick up my son from school in a blizzard. You get what you pay for.

My second experience was very good, but before this one I stopped in Bergstrom in Neenah to make an appointment to oil change and Mark Bogan, wasnt friendly he didnt want to schedule an appointment for me, he told me that I have to call by phone. Is the second time this person does the same to me.
I apologize I reviewed this last thinking it was the used car dealer next door. For them I will give a bad review, but for here 4stars. This is to review the quick lube at bergstrom Cadillac neenah service. I always get treated fairly and quickly at this location. The only issue is that it seems the price consistancy seems to fluctuate a bit and the constant upsell hagle of new items with each visit. I replaced my filters and wipers right before this last visit and was told they were both in dire need of replacement. When I called the tech out, was told whatever man. But other than that, they are quick and friendly! Customer service means everything here, and thats rare anymore! Average wait time from check in to check out 30min-45min without appointment!

I brought my car in for an oil change and the next day had a piece dragging and almost falling off from under my car. When I called they told me my option was to drive my car, with the piece hanging down, back to the dealership. I was told if the piece falls off on the way, I was to pick it up from the road and bring it with me. I ended up driving my vehicle to a different, closer location, where they reattached the piece. Not even two days later my car is rattling again, just as it did prior to the piece falling and dragging. I will not be returning to Bergstrom for any service needs.
I had the interior cleaned and the front and trunk where not properly cleaned and when I got it back the first time the seats where still wet so it left watermarks all over again. I called and brought it in AGAIN to be properly cleaned this time they kept it overnight I picked it up the next day and it looked awesome. I’m happy that they fixed the situation the day I called so thank you for that.

We have had a wonderful experience dealing with Bergstrum, from the first email we received when we inquired about the car we eventually purchased to dealing with the service department when we had to return for a repair. We live almost 2 hours away and it is worth the drive.
Went in for unexpected service. Easy online scheduling and super communication from staff. Was able to pay online and pick up my now repaired and nicely washed vehicle. Repair costs were spot on compared to other option but ya just cant beat the fantastic service. Will be back for the lifetime of my car.

I had brought my truck in for a factory recall on 7/24/2020. They didnt have the parts for the recall so they said they ordered them and would call when they came in. A month later I finally called to see if the parts had come in. The service person said she wasnt sure and would check. She then stated she would need to order them as they still werent in. I asked if it usually takes a month to get parts and she said something must not have went through the system. I finally was able to bring the truck in for the recall on 8-24-2020 because the parts magically showed up. I asked about how long it would take as I was coming from DePere and depending on time I would either drop off the truck or wait. They stated it would take 2 hours so I decided to wait. I took 3 hours and if I had known that I would not have waited. This is our second time dealing with the dealership since buying our new truck and if it keeps going this way Im not going to be a happy camper while it is under warranty.
Poor service. I returned to Bergstrom 2 days after purchasing a New vehicle because one of the two keys did not work in anyway with my vehicle. When I arrived at Bergstrom I explained the issue to the front desk and she stated that my sales person, Vince would be right with me? Two other sales individuals we standing there talking to each other. Vince was showing vehicles with another individual and they all wanted me to wait for him? I did not think this was a good service to your customers when I am sure any other sales reps could have taken care of your error. Finally another man approached me asking if I was taken care of? I explained that I was suppose to wait for Vince and I do not understand why anyone here could solve the issue I have? He then looked at my second key and apologized that it was the wrong key. He had to order a key for my car and I would have to return a third time for something that should have been done right the first time. This gentleman then stated that he would give me a full tank of gas for all the problems? First of all I do live 25 minutes away from you location and filling the tank of gas is the least your company could do since I have to return 3 times for your error. I believe this is extremely poor customer service.

Our sales Representative Melanie made our Christmas of 2019, a Christmas we would never forget! I called around other dealerships looking for a specific 2020 vehicle. I was referred to Melanie from another dealer. Once in contact with Melanie she was very helpful, answering all my questions and helping me with my situation. The vehicle I was purchasing was for my girlfriend and I wanted to give it to her on Christmas day. Melanie and Peirce in the finance department lined up all the paperwork to make the purchase a breeze. I wasnt even thinking of asking about having the vehicle delivered on Christmas eve, because I wouldnt expect anyone to be working that night. Melanie offered to personally deliver the vehicle on Christmas eve!! Omg who does such nice things like this anymore!? Thats a A++ in my book for customer service! Christmas morning we woke up to our new vehicle parked in the front yard with a big red bow on the hood. My girlfriend was completely shocked to say the least. The actual recall work I had done went great....it was completed in half the time that I was told....so great job there. I had an issue with their complimentary wash they offer and the service manager called and went over the top to iron things out. Outstanding customer service!

Terrible service, I had an appointment to have a tire checked, oil change, and tire rotation. The tire was loosing 20psI per day (brand new truck purchased from Bergstrom Automotive). The tech informed me that the tire pressure was fine (no kidding, I have to inflate it before I drive every time). No issue found :) by the time I got home, it was down another 10 psi. These people don’t know what they are doing. I also noticed that my oil change sticker wasn’t replaced,, not even sure if I received an oil change now.This is their customer service for someone that spent 59k on a new truck.
