On the way up from Madison to Door County (Sturgeon Bay) for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, my relatively new Hyundai started flashing warnings and lost power somewhere East of Lake Winnebago. I called around trying to find someplace that could diagnose/get it in for service, but everybody was booked out. Bergstrom mentioned that the car still had roadside assistance available under warranty, so I gave that a shot and got towed about 15 miles to Bergstrom at no charge to me. Well within a half hour, we had a loaner vehicle (a nice, late model Nissan) and were back on the road to DC.Fast-forward to the following week, after having driven around for 4 days with their loaner, they drove my car the 250 miles or so (round-trip) to deliver my fully-repaired car and pick up their loaner. All of this was covered under the manufacturers warranty at no cost to me. Boy, they sure saved our romantic weekend, and it was such a nice treat to have the car delivered back to me (I was able to work the entire day instead of having to take a day of vacation to retrieve it). Theyre now on my radar as a first call for our next vehicle. Katie VW and Adeline D. and their crew were amazing to work with. Im so glad I got to be their customer.

I live in Milwaukee, and had purchased a car from Bergstrom 6 years ago. Two years ago, I decided to try a local reputable dealership in my area. However, with my most recent vehicle had come back to Bergstrom VW for multiple reasons. The customer experience is far superior and streamlined, the price is right without the hassle, and I was in and out within an hour after making a decision on a vehicle. I worked with Dan at Volkswagen, who I would highly recommend to anyone.PS. I ended up getting a VW Atlas 2021.5 SE w/ Tech V6 R-Line and its the absolute best car. Steve Heinz went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was fixed properly. I had an issue with the original EGR valve replacement and my vehicle (BMW x5) was leaking coolant. They replaced a slipped clip and took care of all the warning lights. He even got me a courtesy vehicle and washed and vacuumed my car before they returned it. Thanks for the great job!

I drive 100 miles to have my Mercedes Sprinter serviced. I purchased the van at your dealership. I have been very satisfied with the vehicle and the service. I had some recall work done while in Northern VA and they asked me if I would mind having them wash my van, as a courtesy, I was no fool and agreed. The people are all very accommodating and friendly. They tolerate my brand of humor as well. Thanks!... Perhaps I was not assertive enough. I very much appreciated the wash received in VA. I was greeted in a nice manner and they fit me in even though I was thirty minutes early. A shuttle was provided promptly to where I wanted to go and picked me up when I asked without delay. The technician explained what was done in a thorough and professional manner and I was happy with the results.

The service rep was good. However, it would be very nice if, when making a service appointment, the customer could be given some idea of how long the service will last. When we arrived so that one tire could be replaced, we were informed that it would take 1 1/2 hours (which seems quite excessive). If we have know n that ahead of time, we would have made arrangements so that instead of sitting around twiddling our thumbs, we could have been doing something useful.

Today I am giving positive feedback thats long overdue to the service department at Volkwagen/Audi on Victory Lane in Appleton, WI. They are always top-notch as far as providing quality, No nonsense maintaince and service for my Beetle. No I am NOT a frivilous eyelash and flower type of female. I appreciate genuine and honest customer service. This is what I have received since about 2013. I love these guys.They do not speak down to me as if I wouldnt dont know anything about cars as a woman. Even if I ask silly questions they are always there to answer them without laughing. We checked in with Tony at the used car lot in Appleton to see if anything was available. We were not in a hurry to purchase because our current vehicle still had a lot of useful life. This is the 2nd vehicle Ive purchased from Bergstrom but my first new car. New cars are hard to find in the current pandemic but Bergstrom went beyond the call of duty and found the exact vehicle I wanted. Toby and Steve in the Mazda division were great to work with. Experience was pretty quick and easy like it always is with Bergstrom. Derek did a great job, was personable and trustworthy while trying to upgrade our vehicle. He was always available to answer any question or concern I had. Only complaint is the detailing when picking up my new car. Ive never had an issue or even heard many complaints, especially about the Victory Lane location. But when I went to pick up my vehicle, the car still had plenty of dust and crumbs and was not detailed as best, or if at all, as I had expected. I was pretty disappointed in this because I was always pleased with their detailing. Its a larger vehicle so I had to wipe everything down before putting my things in it! Other than that, experience was good and Im loving the new vehicle.

Great service - I was a “walk in” on a Thursday afternoon with a key fob issue. Knowing I may be turned away due to a full schedule, I was very pleased with the attitude and friendliness displayed as I explained my issue. I left my car there for the afternoon and received a phone call later that afternoon letting me know that they diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the fob and correct an electronic issue with the console. Once again, wonderful service and a pleasant experience.

These guys were more than happy to do the repair and treated me like I was their best customer. I was so impressed by that and the friendliness of Sean in sales that I bought another Audi that day. They even delivered it when it was ready. I did not expect all that. After my old car was done Audi filled my gas tank for the trip home.

Ive had my Subarus serviced at Bergstrom for several years. Of course Subies never break down, so service is usually nothing more than oil changes/ tires. Im VERY happy to see Doug back at the Oshkosh location as Service Coordinator.

This is our 1st NEW vehicle 100% satisfied, bought in Green Bay, called for 2nd key a week later was told at that time person who sold us vehicle no longer works there and ALL vehicle repairs have to be done in Appleton. Would not be bad if it did not take 3-4 hours each time and required to wait in waiting room as they do not offer a rental vehicle for you to do other things. Also first time they tried to charge us for the key that was included in price of vehicle, 2nd visit was charged for repair on tire even though we kept telling them we had 100% coverage, the person repairing the tire said we did not, and we would also be charged for new tire. Called Green Bay Bergstrom and was told YES had 100% tire coverage, after got back home after spending 4 hours in Appleton called customer service and he looked up our coverage and he agreed we did have 100% coverage and would refund our money that was paid for repair. The car was taken in this past Monday for the new tire to be put on and the same person that had done the repair on Friday did the car on Monday, however the one thing that we kind of would of appreciated from her was an apology for not believing us about our coverage, that did not happen. But we did get a free detailing and a 25 pt inspection, which is very much appreciated.

I’m not sure how y’all got that many 5 star reviews in such a short amount of time, seems a little fishy. I brought my vehicle in in January? I think it was or December… and it was absolutely horrible. I’m pretty sure I was older than 90% of the staff there, and I’m not even middle aged yet. They didn’t look much older than high schoolers. When I checked reviews it looked like it was a common experience. Very poor communication, mischarged for things….I did come back recently for an oil change, just this week actually, and found y’all have hired a whole new staff, much older and far more competent. Very thankful for this! Made my experience exponentially better. They said it would take an hour and it did. Didn’t need to argue either either the rep about how much I was obligated to pay…. World of difference

After two days of trying to contact Nissan Connect and getting nothing but the runaround in an attempt to find out why my Leaf was not charging, I finally decided to contact the sales agent who sold me the car. Pete was not in, but his supervisor, Jeff, was, and he immediately took action to assess the problem, and initiated activity to bring the vehicle back to Appleton for service. I cannot say enough negative things about Nissan’s customer service at the corporate level, but cannot say enough positive things about Bergstrom’s service response to my problems. I want to personally thank Jeff for his quick response and the rest of the service team that worked to solve the problem. If in the future I decide I need to purchase another vehicle, I will return to Bergstrom’s.

I live half way between Appleton and Madison and always take my Audi to Appleton, where I purchased it. Even though I work in Madison, everyone is so friendly at Bergstrom!

I took my truck in for warranty work and routing maintenance. The repairs took longer than anticipated. Ben went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of the repairs as well as to help accommodate me as I needed a pickup to use while my truck was getting repaired.I’ll definitely keep getting my truck serviced with Ben and his service team.

Working with Lee was a great experience. I am very hesitant when it comes to big purchases. I have only owned 2 vehicles in my life and purchasing a new vehicle has been something Ive been dreading. Lee was willing and able to allow me to take the time I needed to make sure this was a purchase I wanted and was able to make. He had open communication and seemed to be open and honest. I let him know when Id be in to purchase and he was able to have the majority of the paperwork completed for me prior to my arrival.He has even been checking in on me post purchase to make sure that Im satisfied with my vehicle.
