A local vape shop, almost hidden away! What the shop lacks in decor and displays they absolutely make up for in knowledge and service. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable on everything they sell, from juice to mods to pods. They carry vapes for carts as well. The service was wonderful and friendly, I will definitely be going back!

The owners a good guy and while the e-juice selection isnt huge hes got something for just about anyone. He also carries mods, cotton, atomizers and just about anything to fit your vaping needs.

Only vapor store in neenah that I know of also the owner is super cool and will help work whatever you need.

I was in a pinch. Needed coils and vape, smoked my last coil to where the black stuff took multiple q-tips and then some. Ive gone to Riverside Vape before in the past. Never had a bad experience. That was before the Rona.Not reviewing to debate sanitary practices..we all are doing what we can to get through these days. There was a large bottle of hand sanitizer at the end of the counter where the candy use to be. It was near empty. I can imagine it is tough going and with alot to think about with reopening. Im not one to judge fo sho..my own wipes in the truck are dwindiling down and dried out!The young man with a reddish beard was super friendly and helpful. Dont know the owners name, but I am assuming he was there too. He made suggestions and made sure I avoided a lime flavor that had a hint of mint.He sure knows his stuff and his demographic. A group of 20 somethings walked in and he was right there front and center to help. I dont know why it makes a difference. As a customer, it would be nice to get the same attention. Side note..the muzak was turned on right away. Even though Im nearing 50, I too like alternative!Overall, I wish them lots of luck with owning a small buisiness right now and finding ways to keep new people coming in and thier exsisting customers coming back. Im just grateful Riverside Vapes was there for me during my time of need!

The owner has, for years, provided excellent and personalized service. He always takes the time to answer my questions and see to guests in the order they arrive. Prices are reasonable, always has my favorite stuff in stock and is open on Sunday. 5/5 would recommend.

I came in today and bought strawberry ice fluid recommended by your staff. It ended up tasting like cough syrup so now I’m out two pods and an entire bottle of fluid 30$ wasted

The e-liquid selection is outstanding! Always finding new items in the shop on each visit. The prices are damn near unbeatable at a brick and motor shop. This quickly became my favorite vape shop in the Fox Valley!

Excellent Customer Service!They could answer every question i had.When I first went there, i had a mod that had the tank screwed on so tight i couldnt get it off to save my life. The guy was working on it and released it without breaking it!They recommended a different type of tank to buy. I was very pleased with how it worked, until it started to leak out the bottom. Not sure why.. but they took out the old products and replaced them with the upgraded products! Love this place!

Nice store, but I brought my vape in because it wasnt working and the person working couldnt figure out that it just had dirty contacts on the tank. -1 star for that.

I have been going here for several years. After trying alot of different shops in Appleton and not finding the help i needed, i was told about Riverview. Alot of the vape,shops in Appleton cater to the hardcore vapers and spend alot of time talking to their friends. Not very helpful for newcomers. At Riverview, it was totally different. The owner worked the counter all hours and always had time to help me and explain things as i upgraded and tried new things. He even started buying more of the juice i use because i was always coming in. I highly recommend this shop for new vapers and veterans alike. The owner has brought in good help and has awesome hours. Its worth the trip to come in from Appleton or Oshkosh and beyond. These guys know their stuff and will help you find a setup that works for you.

Man behind the counter was very helpful. I never bought a Vape before and he walked me through everything. Cant recommend more.Edit: Vape pen was of a terrible build quality. It began leaking almost right away and now is dead. Its only relevant because this was the only vape pen the guy recommended I buy and they have a no refund or warranty policy so, I just have to buy a new pen.
