I bought a Harrington Hoist through All-Lift Systems and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Its staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to honor their commitment to provide the best products and the best service possible. In my case, after placing the order a modification had to be made to the hoist due to the unexpected discovery of an off-specification dimension of the crane on which the hoist was intended to be used. The All-Lift Systems staff, Jennifer Scheib in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that the Harrington factory was able to make that last minute change before the hoist shipped to me.
