We used to eat here all the time when we lived in Neenah, but sadly moved two years ago. I was just made aware last week that the owners here at this Dairy Queen location, made my son a complimentary Blizzard Cake to go along with his granted Make A Wish. I just wanted to personally thank you all for your generosity. The cake was delicious as always. It had many stages of freezing, thawing out, freezing, thawing until we were able to bring it home from my sons event 😂 He fought and beat cancer and is blessed to have so many amazing people out there to support him. So thank you again!

We got two blizzards, both were great. (coming from someone who worked at dairy queen from age 15-18). Food we got was also good. Great service

They were busy but only about 10 min in the drive through. Had the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. Only thing wrong is I ordered twist ice cream but they gave me vanilla. Still like it but was wanting chocolate as well.

Very good customer service. Great selection of treats. Clean inside. Cheaper than Baskin Robbins. Popcorn is very good. Better than the Appleton Dairy Queens.

I was in a tight spot and needed a quick lunch, I ordered their chicken bites without thinking twice, and when I open the box I was shocked that find chunks of dry, unbreaded chicken with little bits of cartilage?? It was disgusting. But my service was fantastic and timely. Learned a lesson there.

Their ice cream was excellent and the amount of customers shows that this place is a favorite for locals.

We go here all the time. Get the popcorn. Seriously, its amazing. Its frequently busy (and in kind of an awkward spot) but the food is good and the service is friendly. My only complaint is that they done have the full grill and chill menu!

As a regular of this particular Dairy Queen, this isnt just any Dairy Queen. The few food products they have is good, the ice cream is definitely yummy, and the staff is incredibly friendly!This Dairy Queen has the fantastic Archies Popcorn. If youre a popcorn lover, you definitely need to come here and try it!

Bad day at the office today. Drive up order not even close to correct. I hope the mistake(s) didnt ripple through the entire drive up line.

The boy at the drive thru kept interrupting us and wouldnt let us finish our order. We had to go through drive thru twice then have the manager bring out our order cause everytime they made the order wrong even when we asked the 2nd time and told them how it was done. The managers were yelling at the crew so we could hear them in the drive thru and then continued to harrass the staff when we were at the window. The whole place looked like it was under attack by how unprofessional the environment was. Dont think we will be stopping by anytime soon

Love this location. Always great service. However, whats up with the Mint Oreo Blizzard?! Not minty at all, Oreo was blended up so much. I hated this blizzard. Looked nothing like the photo advertised, ice cream wasnt even green.

This Dairy Queen is the oldest one in town. The people who work there are very friendly, and the service is quick. December is my favorite month to go there because the Blizzard of the Month is Candy Cane Chill. It is the best Blizzard of the season. Crushed Candy canes and chocolate chunks! You cant go wrong with that. Plus the hot beef sandwich is to die for. I wish I knew their secret. 😊

The experience on ordering my daughter’s birthday Pokémon ice cream cake was was truly a great customer service experience. Now working in the retail industry management for over 25 years. The pick up of the birthday cake was a completely different story on 5-22-2020 at 2:20pm. I called ahead to make sure where I could pick up the cake I was told by a young man that I could pick the birthday cake up at either the drive-through but if it was busy in the drive-through I could pick it up at a table. Now mind you the cake have been pre-paid for already. at the time I picked up the cake and called to say I was there outside waiting at the table I believe her young woman told me I had to pick up the cake in the drive-through. I as I told her I was instructed to either pick up at table or drive-through. I was already outside at the table. She said something about me using a card I told her it had been pre-paid for already. She was getting mad and said the F bomb. She said something to the effect that they’re f**king busy. I was completely shocked. I took her just a couple more minutes to bring the cake out to me and she just put it hardly down on the table fast and left immediately. In my world of customer experience is totally unacceptable.. I just thought I’d share my experience of this very disappointing experience. But the cake looked beautiful.But put a damper on my day with my daughter.

Weve always looked forward to going to Dairy Queen for a quick treat in the summer. But since theyve added the grill theyve gave us another reason for us to look forward to going there. We love their hot food! They definitely put their customers first with great and speedy service.

We purchased 3 combo meals and 2 blizzards and an extra large fry. Asked for some ketchup, we recieved 3 packets! I think we purchased enough things to get more than 1 packet for each meal.. stingy. Also our toast in the meal was only toasted on one side? Wth.

Place is a joke. Go there with my kids and they tell me cash is not acceptable. Has to be plastic only. What a joke and way to run a 4 year olds first trip to u. Lost my $.

Popcorn and strawberry cheesecake was very good. Long wait in the drive thru.

I love that they are close, quick and typically friendly. Their recent remodel looks appealing. I just wish they could have reconfigured the drive through or the city would put a median to prevent people from turning left as I believe that slows things down a bit.

This location is staffed by the most wonderful, attentive people, and they always have a good selection of cakes, which is my main reason for going. Today we finally tried the popcorn (I believe its called Archies) and we could not be more hooked!!! The equipment they have to make it seems excessive (like a special machine plus a special table plus a special butter ladle) but as it turns out, thats the only way to truly enjoy popcorn!!! Do yourself a favor and get this popcorn.

Dairy queen is tasty but the service can feel a bit rushed. Went in with a group and we were treated like we were a bit of an inconvenience. Perhaps staff was having a rough day but it definitely showed.Ive worked in the service industry, so I know how things can get sometimes but it still sucks when you go in to a place expecting to have a good interaction and you leave feeling like you messed someones day up by asking them for what they offer.

When I stopped by to get their delicious popcorn and blizzard treats, one of the young employees saw that my hands were full and offered to get the door for me and even offered to help me carry it to my car. Now thats what I call great customer service! Going out of their way to help!

I gave this place 5 stars not for the food (although its not bad. Its just typical Dairy Queen food). The five stars is for the staff. They could not have been nicer. It seems that I dealt with everybody who was working at the time. And every single one of them was as nice as they could be. The restaurant was spotless. Every single table in the place was clean. I have no doubt that as soon as I left they ran out to my table and cleaned it to within an inch of its life. When I dropped off my tray and my trash, I did not see a single item of trash in the can and mine was the only tray there.It is such a refreshing change from some other restaurants that you go to. I went to a Burger King the other day, and every single table in the place was dirty. I found the least dirty table and sat down. I gotta say that I just thoroughly enjoyed my stay there at the Dairy Queen.

I have never been to Archies and I live 4.5 hours from there. A work friend brought in some popcorn to share, and Im giving it 5 stars!

Had a great experience today. My bag of fudge bars had 3 of the 10 in the bottom badly thawed. I took them back right away and the gentlemen/manager? Replaced the three and also threw in 4 more! Great way to handle an oopsie😍

On this date I was with a client out for a social outing, and I told her about the popcorn at the Neenah Dairy Queen. Needless to say we didnt just buy popcorn but I got a cone and she got a blizzard. I havent had one in a long time but it is one of the simple foods that has remained constant since I was a child. Im currently 58 years old and it always seems to taste like Dairy Queen, which is very nostalgic and sentimental to me. In addition I absolutely love our Archies world famous popcorn

Good part of this experience was the popcorn but it ends there. I went there for my birthday and was trying to figure out there birthday thing on the app but when i asked them they didnt even try to help and my blizzard was really liquidy, they didjt even do the flip test

Never in the time since we’ve been living in Neenah have we experienced such racism. Shift lead person upset with the gas because we were overcharged for an item we really didn’t want anything but what we asked for ask for a managers number lady who took our order was very rude, Disrespectful and said, “when you people call about a complaint” you people we asked(because we’re black?) wow! Still, after asking for a manager or number we still didn’t Receive one such bad customer service and racism wow really!!Never Again(Her Name is Samantha)

Oftentimes they get the order wrong and I must return to get the right order. Yes they fix there mess up but the problem could be solved and save time by doing things right the first time

Came here for a orange Julius smoothie. First off didn’t have the Berry Pomegranate smoothie I was hoping for. Second off when I got my “smoothie” there were pea sized chunks of ice in it so it was not blended all the way. Thirdly, it was probably a juice mix used instead of actual fruit because there were by all means NO SEEDS in this TRIPLE BERRY smoothie. my straw kept getting clogged by the ice chunks so I couldn’t drink my smoothie. Overall not very satisfied and I wasted my money. If you want a REAL smoothie just go to the one in the mall.

Not all the flavors of the blizzards were listed like they used to be. Only a few were. The person who was taking care of my order was nice and did his job.

So I went to Dairy Queen this afternoon to take advantage of their ice cream special . . . AND I have to say WELL DONE STAFF, WELL DONE! All employees were working their tails off! Thank you to all employees!

The other day, I was accidentally given a vanilla quart, I ordered twist. The manager, Jason, called me, and not only corrected the mistake, by giving me what I ordered, threw in a small bag of popcorn. Were all human! Accidents happen, but not all are corrected, so nicely! Store is very, very, clean! Bravo!
