Has been a nice alternative place to get parts when my regular store doesnt have what I need, or unless I buy salvage.

Went in to buy a car stereo marked as in-stock on the website. It wasnt in-stock. Picked out a different stereo they had on the shelf, also out of stock. Very disappointing. They were able to order a blower motor though.

Today was the 2nd time Ive been to this Auto Zone, here in Neosho. And I just have to say.. both times, I have received the absolute BEST customer service! I was helped by different gentlemen each time.. and they made me feel valued as a customer. Each one was extremely helpful, and professional, and exceedingly mannered. I am so thankful they listened to what I needed both times, and even made sure I had exactly what I needed. the first visit a few months ago, I had choose the wrong product and I was never made to feel ignorant. Suggested a better product that worked for my issue perfect. Well Done Neosho Auto Zone. as long as I live in this town.. this store is where I will go.

Went there for license plate bolts and had a few questions that their team member knew nothing about. Not very helpful. Facility was clean but again, they were not helpful.

At almost 64 yrs old I decided to learn how to diy on cars! Auto Zone has been awesome in advice and selection of parts etc! The only reason I didnt give them a 5☆is they didnt do it for me!!

Not very helpful, best know what youre looking for AND how to install it.Wouldnt even help a woman change a bulb in the rain.

Returned a part that I had bought from another Autozone, the person taking care of me told me that I didnt purchase the part from Autozone because Autozone doesnt deal with that brand. Even though they had the purchase for that part on the computer, they insisted that I got that part (multiple type part on same car) from the car and it was the manufacturers part (even though it looked only 2 months old as opposed to 10 years old), and I was trying to switch it out for a new one.Basically calling me a liar, You didnt buy that from Autozone. When I said I did.and calling me a thief, I think this is the manufacturers partInstead of considering that the other autozone might have sold me a part had been used and accidentally put in the box of a new one when someone brought it in. Or someone at that autozone was trying to pass of a non-name brand part as a the Name Brand.It was easier to believe that it was a Customers lied and was trying to get a free part then believe it was maybe an accident on the other Autozone.THIS FROM A CUSTOMER who has bought more than $2000. worth of products over the last 2 years. Pretty loyal customer until now. I wont return when I spend that kind of money and them to treat me like that over a $50-$70 part.
