They do a really good and thorough job, they will even inspect other parts of your vehicle and let you know if its needing repaired soon as well.

Super unprofessional. They sold me a defective part and later told me that I was on my own and if I wanted to come back 2 days later, i could. I got stranded!!! Thank you very much for your rudeness over the phone! DONT GO THERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S%#^!! Im never going back and Im warning you not to go there as well. Such a poor quality job and unfairness at its best!!!

Fitted me in last minute, did a good job

Brought my Dodge in with a significant oil leak. They diagnosed what needed to be fixed and talked me through the problem. They also had it fixed same day! They were very professional and treated me like Ive been having my car services there for years! I highly recommend this place. I started taking my car in back in October of 2020 and will continue to take it to them. Its nice finding a repair shop you feel you can trust.

Asked for them to give me a quote for repair on one thing that was wrong with my car. Instead they performed a detailed inspection and sent me a bunch of super long text messages when I specifically asked them to call me since texts eat up my minutes. Then they charged me 40 bucks. Needless to say Im never going back. I understand that one has to pay for labor but 40 bucks just to give me a quote? Thats ridiculous..

The fix was fine, just too expensive, not worth the money. I should have just walked away, but I was in a time crunch. I would not willingly go back.

They got me in late at night and were quick. The quality is lasting me so far and I have nothing to complain about, the price is fair and the people are nice!

They had good customer service and got it in with no delays but took an hour and a half to put 4 new tires on my car. So while they had a great lounge I think they need to speed up their service more.

Im not sure where all the miscommunications came from, but I will not bring any vehicle back to this auto center.We assumed an auto center with such high ratings would have great customer service, ownership, and knowledge of auto mechanics. We have a Ford Focus that we had recently replaced two tires on, and the other two tires needed replaced.So, all we needed were 2 new tires and an alignment.We dropped the car off, filled out all the paperwork, and were quoted $170 for the tires and alignment.Over 24 hours later, we come to pick up the car, and we were never notified that our car needed more repair.Our paperwork with any contact information was lost, never filed in their system.We ended up with two brand new tires, ONE of our already new tires, and a bald tire. Mind you, even someone with little to know mechanic knowledge could determine that this tire is needing replaced.We never got an alignment, and were charged the originally quoted $170 for us to receive two new tires, them to take off one of our newer tires to keep, no alignment, and a claim for more mechanic work.Upon taking the bald tire back to the shop to obtain our original newer tire, we were met with poor customer service and almost zero ownership.The mechanic from the previous day/night that had worked on the car wasnt there, so they werent going to be able to do anything, as a company, with the tire until that mechanic got there that day.After some conversation, we finally came to the conclusion that we could come back in an hour to get our original tire. Upon return, they offered a $2 reimbursement for tire disposal.I never heard any sort of apology until we were leaving, and all blame for any miscommunication or wrong doing was put onto staff that were not present.This entire situation has caused us a loss in our own time, money, and scheduling for a fairly simple task that was not completed, and over half of the work that was done, is needing to be fixed.And this was all just for TIRES.I cant imagine what would have happened for an actual in depth mechanical issue.I will not be returning, and am highly disappointed in the entire way that a relatively simple situation was handled so poorly.

Although having to return to the Maintenance Store the following day, it was definitely worth it! I am so appreciative that these employees at Pro-Lube take the time to get to know their customers and make sure they fix their customers cars the correct way. Been up to Joplin about 3 times and around town and not once have had a problem since! I will definitely be back for more work on my vehicle!

I cannot express enough gratitude for my experience. We had been to two other tire places within a 40 mile radius. No one could find the leak. The gentleman who helped us took the time and care necessary to find the problem and fix it!!! Thank you SO MUCH!

Me and my family are trying to fix the C02 sensor on our 07 Dodge Ram. We dont have time to fix it due to it being behind the compressor and we have our own full time jobs.They fixed it at the charge of $140 and an hour of labor when we gave them the part. This is sort of high. But other than that; It is a pretty good business.

Fast, efficient and honest. I work in insurance and I always tell my clients if you find an honest shop hold onto them like gold because they are hard to find in this day and age. And thats what I have here. Thanks Pro Lube.

Ive been here twice and every time the service is fast and the price is good. Their customer service is also stellar and theyre very good about fitting you in to their schedule for whatever you need.

Absolutely wonderful people. They treat you right, and when they fix something, it is fixed. If they are in doubt, as can happen, they let you know and always keep you in the loop on what needs to happen.Took my new-to-me van in because the service engine light came on, and there were some minor irritations, such as the charging port stopped working. One fuse, one loose bolt tightened, and a catalytic converter on order, and I was back on the road in thirty minutes.Catalytic converter installed, and runs so much better!
