The snacks and drinks are always good at Starbucks but I have to say this is the first time I have been to a Starbucks and they were out of the syrups for 3 drinks we wanted to order. Was a little annoying but the barista was very nice and really made an effort to help me pick something else.

The staff is super friendly! The only downside is that they constantly don’t have things. When the brown sugar oat milk shaken came out, they didn’t have it for a while yet had it on the display. Constantly out of bacon and Gouda sandwich and caramel drizzle.Kind of like McDonald’s ice cream machine being broken.

I ordered a double blended drink and just gave me ice in my drink claiming they were low on ice. For spending over $5 on a drink for expect it to be made correctly and tasted horrible.

Drive thru was quick. Very patient with talking order and it was made exactly as requested. The girls working the window were friendly, light hearted & professional. Definitely recommend

I went to this Starbucks location to purchase a Starbucks card as a gift. When I gave the card as a gift it wouldn’t let the recipient add the card because it said it had already been added. I called customer service and they said that a man named Juan had added my card to his account snd he had used all the money on it. This location scams you and takes your money with it. Do not go here!!

Overpriced...Only their chi tea latte is for me7-11 coffee is better and fresher..And cheaper.And you dont have to deal with the snooty staff that works at Starbucks.

Great Place and very friendly people sometimes they would get your order wrong and claim its right like this one time I went with friends and I ordered a drink and it tasted horrible and I said this is not my order and the worker was like yes it is,so if you ever go their with a group of friends do not get strawberry refresher and a pink drink because they *claim its the same thing and the workers are nice but this one worker who gave me that drink was rolling her eyes not listening and being rude she should get fired.

This was a fun little Starbucks. It had adequate seating, friendly staff, and a quiet enough atmosphere for studying. Its a great place for all college students in the area.

Im not a fan... however, if you are, which is apparent by you reading this, this is the place to go. There is the friendliest, most knowledgeable barista there Ive ever met. He didnt make fun or look his nose down on us as we stood there clueless. He recommended a variety of options and ideas. I honestly felt welcomed. Im a coffee person, no fluff required, but we were in a jam and thirsty, mind you, it was hot as hades out. They are not dog friendly inside, calm yourself, but this lady opened the door and requested two puppachinos, mind the spelling and they immediately made them and BROUGHT THEM OUTSIDE! Everyone was kind and friendly and the actual store was immaculate. Wish I enjoyed their coffee or at least what we ordered but I really enjoyed their service.

While I was on business in Hauppauge, NY, I found the least crowded and most accessible (in and out by car) Starbucks in the area. It is at the confluence of three roads, none of which is crowded in the morning rush. Easy to get into from any road, easy to get out into the stop-lighted intersection in any direction. Large parking lot with plenty of room for the drive-through line. Ordering and service are fast. This place is a delight for the harried driver just needing to get a morning coffee (or mocha latte in my case). Check the satellite view to see what I mean.

I love the staff here, theyre always so nice and always greet you with a smile. Unfortunately, what really upsets me is that this Starbucks is rarely fully stocked. I feel like everytime I come here they dont have something I want, whether its regular oatmeal or a fruit and cheese box. And then even if I give them a day or two and come back, they still dont have what I want. I count on this place for breakfast and lunch but I guess I should start going elsewhere😢

The location is fine in terms of drinks and staff, i only take off 1 star because its too busy all the time. You can almost always expect a wait during peak hours. Other locations i visit seem to handle the rush much better than this one.

Very friendly staff and always quick with knowing my daily order. I really appreciate how clean and neat they keep the store. Drive-thru is great on rainy days and order is always correct.

Pros: They have a drive thru, and they are super nice. I havent been for the late night (they have beer and wine), but I like that it is available.Cons: They rarely get my order completely right, and and dont apply my star reward when I ask. Service is also a little slow.

Horrible service, Shift mananger was extremely rude after they made my drink wrong. She tells me she will remake it, and gives me a cup of steamed milk with no espresso. Immature management.

Its more expensive than all of the other Starbucks. A grande coffee was $3.96 here when its $3.75 everywhere else in NY/NYC. When i said something to the barista, she just said Well, thats weird. I will add a star for the decent seating area and drive thru, but will not return due to the higher prices of items that are already overpriced.

Slowest. Drive through. Ever. Been on this line (currently) for over ten minutes. But thats also testament to my laziness. I reckon I couldve walked in. The employee on the ordering panel seemed very friendly and apologized for the weight, though.

Ok only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I always get the cold teas here and they tastes amazing but I noticed the staff in the morning (I’m almost always getting Starbucks after 6:00) never really fills the drinks to the top which is kinda annoying. But the evening staff is awesome. They are incredibly kind to all and are NEVER rude when asking for water or a refill (I noticed many employees get mad at these things but never them!) and that’s great. Service is fast considering the amount of people they have working and the amount of mobile/café/drive thru orders.

Always have new workers never the same people. Walked in today to get a venti iced coffee and the lady didnt even fill the cup halfway with coffee and filled the rest with ice. I payed for venti because I wanted a bigger coffee not to get the same amount of coffee as a tall. Im here every morning and will no longer be going there anymore.

Ordered through the app and they didnt have what wrap i ordered. I was totally fine choosing another one and this girl Frances was very helpful, but the manager was very nasty. No one helped answer the new girls questions. Both the manager and her other employees not including the one I mentioned before, was horrible. They had snotty attitudes like they are all that. I rather drive out of my way then deal with such snotty employees. Horrible service besides the one. Never going to again.

Its Starbucks. With a drive-in. If you like Starbucks coffee, I would imagine that this is the place you want to be.One thing that does suck about it though is is entryway on old Nichols road is in a horrible place. It holds up traffic and it can be annoying to make a left out of the parking lot.

The ladies and gentlemen that work here are incredible, always friendly and kind despite always being shorthanded. This store is UNDERSTAFFED for the volume of customers that frequent this location. The Baristas here work their butts off just to barely keep up. Managements job to fix this.If I have been to Nesconset Starbucks 10 times, 5 times my order was off. My last visit, the girl at the window threw attitude because we used Partner Numbers, as if we were adding another layer to our order holding up the line. I understood her frustration and although it was directed at us, I didnt take it personal. It sucks this is my local Starbucks and at times I a rather drive 5 miles to Commack Starbucks on Jericho. That place SETS THE BAR.
