Ordered panelboard trim from them. Trim arrived all bend up . Called and talk to the professional name Chris. What a tool that guy is! He told me that he can help me if I be nice to him, that I have to call UPS and file a claim, that he can order a replacement from GE but no guarantee. I have asked for my money back and if he wants me to return cover-he refused both. Very unprofessional, rude and nose is so high that he drown in the rain. Stay away!

You will find customer service there unlike the big box stores! The guys there are so helpful and knowledgeable. They offered advice and gave us the correct supplies to fix a leaking, rotted p-trap that would not connect to our old pipes. They had confidence in my husband being able to do the job even when he did not have the confidence in himself.

I am renovating two bathrooms in my house and have been shopping around for plumbing fixtures. Of course, my first stop was online research and then a visit to the local plumbing houses to see the fixtures in person. My visit to Kelly & Hayes was by far the most informative and pleasant experience that I had. In particular, Ed was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. They have a beautiful showroom with may brands on display and Ed was able to clearly explain what each brand had to offer and recommend what worked best for me. Along with all the great service, their prices were quite competitive with any that I found elesewhere. Next door to the showroom is a traditional plumbing supply counter also offering excellent service to a homeowner. Their prices for plumbing parts were much better than what I found at the big box stores. I highly recommend Kelly & Hayes to anyone doing a plumbing project or just in the market for some standard plumbing supplies.

Not very friendly. They should list on Google they are not open to the public and are a distributor.
