This store is great! The employees are helpful, and they have a good selection of furniture. I would definitely recommend it! We love our new living room set!

This place is like home when me and my girl come in. We come in and they’re always on top of it when we need something new or just to stop in and say hi. They’re always helpful and help us when we need them to. This place has been a complete change every since Labrea has came in as the store manager, good customer service, very understanding and friendly staff I would give more stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if i could... We bought a TV last friday and still hasnt been delivered. I just went up there and im 9 months pregnant they was gonna allow me to carry it home in my car and pack it out myself but it didnt fit in my car. The man said he is gonna bring it and only gave me the remote and they still havent came and its been over an hour ive been home waiting. Friday will be exactly 1 week we made this purchase and still havent received the product....

Labria is the worst manager Ive ever dealt with. She deals with the customers as if shes a hustler. I pay bill before or on time and she still needs more money to bring you current. Every since shes been at this location, nothing but trouble from her. She calls to ruin your day with lies about your balance, policies delivery dates etc. Brian was much better at this job. Dont trust her at all.

LOVE the staff at this location. Brian (manager) is so nice and so easy to work with. The couch we wanted wasnt in stock in their store, but he didnt hesitate to call multiple stores until he found what i wanted, and then the delivery man drove 3 hours to get it for me. Our deliveries are always on time and Victor is so down to earth and friendly as can be. Will return for more products in the future!

I have always had a positive experience. The management and staff are the greatest people I know. I have been renting items from this store for over 25 years. Keep up the great work. If you want true customer service and a positive experience buying, go to the New Albany location.

They have no sense in the world. Even if you try to get something on from seprate from another person they still deny you. But wont give you a reason why. They are stupid wouldnt take the time to deal with them.

You do not want to get stuff from this place. Got a washer that didnt work (only let water come in so had to drain it ourself before returning it. Returned it and they gave us another which turned on but thats it. Returned that one was ting our money back since we needed to get a working one and these people were wasting our time. They said they dont do refunds. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE US A WORKING APPLIANCE! THEY DIDNT WORK! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF AND A SCAM!!!!

After having an issue with the manager at the Jeffersonville branch i spoke with the regional manager a gentleman named John who was eager to resolve my issue and was genuinely concerned about the matter. He asked me to come to the new Albany branch where I was greeted with friendly customer service and my transaction was treated very professionally the new Albany store is a shining example of how a business should be run. I definitely recommend the new Albany location and they have cookies ! Altho i think those were set out for the customers kids none the less delicious though lol

We have a washer an dryer we pay weekly on. They keep raising the payment. Have our account all screwed up. We have all our recepts an confirmation numbers. And after that they wanna apologize an then take the blame. After they threatened to come get the washer an dryer. Absolute worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Nobody in that place knows whata going on. And whoever is the store manager needs to take some classes on dealing with the public an an some.management skills. As soon as were able we will be taking our buisness elsewhere!

People that took over from the last time I went there to give Furniture the place was dirty there was food on the furniture they were trying to sell the man that was taken care of me was eating and not really paying attention in the lady that was supposed to help was in there one about if she could eat his chicken the place was dirty the furniture didnt look very appealing we never go back to them I wish the people that were there before we still there more friendlier the store cleaner

This was my first bedroom set purchasing experience and the front desk guy Justin was awesome he made the process very smooth and relayed the information to me in a way that was understandable. However the manager of the store ruined my experience when he came up with some bogus story that he could not deliver my bed suit to my basement because of Covid. Even after I told him that I could not move the furniture myself because I live with my grandmother who is elderly and has a bad back and he still refused to help me move the furniture. So I had no choice but to return the furniture. He even brought the suit to my house and what still not assist me in moving it to the basement. Bad business going to Best way
