Bought a 987 from them. Overall *buying* experience was good. Its the little details that gets them a 2 star rating. 1st the rims: The car originally had factory silver. They painted them black. Wasnt a good job because the paint started peeling a few weeks later. So much so that Ill have to get it redone the right way. 2nd: they tinted the windows but that lasted about a week. Started to peel real bad. 2nd (part II) when they removed the windows to tint, they didnt reseal the door card and so I have the bottom 2 inches of the door get wet every single time it rains. Every. Single. Time.3rd: the top. Boxsters are notorious for having the top slip out of its guide. I asked then about it and 20 minutes later they said they fixed it. Since it was winter, the top did not go down until April so I didnt see that the fix was rigged. I had to fix it myself. As I said before buying the car was smooth and took all.of an hour. Its these little things that messed it up for me. Will not buy from.them again and I will tell others what they did so they can check what they buy...

I drive 2 hours from Bowling Green KY to New Albany in a UHaul since I couldnt get a rental car to save my life haha. They happened to have a MKV Supra and it was well priced especially with the current situation the used car market is in! I spoke to Trish and she was incredibly helpful getting me setup with a finance application and getting me all set to go see the car.Once I got there they made everything incredibly easy. Took our charger to hypercars for ceramic coating. Knew the minute I pulled in if it was getting done it would be done here. Everyone is so professional, from opening the door for customers, a small thing but says alot, to the lobby being immaculate. Everything was explained in detail, price was good for lifetime warranty ceramic pro. I wanted to use a credit card they didnt take but went above and beyond to get set up to take that automotive card.Its a brand new charger, 3000 miles, 4 mo.old yet we were stunned at the appearance, it looked phenomenal!!!Its been three weeks of rain since we picked her up. dirt, mud nothing sticks to it like it did before. Christian gave me directions on its care and we followed them when we washed it last night for the first time, again, stunned at how easy it came clean, even the inside of the rims. A simple wash and it looks like we spent days waxing and buffing. Christian and his people are GREAT to deal with, very professional and its obvious they take great pride in what they do. I bought a 2017 Fiesta ST over email as I live almost 500 miles away(they offer 500 miles “free” shipping).The person I was most in contact with was a lady named Trish (sorry if not spelled right);; She was very nice and honest with me. She treated me like a serious buyer from the start and gave me a full quote within minutes.HyperCars also sent me detailed videos/photos of the vehicles interior, exterior, and undercarriage. They fixed all the things I had issues.The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because sometimes they didn’t really communicate things with me and would take hours to reply during business hours...and when you’re buying a car over email/phone it can get very stressful. Other than that I am very satisfied with HyperCars and I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle or use their many other services.Anyway, I got the car today and I was pleasantly surprised on the condition and the quick shipping.

Purchased a 2006 Cayman S with nearly 100k miles. Purchase experience was great and very smooth with Trish and they even picked me up from the airport. The administration part of the deal was 5 Stars. However, the car itself is the real issue. They sell a lot of these 2006 - 2008 987.1 Cayman S models (3.4L Engine). If you are looking to purchase one make sure you have a PPI done that CHECKS FOR BORE SCORING. The PPI they recommended did not check for this and shame on me for not knowing more about it or I would have had it done. After purchasing the car, I picked up my friend from the nearby airport for the exciting road trip back in my first Porsche, while waiting for him to arrive the CEL came on, also I bought the car knowing the center display was ghosted and needed replacement. This was a major problem as the center display gives you details about alarms and also the digital readout of the engine oil level. I promptly took the car back to the dealership and they just cleared the code saying it was from the catalytic converter and not to worry about it. Well, I drove the car a 1,000 miles back to Texas which was a huge mistake since I was not able to use the central display. The first thing I did when I got the car home was ship out the display for repair. When I hooked it up the low oil message was on and the level gauge was blinking. I about ran the car out of oil. The car holds 8 qts and I had about half of that in the sump when I drained it. Now I am tracking consumption and it uses 1qt every 400 miles. Engine is going to need to be rebuilt or replaced and makes me sick to my stomach because I love the car. I havent had the cylinders checked yet, but this is a known issue with the M97 engine. Do your due diligence and have the bores scoped. The catalytic code they told me not to worry about is from the engine burning oil and plugging up the CATS.

I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V with 63k miles on 6/18. Traded a 2014 Acura TL.I would give 3.5 stars if I could.The good- staff was extremely friendly and professional. Process of purchasing was great, and I feel like I got a fair offer from my trade.The bad- some things have popped up that I believe should have been caught in any basic inspection that I will now have to pay to get fixed upon having my mechanic inspect the car. I understand purchasing a car as is is a risk, but I assumed when buying a higher end car from a higher end dealer I wouldnt have to deal with this. I have had a more thorough inspection when buying from Carmax.When I received the car it said the windshield wiper fluid was low. When I went to fill it up the fluid it came straight back out of the car and onto the driveway. Obviously there is a hole in the system. Cant use the system until it is fixed. The bumper will need to be removed to repairThere is a hole in the aftermarket exhaust that will need to be welded.There is a grinding noise coming from the front left wheel. Probably either a wheel hub bearing or lower control arm.I went out of my way to disclose everything about my trade, including being questioned about having the 100k service done. Hyper pulled a car fax on my trade to confirm. I should have requested a carfax report prior to purchase, and paid closer attention during the test drive, that is on me. I guess I am saying make sure to do your due diligence before purchasing.
