1st time there and the food came to us in a timly manner and they had a nice variety of different foods to eat on their menu. Each month they have a wild meat sandwich. The time I was there they had Buffalo, Elk, Beef and Boar together. The ice tea was really good. They serve beer also.

Its has isles that seem wider than most stores and it allows you shop without climbing over one another. Lets face it Wal Marts are always packed. But this gives you a sense of comfort. And the employees are super polite and blessed especially the two young ladies in the self check out in the mornings are always super nice.

Fought traffic thanks to bridge being down to make it here... get cart filled up...go to grab some lunch meat and cheese guess they changed thier hours closed at 7 30 ...enjoy putting that cart back I will go somewhere else thats able to stay open a little later ...

Fairly quick with the pickup orders and seem to have a well ordered machine as far as that goes, have not been inside in quite a while, and I am honestly rather glad about that. It was always a wreck in the aisles when I did have to shop here. Hopefully they have that a bit better off now.

We I need anything I go to this New Albany Walmart. They are teal nice and very helpful.

Always a mess, no cashiers ever open. . all the lines are always backed up. Aisles are cluttered and shelves are never stocked. Pick up is inconsistent. Definitely check your orders before leaving.

Rocky start but overall service was pretty good

One of the dirtiest walmarts. Watched younger male employees avoid Isles that had garbage on the floors liquids or stock but yet they had time to walk up and down the aisles to mingle with customers no matter what you say when you talk to you theres not much people can do I wouldnt go back in there. Dress code very poor. Only your older adults dress properly younger employees on phones too much spent an hour and a half there seen a lot enough to where I wouldnt go back

Had oil changed in my truck at the new Albany Indiana location. Took the filter off from the top side instead of lowering the skid plate and doing it the correct way. They let the oil run all over the place and the majority of it was all over the frame. Rushed it out of their shop and parked in on the other side of the lot hoping I wouldnt notice it. When I confronted them about it they got rude about it and acted very unprofessional. Told them they needed to clean the mess they made on the engine compartment of my truck but they refused to do anything except take a water hose to it. Wont be returning for any more services.

Warm weather has struck again! Walmart is always a good show when its warm. How folks can get two people in one outfit, maybe Einstein could have solved it. I cant, but I can enjoy the show.

Very clean and organized store. The employees are super helpful and nice! Perfect for anything from a quick trip, to a large grocery haul, to even a trip for things like: cribs, shelves, vacuums, clothing, small furniture, curtains, etc.

The reason I went middle of the road on Walmart supercenter is because it depends on whether youre there to shop or pick up an order from there to shop there is never enough cashiers and their employees there are rude theres never anybody really to help you I feel sorry for the good people that work there because I used to work at Walmart back when it was a good place to work not anymore

Clarksville, IN, Walmart could careless about their shoppers. Its horrible!! The stores a mess as well as the staff.Make the drive, New Albany, IN. has a much better caring, more organized store.

I love the prices at Walmart. The selection is pretty good, too. However, theyre not very good at restocking the shelves. If theyre out of something, its likely to stay that way for weeks. Since computers can keep track of inventory, I dont understand why items arent reordered and restocking arent done in a timely fashion.

The MFers in the deli SUCK! They refused to place my deli order because they said they had 150 pieces of chicken to cook for an order....according to an old hag.....not the hunch back older lady, who was actually tending to the chicken. Worse, was when I was angry and walked away, I saw that same woman servicing other people at the deli I tried calling for a supervisor, but nobody at the directory would answer.

Its easy in and out and they keep it clean. Their prices are pretty good, I feel like they need more people working there.

Pharmacy always treated me good, but the rest, nope. You have this loud mouth talking associate that is rude.. Shes been there awhile.. She talks about the customers.. She was talking about me one day.. I knew it and didnt care. Then the self help line they hired this older lady not long ago, she is the same and dont actually want to help you. I do less shopping there because of the people they hire and still have.. Its unbelieveable..

Walmart is always a quick, convenient place to shop. Not to mention, theres a high chance they will have whatever product your looking for... Highly recommend! 👌

Patrick in the pharmacy is super pleasant and helpful every time I call or stop in to pick up prescriptions. My son has ADHD and is on 3 medications that are always changing. Thats difficult in itself but Patrick always makes time to be polite and helpful!

CSRs are always polite & helpful. Greeters are, too! And who can forget the cart collectors? They perform a very valuable service.

I mean, its Walmart. It wasnt great, but it wasnt horrible. It wasnt filthy, but it wasnt clean. It was meh.

Grocery pick up is the worst at Corydon. Theres screw ups no matter when you schedule your pick up. This Walmart does nothing to correct it. Average wait is over 30 minutes. Customers arrive after youve been waiting and they get their groceries before you do. Corydon Walmart management does nothing to fix the situation. You call the store to speak to an associate and no one answers. Really not sure what the management even does at Corydon. I guess they just show up to get paid.

They seem to be doing better all the way around since the renovations on the store. More express checkouts are open now and theyre actually getting better with keeping up with restocking their merchandise.

Carts in the parking lot were collected. Store appeared well stocked. Very good experience this morning.

I had to replace 2 tires and the price was reasonable. My car was in and out in under 45min. Great experience

About got into fight in line. Two females was in hurry and cut in front of my daughter and my wife. Both had words and I told her not to be loud because of kids around. Need some good old fashioned security guard.

If you shop smart its okay but prices have went up quite a bit on most grocery items.

Garden area has no open cashier.No assistance for loading bags of soil etc.Not worth the aggravation. Went to Tractor Supply. Paid a little more but got the assistance needed.

If they would open more Lanes during busy hours other than just 4 or 5 Lane I will put more than three stars but other than the Lanes the place is overall awesome good and friendly smiling people

Different prices for similar items such as milk,at checkout cashier charge highest price when you know you have the cheapest one. When you are older,(80) and up,you never catch it until you get home checking your receipt. Most likely you not going to complain on just one item..89cents versus 2.89 is a big difference on fixed incomes.

Hardly no associates around to help me in the auto area. I went to a lead person and he didnt know what to do!!! I asked a person in the tv area and she said it was closed, but I knew that, but I wanted to get a headlight. Thats all I wanted. I went to a lady putting up stock in the sporting goods. Also I saw a dirty toy, no one in there right mind would buy it.

The pharmacy should get 5 stars but the rest of the store sucks. They have no price scanners anywhere in the store and half of the stuff I was interested in had no price label on the item or the shelf. The employees are rude and hard to find half of the time especially in the evenings. I cant help but think it must be bad management!

It’s Walmart. Large merchandise selection, decently clean, and acceptable customer service. The down sides were there seems to be loitering outside, and a few items we wanted seemed to be cleaned out prior to our arrival.

Well surprise! Surprise.Walmart is Walmart and they have a lot of things we need and or want. It is all understandable until you go to check out and you have to wait in one of the 4 open lines that have 12 people waiting in each line. But get this.. we bought groceries and took them to our car and then drove down to the garden center end for some gardening items. Found what we wanted but guess what .. Saturday morning and no one in sight to check you out. We had to walk back down to the grocery section stand in long line again and pay for plants. Again I guess the Pandemic is partially to blame since people don’t want to work.. I guess.

Terrible Customer Sevice. Never answers the phones and just leaves them ringing as they ignore the calls. Customers in store get ignored also. Just stood at the electronics desk from 9pm until 10pm as employees kept telling me theyll go get someone else to help me. Nobody ever helped. Finally a woman came back to close electronics and pull the registers amd she says You been standing here an HOUR? Sorry. Were closing now. Cant help you. Need to hire professionals that actually give a damn about their customers! Ridiculous

If you want to be treated as the greatest customer ever go check Amy out at the Tire & Lube on Grantline Road in New Albany because this young lady knows how to do her job! I only went here because my wife had an order for pick up online. i went inside to look for some new shoes but... their shoe selection was horrendous. it was bland, there were no good running shoes, no high tops at all, i couldnt even fine a pair of flip flops i would purchase. i did however get a pack of socks. woohoo😒

Went to buy something that was showing in stock. Couldnt find it nor was the cashier working in the Paint Dept interested in me finding it or if it was even there.

Only had 2 out of 6 items I went for. Will go to A hardware store next time.

Amazing, the associates wore white shirts and white gloves with black bow ties. My entire time at the store I was supplied my own personal valet to push my shopping cart.After I picked myself off the floor from my slip and fall, I realized this Walmart was no different than the 1,000 others scattered around the country.

Fast pickup no problem

I havent been to Walmart in 2 year so I decided to go today. I walk in no cart I walk to the other end no cart. there are employees walking around on there cell phones and having conversations with other employees. I stood in front of the door greater for 5 minutes while she had a conversations with the manager after saying excuse me 3 times I just walked off. I cant nor wont spend anymore money with Walmart or Walmart.com

Bought two phones and one of the two guys acted like it was an effort to wait on us but really good deals.

I dont typically go into a Walmart unless absolutely necessary, but this one is below even Walmart standards. Always looks dirty and messy. Employees look like theyd rather be anywhere else. Most of them are on their phones or going through the motions with no sense of urgency. Forget about speaking to you. The parking lot is horrible. God forbid Walmart actually spend some of those billions on appearance and customer satisfaction.

To much rift raft aloud to cause problems in store the staff has not been trained properly they are all young and immature hanging out you ask them questions if you can find one.. they have no idea even where the bread is lol pharmacy sucks to having trouble switch to Kroger like I did walmart way to crowded always something unprofessional going on I went there for 8 years before it got worse every year now I wont even go your more likely to get into a fight before you find a good deal trash walking around like its a mall hang out

Poor service! I was in a hurry to leave due to no handicap driving carts and I’m not supposed to walk long distances and I had to walk the whole store after having back surgery and missed 1-2 items that I thought had been scanned because I was in such a hurry to get off my feet and I was accused of shoplifting even after I told them I had no problem paying for it!

It would be really helpful and very nice if they could have a few more cashiers to help the people that don’t do the self check out
