Wonderful place, the staff are always friendly and they will bend over backwards to help there customers. Theyre very transparent if theres any issues or problems and problems very seldom happen. Since finding River city workwear if they do all my alterations for me. Wonderful place would recommend it to anyone.

I only use this store because my department makes me use them. They have great products and do great work but I think they are way overpriced on all of there products. I have ordered many things from competitors like Galls and straight from the manufacturer and gotten the product for a much cheaper price then they have it for. If they would come down on their prices I think they would get alot more Officers willing to by things for their personal use through them.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would! My husband ordered EMS pants and a belt..he got the wrong brand and the belt is WAY too big. They refuse to fix their own mistake! Will NEVER buy from here again!

Decent selection and quality work, but anything that has to be ordered takes weeks if not months to come in.

RCW is great to work with. They keep our order history on file and we simply make a call to order more uniforms for new employees, etc. their store is clean and organized. Their staff are fun and knowledgable. Turn around is quick and the product looks nice every time. RCW is our go to for uniform needs.

Terrible service, I waited two weeks for my uniforms, our entire order needed corrections. This place needs higher standards when it comes to stitch work.

Worst website ever. Literally impossible to order online. Have made several calls about it and they always say, hmm I really dont know anything about out website.. I have asked Holy Family to use Lands End for our uniforms.
