I called this location twice. I think I spoke to the owner first and the to Debbie the manager 2nd. Wow! The customer service was fantastic! I was ordering some trays for a funeral (family night). I wanted my daughter-in-law and her siblings to have a good meal, while they remembered their father. Debbie was patient and helped me put together a feast. Thank you for making this go as smoothly as possible for me.

Stopped there for their ham ends. Theyre expensive now. Last time I bought 4 of them and it was $20. Now theyre over $8 dollars a piece! The sliced ham by the pound is delicious. Theyre proud of it also just like their ham ends. Believe it was about $12 dollars a pound. Its good but overpriced.

Love the lunches at Honey Baked Ham. The employees are so friendly and kind. They go out of their way to please.

Picked up my Easter honey baked ham today. Wonderful experience. I pulled up and a friendly worker brought out my order and put it in the cooler for me. She was wearing a face mask and I didnt have to sign to use my card.Great Job, Great Customer service, and while this will be unlike any other Easter, I know the ham will be as good as ever.

I wanted a boneless glazed ham, they only had bone-in hams. The ham specialist made me a boneless glazed ham, and for my wait I received a complimentary drink.

Visited for the first time several days ago. Great service. Got spiral cut ham and some chicken salad. Not a fan of the chicken salad, too sweet for my taste buds but flavor was good. If you want to order for an event or holiday it is best to order in advance. I will be sampling all they offer in the next couple of days.

Short wait but you have to exit in the back of the building. Not good for us disabled people

I LOVED this place! The soup, pasta, sandwiches - it was all great! The only thing I didnt like is the fact that there are only a few sandwiches you can pick from and its not build to order like Penn Station or subway. You can changed your cheese and leave ingredients off, but they dont display their ingredients out where you are able to see what they have(lettuce, tomato, onion, condiments etc).

Never tried honey baked ham before got a giftcard from work thought I would try one was very disappointed. I eat ham from save a lot their honey ham has the honey baked beat by ten miles dont cost 70.00 for 8lb. Either

Went to honey baked ham in New Albany yesterday to buy lb. of sliced bone in ham.The two people standing behind the counter acted like they didnt know what I was talking about, so I pointed it out for them on the menu right on the wall behind them. They still acted confused and said they didnt have any.No ham for sale at a ham store? I just turned around and walked out.

My first Turkey bought at New Albany location, Thankful I got a ham too..The turkey didnt taste like turkey, way way to much glaze, ( which I didnt realize would be sweet) Will NEVER buy amother turkey from there...It will go out in the trash tomorrow.

Staff was ill prepared and not trained properly. Advertised that you could pay with the crimson card. Then they didn’t know how to do it at the register. Took them over 5 mins for them to say that they didn’t know what they were doing then said that it’s because they had an old machine. Wouldn’t it be less complicated if it was an older machine? Very dissatisfied with the staff.

Have visited this restaurant three times and they never get my order right. When I call to inform them it is wrong they begin to get very rude. I guess instead of having someone else in my office pick up my order along with theirs, I should go in and waste my time watching them with my own eyes making my food so it does not end up wrong. Will not be back.
