Paid a down payment for a wooden privacy fence. Mike kept pushing back the date of putting the fence up. Eventually we moved, tried to negotiate a different type of fence for the new property. That didnt work out. Requested a refund. 5 months later, many conversations, many promises, Mike still has not refunded our money. Buyer beware. Do not give money down. This business is not registered in Indiana or Kentucky per Secretary of State for both states. Im moving forward with legal processes.

Absolutely disappointed at this company. My husband called this guy to give us a quote on a black metal fence and he gave us a quote and we put down a down payment and NEVER heard from him again. He kept saying he had bought the supplies and never came back or called back! He keeps saying he is in Cincinnati doing a job for about two months. Im going to file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. Don’t do business with him.

Absolute fence is simply a waste of anyone’s time and money. They are fraudulent individuals. They will take your cash.

AFR did a great job on our fence! It was a very challenging having to dodge power lines and tree roots and it still looks great. They did it fast and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them!

Never again. I’m paying a reputable company to fix the mess he left. Gates, posts, hinges.I do not recommend. I wouldn’t let him cut my grass!

Charged us for two gates, which were really just fence sections swinging (dragging the ground) between two fence posts, with locks that don’t lock. Is costing us $2,000 per gate to buy real gates from a real fencing company. Mike refused to make it right, and when he finally responded he was belligerent and tried to intimidate us. His address is a liquor store. We sent a certified letter which was returned as not deliverable. Done with him! Wouldn’t let this man cut my grass.

Mike and his crew did an awesome job on our privacy fence! Mike was very professional but also very down to earth which we loved! Wally now has his own yard to run around in! 🐕🐶 We are very very pleased and highly recommend this company!!

Mike and I agreed on a price. He took half his price as a down payment so he could get materials to build my fence. He showed up with some tools and left them in my yard and then he never came back. He paid me about 3/4 of what he owes me but has never paid me back completely. Many promises, but only lies.Beware he may very well keep stringing you along too.Update: Mike paid me back half of what he still owes me. He seems angry about my review after he didnt answer my calls or texts. I texted him that I would remove this post once were square.I ended up building my cedar fence myself. A friend and neighbor set the posts for me and I took care of the rest.

Mike did a great job. Excellent craftsmanship. I was extremely pleased with his work.

Owner nuts

We have been struggling in good faith to get a new fence installed since 8/1/19. We paid a $3,750 deposit for materials on that date and have received nothing but ignored communication or vague excuses and empty promises for the last 10 weeks. Last week, they finally committed to install our fence the week of 10/8/19. When asked at the start of the week for a firm date, they said they were having labor issues and were working on it. We havent heard back from them since. We are moving on to find a reputable company that will honor their commitments. Unfortunately, this poor experience has wasted 10 weeks of our time. Do yourself a favor and do the same.Update: I had paid by Paypal so I was able to obtain a refund of my money on 10/18. Mike finally texted me on 11/5, four weeks after we filed the claim. He was very upset about my poor review and tried to intimidate me into removing it. Threats didnt work. We have wasted way too many months in trying to get them to do what they promised. My advice is to pay them any payments via Paypal if you want to have any chance of recouping your money when things go south.

Mike and his crew are great to work with and they did a fantastic job! We had a tough job and they completed quickly. I would highly recommend Absolute Fence!
