Clean and friendly staff, and good prices deals and they are still in business

Didnt buy anything, just looked around. They had some nice furniture.I was looking for a small wall clock, only had med and large. Clean store.

I love this store. The prices are great, and there are always super deals if you know where to look.

The workers were great and helpful.My only complaint was I registered a long time ago and never received any kind of coupons to get the 15% off

Went to buy a new bathroom set like curtains, rugs and sink set. But they didnt have much of an option with the sink set. 😕

Ordered a sectional and tv stand online. I was told the order was ready for pickup. I went to the store to pickup the items and stood in the furniture section for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even came over to help. The store seemed really understaffed. There were only 3 customers in the store and the only employee visible was a cashier. The person who helped me seemed completely clueless and had trouble finding my order in the computer. Another employee came over and found it right away. Poor management seems to plague this store. Never returning.

This Big Lots is clean, organized, and friendly the drawback is the check out, terrible design. Not nearly enough room in the maze to sneeze.

Went to the website to find sheets...it didnt work. No matter what I put in it would take me to anything but sheets.Went to the Chesterfield store. Now I know why the site couldnt find sheets..because they hardly had any, thats probably due to the covid.Do not at all care for the furniture being set up in the front middle of store,having to walk back around it twice to find things waisted my time and the isles are soo small 2 carts cant pass each other. Made for a uncomfortable shopping experience. Who ever thought this floor plan up should have thought of the people who arent there to buy furniture, shoving it in my face isnt gonna make me want to buy it. If I hadnt have needed sheets I wouldnt have stayed to buy anything.

I bought a Disney toy from another store then went into Big Lots and it was 8 dollers cheaper. Bought it and took the other one back. Love this store.

I found items easy and was able to get out in record time.

One of the nicest newest Big Lots around. Spotless bathrooms even. The manager Rick hasnt been at this location too long but his experience with the company is outstanding. He is going to make this one of the best stores in the country. I hope this location becomes a store of the future soon. Definitely great for the community. This place has excellent deals on furniture and many household goods and consumables.

Interested in a sectional for my living room, show the store carries it, call to confirm, and get told its the floor model, we cant sell it. Call a couple other locations showing they have more than 2 and they give me the same story that there floor models and they cant sell them. How many floor models do you need? No wonder why have nothing to sell. Why show an item available for sale, if its not even a real item? What a scam of a company. More worried about closing a store instead of taking care of the customer. Horrible customer service and representation of a product showing for sale and it doesnt even exist. Waste of time. Will go elsewhere.Im assuming what is in store on the sales floor is not available to buy either. Makes no sense! If its displayed or showing online available, I should be able to come to the location for purchase and same as online for purchase!

The delivery company sucks. Pick-Up never delivers on the day you pay for. I got rescheduled twice before I got my furniture. I will never order from big lots again.

This Big Lots is pretty nice. The selection of snacks and drinks is cheap and expansive. They also have furniture and cleaning supplies here too, among other things. I recommend going here.

Neat store.Could do grocery shopping there if you really wanted to, but we just drop in occasionally to randomly browse around their deals on random stuff throughout the store.They generally have some great deals mixed in with good deals and average deals, so its kinda fun to just check it out and see what catches your eye from time to time.Sometimes you get what your pay for, sometimes youre pretty thrilled with the value of what you managed to pickup.Neat store to browse every once in a while. Definitely worth remembering, if youre price-comparing stores for a sorta-kinda pricier purchase item that youre considering.

Personally I thought the cook was new, when he placed hashbrowns on my plate when I saw the waitress write home fries. The waitress did make an order. They came back hot and half done. Then my peach tea was refilled with plain tea. My husbands chicken was perfect. Ergo, 4 stars.

Try different locations for certain items. Wouldnt trust the furniture. Bought a recliner there and the seat and arm padding went flat in two weeks - no exaggeration.

This big lots is typically clean and fairly organized the staff tends to be friendly. I would say other locations tend to have better clearance and sometimes even better pricing

July 11 2016,I went to my local Big Lots Store in Chesterfield Michigan to buy a big man recliner for 399.00 I went in and found the recliner and ask an associate to show me how the chair recliner works and the associate said he couldnt because the chair was broken and there was another big man recliner and it was broken as well, Well sadly I left the store disappointed because of the lack of quality and lack of concern for the associate to help me make the purchased. I did get a big man recliner today at ART VAN in the next shopping plaza but I really like the one Big Lot has but if it cant be sold why is it on the floor? I show a 1 star because something like this is usually bad management. And not the associate.

Each big lot is slightly different from each other so you might find what youre looking for but theyre usually more expensive than the other big box marts. Its Halloween season and theyre already have Christmas decorations prominently displayed.
