Radiance Aluminum Fence Company is very good. Workers are very nice and respectful and show nothing but professionalism. I want to thank my workers that put up my fence (Adam, CJ, and Drake) for doing a phenomenal job in putting up my fence in just one day. That is speed! Great job guys.

I never usually leave reviews but I had to because of the experience I had with this company. We had originally contacted the company and was given the number for Tom to purchase materials for an aluminum fence. We specifically told Tom this is for materials only and NOT an installation. He told us to give him a list of all material and he would prepare a quote. 3 weeks later and no quote or response back after multiple text messages. I finally got a hold of him and he was VERY RUDE! He said that he doesnt even prepare quotes for materials and that the owner would do that after he told us multiple times to give him the list. Completely wasted our time knowing that we wanted to order asap before we moved into our new home and that we had a dog. Long story short we went with Paramount fence and they prepared my quote SAME DAY and all fencing materials are given to us less than a week. It was a blessing in disguise that this company didnt work out for us  because Tom said rudely that we wouldnt get it anyways for 4 months.

Did a great job looks great. They came back and added a gate after the original install and it looks like it was always there. This is our second house that they installed a fence.

We just had a 2nd fence/dog run installed after Radiance installed our original fence. Both fences look great and are of high quality. We would recommend Radiance to anyone! Thank you!

They will tell you two weeks for 3 months. Do not believe what they tell you. Undoubtedly the company will say this review is false but trust me it is 100% true

They showed up on time worked without stopping the whole day. Even played with my little dogs for a few. Loved the Professionalism I would ask for Tim he texted me when needed and always called me back with answers to my questions. The fence is quality and installed professionally. My neighbor hired Radiance Aluminum Fence to install a fence around their property, unfortunately they hit a 4 inch gutter drain that leads to the storm drain in the back of our property that is shared by both homes. My Neighbor came over and gave me a business card to call and said the fence company would fit it. I called and Adam said he would look into it and never called me back. I called back and spoke several times with Randy, he said he would have Tim call me back and no one ever did. What I did get out of Randy was my neighbor signed the contract and the contract reads that anything they hit on their property is not their responsibility its the homeowners. The problem is its on my property and effects my home. Not only was I shocked at how unprofessional they were on the phone but also they left my side of the yard unfinished and dirt was left in the street. I would think twice before you sign a contract with Radiance and if that verbiage is in the contract think about who is going to fix the problem. Remember youre only as good as your last job

I had Radiance do my fence for my back yard at my new house last fall. The installers finished late into the night and the overall job wasnt very visible so I had to review it the next day. When I was able to review it, it turns out the installers just left mounds of dirt and sod squares in my brand new sodded lawn as well as both of my neighbors brand new sodded lawns. They also did a very sloppy job with the concrete pouring and didnt clean up afterwards, just leaving chunks of concrete attached to my lawn. Due to a mismeasurement, they went to install the wrong size gate to the side of my brick house and drilled a hole in the wrong location, so Im left with a hole in the side of my brick above my gate.Ive contacted Radiance a few times and eventually gave up. I cleaned up 2 5-gallon buckets full of concrete out of the lawn and neighbors lawn. I bought new top soil and seed and patched up around every post and multiple spots around the yards.

Needed a special order, they got it done very fast and the quality was excellent.

We recently had a dog run installed to match our existing backyard perimeter fence that was here when we moved into our home & couldnot be more pleased with the quality & service we received. The owner was personally on top of our job, from start to finish & thats not something you see much of these days. Great Company / Great Quality Fence & Great Service. We would highly recommend Radiance Fence.

Amazing price and the guys were in and out in about two hours (I did have a small fence) very professional and the fence is gorgeous! Would absolutely go with them again, everything is made custom by them so it fits exactly where you need it and looks perfect.

Im revising my original rating/review of Radiance Aluminum Fence. At first I gave them only (1) star because the person that was scheduled to quote my fence did not show until hours later; after I had already left for a trip. I later find out that he wasnt able to show due to an accident he encountered en-route to my home. Since that time, Radiance has gone out of their way to be accommodating. They answered all of my questions and concerns in a very timely and professional manner. I agreed to have them install the fence around my pool, and based on my conversations with them, along with several positive references from other customers, I have no doubt that I will be happy with their work.

Very disappointed from measuring to installation. They came for measure 2 hours before the appointment time so they put what they want in project. I called the office couple times to make change in project . They told me they will call me back but they never did so I had to go there . For install I was not able to be present . Couple thinks are different then project and when they came to collect the money I told all complains and I paid to be good. Three month now and never call me back . The worst is now when I open the sprinklers .Every pole hit sprinkler line but I did not know in contract was not any responsibility for sprinklers. Check the pictures and see what I have to deal with. I am going more then 14 inch to fix the sprinklers and I am not seeing any concrete to hold the poles at all. Who knows if they used any...........

Everyone STOP and read this please before working with this company.. i had TOM come out and quote me a fence back in july and signed adn made a deal.. 3 days before my install he says he has to come out for a final measure.. comes out and measures my home then the SQ feet comes out to 380 instead of 415.. well at 21$ a linear foot that is a savings of 775$... so what TOM does is manipulate the original contract which i have on camera and adds fees to the fences he was initially throwing in to my quite FREE.. and comes back and says the price is the same.. no price chance. this really SUCKS because he already has my permit and it takes 3 weeks to get a new permit and he knows that.. Hence the price change on me..i call corporate about this guy and they tell me im stuck with working with him and have no other choices.. its soo sad that companies still operate like this . now i have to hire a new company and wait 3 weeks for a permit with an exposed pool and risking my 2 children. Shame on this company honestly.the sales guy completely quoted something up front to commit to him then changed it after knowing i cant go anywhere else due to the whole permit thing and i have a exposed pool now. all i wanted was the diff in the price and he completely took advantage of it.
