Terrible service. Every month I had to go through a hassle to get my CPAP supplies. Lincare would tell me that they were waiting on the insurance. I would call the insurance company and they would say they dont know what they are talking about. Id call Lincare back and they would say, we mean we are waiting on your doctor to send the script. My doctor would say they sent it. Id call again and get hung up on. Terrible company. Save yourself and headache and try another CPAP supplier.
Worst service ever. Had sleep study for C-PAP machine 5 weeks ago. I have now called Lincare 5 times (once a week) and NO call back, no machine, absolutely no response whatsoever. Went through similar situation with my nebulizer machine. I supposedly have a case manager, but again no response. They obviously dont care if I can breathe or not. I would suggest going through another company if you want to remain healthy!!!Pharmacy for Lincare is excellent getting my nebulizer medicine to me!! Go figure. At this point I am so frustrated!!! 🤯🤬😠😡
My wife has tried to replace or repair a humidifier for her sleep machine sense September and still no results.She has jumped through hoops to satisfy them and still nothing 12/19/16. Also the machine is 7 years old and will probably break down any time.Insurance will replace after 5 years but no help from lincare.If I could rate them with 0 stars I would.Ed Mathews
I was prescribed oxygen for home use when I was hospitalized through Lincare. When I arrived home from the hospital @10:30 at night I called the number and the on-call service technician drove 45 miles to deliver, set up and explain the equipment usage to me at 11:00 PM! The next day I got a call from Lincare informing me that my insurance did not cover their company. They had, however, scheduled equipment delivery for me through a company that my insurance did cover. That company was not able to deliver supplies and equipment for 4 days. Lincare allowed me to use their equipment until Motor City Medical was able to set me up. They did this FREE of charge. I would say that this is EXCELLENT service and commitment to customer care!
Typical health care related company that doesn’t bother to care about customer service. Been waiting 3 weeks still no supplies. I continually hear excuse after excuse. Short staffed only 2 people doing this, backlogged, etc. my suggestion from this review is go somewhere else. I didn’t like Binsons but they are a dream compared with this company. Update: After 5 months still receiving threatening billing statements to send me to a collection agency after I have actually over paid according to my EOB. I spoke with my insurance Blue Cross and they conferences in their billing department months ago explaining that I owe no balance. Ive spoken to several billing people and it is still not resolved. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO TO BISONS OR ANYWHERE ELSE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
This place wont give my brother his oxyzen even when he found the paper work. Shame on you not giving him oxyzen when he needs it. Wont recommend this place at all. lincare in Shelby twp mi.
I was having a problem with my bedroom oxygen .. called the 800 number and had it resolved in a minute .. they are very co operative and understood my need for a different machine ... Thank you thank you see you guys Tuesday
