My husband and I are snowbirds and use this place every winter to store stuff while we are down in Florida. We have been through several managers since the owners wife passed away. Joshua has been one of the most polite and professional. The young ladies before him were not bad by any means though.

I had never had to get a storage unit before, but our house sold quicker than expected. I was really nervous about the whole situation cause storing a whole three bed room house and appliances is not cheap, but Joshua talked me through what to expect when storing and didnt sugar coat anything and made sure I had exactly what I needed. This was actually the second place I went to and was about $15 more expensive for the same size unit. The difference maker is the manager at the first place made me feel like all my questions were annoying him. Here though I felt welcome.

I was having trouble finding a storage unit so when I called and spoke to Joshua, he said if one became available he would call me back. He did! That same day. He is very professional and courteous! Highly recommended!

When I came in last week to finalize a rental there was a lovely and polite young lady named Ashlynn in the office. While she was assisting me a gentleman who I assume was her manager came in from out on the property. He was very polite as well and checked with her to see which unit I was renting and while she finished up the paperwork with me he went and made sure the unit was unlocked and swept and ready for me. I move a lot and have stored in many different states. This property is a bit older compared to some I have been in, with the exception of one newer building, but it was still a nice property and possibly the nicest staff I have dealt with.

This storage company and the Manager at New Baltimore MI has been great to work with. He provided wonderful customer service and was very friendly. Would highly recommend this company for anyone’s storage needs. Would definitely use them again if needed.

We have been renting for almost a year due to blending of two families and simply not having enough room. The unit was clean, easy to acces. Booking and monthly billing were a breeze thanks to Joshua, who went above and beyond every time we needed something or had questions. He was especially amazing during an emergency situation when we needed another storage room with practically no notice. He worked tirelessly to ensure I was able to get a second storage unit when I needed it, and even made it happen that it was in the same building as my original unit. The price was so fair for such a shirt notice as well. Overall, a great, clean place with very accommodating staff.

My wife and I have stored seasonal and personal items here for 15 years. Last year we both became displaced workers during the covid shut downs and this place went above and beyond to work with us when we got a bit behind. I went into my unit the other day to get our Halloween decorations and because we had not been in it in quite some time I had a issue with the latch on our door. Joshua had it repairs before the next business day.

Very thankful for the help provided by management never had storage before and initially reserved a unit at a different place. When I showed up ready to move in they told me the unit had already been rented to someone else even though I had just RESERVED it a few days prior. THey didnt have any other units of the same size so they wanted to put me in a larger unit, but were not offering any kind of discount for their mistake. I am glad I decided to see if I could find a different place cause that led me here and not only did the manager get me into the right sized unit it was a lot cleaner than the other place and was climate control with a better deal to move in.

Stored here while transitioning homes. Decent property with good manager would recommend to friends and family.

Joshua was a savior yesterday. We had a flooding situation cause of all the rain and had to move a bunch of stuff to storage quickly. We showed up when he was on his lunch break, but he immediately let us in and assisted us and never made it feel like we were an inconvenience or tried to rush us.

First time storage unit renter, rented here for a few months between apartment leases. I was very impressed with the rates and availability. Joshua was the main person I was in contact with - he was always very helpful and professional. I went with a climate controlled 10x15 storage unit, which I was able to store the contents of two one-bedroom apartment contents in (two bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, etc). The climate controlled building was clearly very new and super clean. Renting here was very convenient and simple. I paid my monthly bill online via the Self Storage Specialists website, which was very straightforward and easy to use. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent, and would rent here again in the future!

We have worked with this company twice - once for about 6 months, and again recently for almost a year. We have always had a good repore with the staff and have been satisfied with the care of our items in both temperature controlled and outside units. The buildings are kept clean and we have never had any issues.We really like the current Site Manager, Joshua. They also run deals on units - like three-months half-off for certain sizes of storage units at different times. Check their website for current promotions.

The whole covid pandemic has wreaked havoc on my life and this place is one of the few places I owe money to each month that has truly tried to help me. They could have sold my stuff 7 times over, but they have helped and worked with me and not once had the manager made me feel bad about myself or the situation.

I used this facility for a truck rental. I had never dealt with anything like this before, but the manager made everything very simple.

I just did an online rental and was concerned that I would still have to go into the office and would be unable to claim my unit till after the holiday since my work hours don’t mesh with the office hours, but Joshua the manager was a life saver and let me complete the rest via email and over the phone so that I can start moving my stuff in this weekend.

Paige is great. I called to inquire about a 10x15 climate controlled unit. She told me she had someone moving out in a few days and would call me back when it was available. Just like she said it was cleaned and ready for me to move in two days later! Talk about great customer service!

U-Haul and National Storage Centers-New Baltimore turned a very stressful situation of an eviction into a bearable one. After hearing of my situation, they (U-Haul at 13 Mile and Ryan Rd.) suggested a U-Haul referral that offered a discount for storage and that was the U-Haul dealer at National Storage Centers on 23 Mile Rd. in New Baltimore. After I arrived at the location, the Property Manager, Joshua, worked with me on a economical plan that I could afford especially when unforeseen events happened. I highly recommend Joshua and his property to anyone who needs to move.

Was looking for a way to store a vehicle in a heated storage unit for the upcoming winter. They didnt have anything available in a drive up climate control when I first reserved so I decide to go ahead with the non climate control, but as soon as a drive up climate control opened the manager Josh called and helped me out to transfer and still keep my move in promotion.

She is more than delightful to speak to. Such a wonderful woman with a beautiful voice and attitude that just makes you wish that you had such a positive person on a daily basis in your life. Always look forward to speaking with her. The world can be a dark and gloomy place at times. She is like a ray of sunshine shining through the clouds. We need more people like her in the world. I love the fact that every unit has a light bulb in it. The two other storage facilities that Ive used never had them in the outside storage. My bulb went out and I asked the manager if she would replace it. It was replaced within 5 minutes! Great place!

Their customer service is horrible, was a customer for 5 years, paid up front and their prices are high. They have no cameras outside and our lock was tampered with and they couldn’t help us. Told us to cut it off ourselves!!! Left a message, no one returned call!!! Will never go back there.

Rental process and paperwork was quick and easy. Storage facility representative was very nice. Storage locker could have used a good sweeping and there was some caked on mud and uneven pitted concrete. A bit pricey but the only large (20x30) locker in the area that was available.

Moved in within 5 minutes, and then they got U-Hauls a few months later for when I moved out. Didnt have to spend hours moving things with my truck. Very convenient!
