Great and friendly service. The gentleman was very helpful and even borrowed me tools so I could change my battery.

New staff is knowledgeable, and will open the doors early if they see you in the lot. They even stayed a little late to help explain things about my check engine light. Great parts, people, prices, and advice. Thats napa know how.

Well, almost 9:00am Saturday & doors are still locked & crickets inside. Where is the manager or staff? OPEN at 8:00am according to sign on door & google maps. 4/17/21 9am Very Sad!

Salesmen knowledgeable of subject in this case a direct replacement car battery. I was allowed to use restroom after intalling a battery in parking lot. Gentlemen had great attitude toward customer service. I will shop there in the future and recommend them to friends & family!

I went in because I had questions regarding a stuck oil filter. The guy that I talked to was extremely helpful. He gave me some good pointers and picked out an item I might need but was honest enough to say that Walmart had a little better of a tool. I really appreciated his honesty and I will definitely be coming back. Its not often when a business is not just out to sell you anything they have but its even more rare when you find a gem that is truly there to help you no matter what.

They are always super friendly here and help me find what Im looking for. They have a wide selections of parts, from bulbs to paint to wiper blades to oil. Their prices are also very reasonable and they may even help you install minor things. Would highly recommend

They are helpful, but not very friendly. I am pretty new at the DIY car maintenance and was hoping for a little advice with my purchases. I even mentioned that I was new at this kind of thing, and the manager that was helping me didnt seem interested in even listening to me.The worst part is that they sold me a drum that was missing the bearing. I had my car pulled apart before I noticed iit and had to put the old parts back together and go back to the store, which was a huge waste of time. When I mentioned all the trouble this gave me (in a nice way) they apologized and said they would replace the part, but they didnt offer me a discount or anything! I had to ask if there was something they could do for me for my inconvenience. They guy there said he could offer me 15% on my next purchase. I had to push back to get that 15% taken off my current purchase because I said I had no idea when I would need to be back. Then they informed me they didnt have my part, and if I needed it today I would need to drive to West Allis to get one. That 15% off didnt even cover my gas to and from 2 different locations just to replace the defective part them sold me in the first place. No thank you, I think I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable employees, and quick turnaround on rare/vintage parts. I enjoy working with their professionals that know vehicles, and not the uneducated dimwits that work at most other auto parts stores in this town.
