Love Targets selection and reasonable prices! Target is my go-to store for just about everything. You cannot beat their adorable home décor for sure!

After being unable to find a specific Halloween decoration either online or at my local Target (because searching the website sucks), I called The New Berlin Target. I was put in touch with a gentleman named Keith who asked me to hold on while he went over to that department. He found the item I was looking for, but there was only the store display left. After contacting his supervisor about its availability, he took my name and brought the display model up to the service counter for me. When I arrived, the young man at the service desk was also very polite and helpful. My local Target is three blocks from my house, but I think I might be driving the 17 minutes to go to this one from now on.

I drive from Downtown Milwaukee to shop at this specific location because of the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the store. I feel so comfortable shopping here compared to other Targets in the area. I will continue to visit this store for as long as I live in Milwaukee.

Anthony took extra time to help me transfer my phone. It died on me and Im a caregiver for 2 special needs kids and my widowed father. I cannot be without a phone. Service like this earns my loyalty

Drive up pickup is a great service at Target. So happy they offer this.

I have always been a fan of Target and have used their drive up (New Berlin) and delivery services often during the pandemic. But today I had returns and a pickup so I went inside. The store is bright & clean - people are busy but still helpful - and I was in and out quickly. Love it - and my Target New Berlin!

I havent shopped Target in years. Walmart is much closer to where I live. But after shopping at Target; I couldnt have been more pleased with the people working there. Started with a gal handing me a freshly sanitized shopping cart. Then the girl in produce helped me find 2 other products; of which she went and found them and brought them back to me. Then I needed to find wax melts. Two very helpful workers showed me where they were. Another gal helped me find protein shakes that I desperately wanted. They were all so gracious and happy to be of service to me. Being a senior citizen; that really meant a lot. I have NEVER gotten that kind of service from Walmart. Cant even find anyone working at Walmart to ask them anything. it was nice to see a store so wonderfully staffed. Driving the extra 1 or 2 miles was well worth it. Thank you; Target will now be my new store.

Extremely pleased with the new way to order online and to either have it shipped or picked up. I called customer service first to find out what to do, and this guy was extremely helpful, very, very pleasant, patient and very informative. Thats the true meaning of excellent customer service, especially during a busy time of year. Very impressed with him as I did call back with additional questions. Very nice guy! This was at the New Berlin WI location.

Had confusion on purchasing a vacuum but carlie and her team of people in training really went above and beyond in helping me get the vacuum I wanted, I’ve worked in sales and customer service for a long time now and that was exceptional service! Thank you

Quick and easy!! Great curbside associates that are always upbeat and helpful. Have become a Target fan during this past year due to my awesome curbside experiences.

I called the store looking for The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown DVD. I called around 830pm. I spoke with a young man that I feel put in more effort than required to look for it and let me know that they had it. I was so excited that I hung up before leaving my name. My fault. at 925pm when I checked out a young man came up to me and asked if I came for this movie and when I said yes he said he was glad that I got it. I was so impressed with him that I called back to the store and they think his name is Mason. I so hope the correct person gets credit for this. I feel he is the best person I have dealt with at any store.

Dilation isn’t necessary because Dr. Todd Yackels is able to use a machine to take a picture of the eye to see inside. Appointments available on the weekends which I’m greatly appreciated. Staff friendly and masked properly, all glasses sanitized between patients trying them on. Appointment took about an hour, very quick and convenient. Will be back.

Target is one of my favorite does, but I do not recommend it for clothes and shoes- too expensive. When I stopped in this week, there was an associate handing out masks at the door if needed. Thank you for following through with the state mandate.

Target has improved their customer service 100%. In the past if you returned something or wanted a price adjustment, the staff argued with you and never helped you. Now the customer service is amazing. Thank you for retraining staff and making me feel like you appreciate me as your customer.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at this particular Target. Its always clean, neat, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Today, I felt a bit concerned about the lack of face masks on more than half of the shoppers. All of the staff wear masks and so do I when Im in a public space. I wish Target would post a notice on the entrance doors to ask people to wear masks when shopping. Im not able to use the early morning shopping hours for those of us who are at-risk.

I like the home decor and toy departments.

I do like this Target overall. They are clean, well organized and well stocked. The produce section is actually fairly decent, and I am super picky about my produce. I love Target Circle, an opportunity to save even more over my 5%.

Who has to worry about the Corona virus, when target sell shredded chicken thats 2 week past its expiration date. Buyers beware before purchasing food here. I experienced this before here.

You now label Gluten Free items. Makes it much easier to shop and find Gluten Free stuff.

This is a great Target. Drive-up pick up is fast and easy. I just went to their Optical department for the first time and it was a great experience. Dena in optical is so helpful, and very knowledgeable.

The store personnel at least made it apparent they were making attempts to make my visit safe. normally I would have stopped elsewhere for the balance of my shopping, but I appreciated it so much that I spent well over $100 I would not otherwise have spent at Target.

The associate who retrieved my order was amazing. She was courteous, worked quickly, double checked my order with me, and made sure I had everything I needed including a cart to take the items to my car. She really went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent experience.

Amazing customer service! I was searching for a dress for my baby shower and saw online this location had the dress but it was on clearance. I called to see if they would be able to locate the dress for me and they did with absolutely no problem! They were so helpful and did an exceptional job going out of their way to help me!

I was supposed to receive a $5 for purchases over 20 and an $8 target circle amount for the meds. I have neither. Now I have to go in anyways. Not really happy

My wife was followed all over the store by a white man in his 40s, crew cut, black jacket, blue jeans around noon today(2-10-2019). He was obviously a loss prevention employee. She was followed for a half hour. He followed her through all of her shopping and waited and watched her check out and also followed her to the exit door after she stopped at customer service for a pick up order she bought online. First of all a loss prevention employee is supposed to be inconspicuous not noticeable. She spent $150.00 at the store today. All the other employees were very professional and courteous. I was at this location yesterday with my daughter to get her some stuff. No one followed me around the store. I will never shop at this location again. By the way did I mention that my wife is black and I am white? WOW!!!Good going Target (4798 S Moorland Rd New Berlin Wi).

You can get most things at Target! Checkout is great because they have ample self checkout stations but they keep a watchful eye on the lines to make sure they dont get too long and call in extra cashiers if needed.The Target employees are super friendly and the online ordering is awesome. I have used the drive-up service and the pick-up in store service - both are great, fast and convenient.

It was very easy to order what I wanted and when I got to order pick up it was ready and waiting for me. Plus, the employee who took care of me was very pleasant and polite.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Very busy on Black friday but had ample staff to direct customers, answer questions in all departments, and staffed at checkout to accommodate the flow. Nice Job Target!!

Its like Walmart but with a Starbucks and more clothing.

We shop at Targets often and at many different locations but as we entered this store we noticed the cleanliness and how organized every shelf and rack was, it was so nice. Plenty of help and very friendly. Unlike many stores that look like a tornado went through at this time of the year, it was a real pleasure. Great job to the employees at the New Berlin location.

I was at this store about 3 weeks ago and was so humiliated by one of their managers. I will never shop there again! For the past two years I had been on crutches due to degenerative arthritis, and a fall that fractured my tibia and damaged my knees. After 2 years of being at the mercy of others if I wanted to go out, I underwent 2 successful surgeries and was finally able to walk short distances with the help of a cane.So I went to Target in New Berlin to buy a car seat and some others items. I have a handicap license plate, so I parked in the first handicap spot and walked in with my cane.When I was checking out, the price of the car seat wouldnt ring up so a young woman who was supposedly a manager came to help. After she rung it up, she would not allow the cashier to put it or the rest of my merchandise back in the scooter. She said I had to push it out in a cart! After telling her that I couldnt do that. She said Well, you walked in here just fine. Really, was it my responsibility to explain to her I couldnt walk, push a cart nor load my trunk?! She said I could not take the scooter out of the store! I told her I was parked in the first handicap space and she could send someone out to retrieve it after I was done. (This store has curbside delivery but they wont send someone out for a scooter) She still insisted on me pushing my merchandise out in a cart. I asked for the name and number of her District Manager because now I was in tears. Another so called Manager came and would only give me the district managers name but not a phone number. She told me to call the customer service number at the bottom of my receipt. She also told me they dont like the scooters taken out of the store because if its rainy or snowy out the tires would get salty!! Really? It was neither snowy or raining out. Both women told me it was Targets policy! I said So you mean to tell me Target cares more about their scooters than their handicap patrons? The second manager told me they have a wheelchair and I could have asked someone to push me to my car! Really? Instead of allowing me to be independent, I have to hop onto a wheelchair and wait for someone to push me out! Why does Target not respect our right to some dignity? I was humiliated beyond belief. The next day, I called Targets customer service and got an overseas woman who could barely speak English. She actually made reference to Americans being rude. I gave her my number and told her I deserved an apology and a call back. This never happened.I called the store the next day and asked for the store manager but of course he was busy so I had to tell their Logistics Manager what happened and was told theyd review the video and get back to me. This never happened.So I guess Target cares more about their scooters than their customers or maybe Target only wants customers who can walk in and out on their own accord or arent handicapped like me? Or maybe to their 20 something year old managers who are not older and handicapped like me, Im a burden. Perhaps we need to take a handicap exam before being allowed to use their scooters? Or maybe they just dont want handicap people shopping at their stores? Theyd rather take the chance of having someone fall while transferring from their scooter to a wheelchair and then to their car or being forced to push a cart than get their scooters wet or salty!Why do they even have Scooters, for able bodied people. My sister who has family members with MD was so furious when I told her what happened that she went there that day to see if there were any signs posted stating that the scooters could not leave the store. There werent. The moral of this story is that Target has no morals, decency or compassion. Bottom line is if youre handicapped, shop somewhere else or risk being publicly humiliated like I was.

All the items I had ordered were not available. I had to go other retail stores to find the item - which completely defeated the purpose of saving time. Target needs to upgrade the system so that no order is accepted if the products are not available in store

I was at Target on Friday, July 13. I was helped by an associate named Perri. She was very friendly and helpful. My feeling is that Perri is a genuinely kind person and I think Target is lucky to have someone like her working on their staff. Keep up the good work, Perri!

Nicely kept store, however there are some grumpy guys running third shift in Electronics. He told my family to leave at 9:50pm when we still needed to get a few more items. The store closes at 10:00. He was rude to me and my wife when I tried explaining that we needed to get a last minute birthday gift. Im pretty sure his name is Gary.

The WORST customer service. I was laughed at when I asked a simple question. All I was looking for was a “yes” or “no.” Do not buy from this location. Just because you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers. That’s how you lose them. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is a Target. It has a new look. Nice stuff. Alcohol being added is a real plus, especially for me. Prices on the liquor are about ten percent higher than Discount Liquor, but I cant buy Legos for my kid there.

Has everything but cash back. The registers will only allow you to get $40 cash back. Unlike most places where it’s a hundred, and in addition if you get the cashier I did.. you’ll get it all in 5’s and singles. Lame.

Pharmacy department system is horrible. I got text that my script was ready. Drove all the way over...and the clerk rudely informed it’s not ready. made me wait for 20 minutes while they filled it. ..she acted like she was doing me the biggest favor.This is clearly not a priority to them. Go to CVS or Walgreens.

Not as big compared to other Targets. Not good for groceries or technology, not even toys... a nice place for women that want to spend money on things they dont need but still most Ive talked to rather go to other bigger and nicer Targets.

Very disappointed with my last purchase. I bought a quart of chocolate milk Saturday, February 16, 2019. Got home and discovered it expired February 13th. OK I get it - you figure if were dumb enough to not check expiration dates you dont care we buy expired milk. Shame on you Target. Have the decency to remove expired items from your shelves especially milk that I bought for my grandkids.

It is an excellent place to shop, especially since they added the grocery sections. They offer mostly name brand, trendy items. This makes it usually more expensive then Walmart.

I stopped at target to a small bookcase when i got to the register to my casher stop to take the time to find out about a discount that i was not aware of .this lady toke the extra time to make sure i got every thing avalible and has a awesome attitude and all eith a smile . iwill not shop at walmart again you got a customer for life today

I HATE that the only check-out register at the store without a long line are the ones that are self-serve. I buy too much at Target to do a self-checkout and I usually have coupons to use. This move to the use of self checkouts and have only 1 or 2 cashier checkouts in awful. I will purposely go to another store now because of the checkout line issue and I dont want to always checkout myself.

Selection, price, quality make Target a favorite place for me to shop.
