I really do appreciate all your help in fulfilling our sleeping needs. My husband and I brought so much from your store and I also some of your family members. All together that makes 4 purple beds, pillows, sheets in every color and seat cushions. Even our cat have purple bed. It’s the best sleep ever. I suffer from severe pain even though it’s not all gone away but I sure am able to sleep all night. 😁✌🏾🤪

John was a great salesperson. He explained everything in detail and we were able to try out a variety of beds. The Memorial Day Sale was a terrific incentive to buy a new bed now. And the specials that were included also made it the best time to purchase a better bed.

The whole process only took about 30 mins and I am VERY pleased with my experience in purchasing a great mattress for my 5 year old who just upgraded to her big girl bed. Jace made the process seamless and he even helped load the mattress into my car. Also, if it werent for him, I would have forgotten to purchase a mattress protector! Rigid, terrible delivery process that is so disorganized. Tried to return a mattress we did not like due to smell that had a “free sleep trial”. You have to pay to return it, and the delivery service after scheduling it, refused to pick it up saying it’s dirty. Um, we never even slept in it. Put it in the garage one day 1. There was a very faint (squint your eyes to see) dust on the corner from moving it out to the garage. The driver said it was mattress firms problem. Mattress firm employee said it was the driver’s problem. Then the driver left and we still have the brand new, never slept in mattress in the garage. Waste of money. Not worth your time. To truly get a free trial you should look into “bed in a box” type of companies.

Allen was great. He was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions. He showed us multiple options and had great suggestions. He was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the mattresses, the bases, and even different packages they offer. Awesome experience.

I had a great experience. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I had already researched online, but it was important to look at options in person. Alan was able to help explain the different options in relation to my priorities. It was really helpful to have someone explain the science behind different foams and pads (I like to sleep cool so that was an important purchase decision for me). He also made sure I got the best deals and locked in the rates with a small downpayment. Good prices and choices and great service!

We bought a mattress a month ago and multiple salespeople told us that we should watch the sales because when they go on sale for less, we can get an adjustment. The mattress goes on sale so we go in like they said and they said we cant get it. We go back another day when the manager who told us this originally was working. He admitted to saying what he said but then said because they threw in a bunch of free junk that we didnt want when we bought it, we got a better deal and couldnt get an adjustment. We didnt want the free overpriced pillows, overpriced mattress protector, or overpriced box spring. Well likely end up returning the mattress as we dont appreciate the misleading tactics of the employees.
